The air outlet 19 of the air inlet pipe is positioned in the middle of the cavity of the water blowing pipe. The pressure difference between the upper part and the lower part of the water blowing pipe is smaller.
The joint of the water blowing mould and the water blowing pipe is provided with a sealing structure.
