1. A functional board card, comprising:
a plate body;
the functional device is arranged on the plate body;
the at least two interface devices are arranged on the plate body, distributed outside the functional devices and electrically connected to the functional devices;
the interface device comprises a first plug interface and a second plug interface which are opposite to each other, wherein the first plug interface is plugged on the board body, and the second plug interface is used as an external interface.
2. The function board card of claim 1, wherein each interface device comprises:
a connector and plug interfaces positioned on two opposite sides of the connector,
the plug interface comprises a plurality of contact pin terminals which are arranged in an array mode perpendicular to the surface of the connector, and the contact pin terminals on two sides are electrically connected through the connector.
3. The functional board card of claim 1, wherein,
the at least two interface devices are electrically connected with each other through a circuit wiring or an external cable on the board body.
4. The functional board card of claim 1, wherein,
the interface devices are arranged on the plate body and are respectively positioned at different positions of the functional devices;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the interface devices are in a strip shape, at least 2 interface devices are distributed on one side of the functional device respectively, and the length directions of the interface devices are different.
5. The functional board card of claim 1, wherein,
the functional device is a field programmable logic chip.
6. An electronic device, comprising:
a mother card;
at least two functional boards as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, fixedly arranged on the mother card, and electrically connected between the at least two functional boards.
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the electronic device comprises a memory device,
the at least two functional boards are connected with a second plug-in interface of the interface device on the corresponding functional board through cables to realize electric connection;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the interface devices of the at least two functional boards are electrically connected through the circuit wiring on the mother card, and the first plug-in interface or the second plug-in interface of the corresponding interface devices of the at least two functional boards are electrically connected to the circuit wiring on the mother card;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the second plug interface of the interface device of the functional board card is electrically connected to the mother card through a cable;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the functional board card is electrically connected to the mother card through a first interface in the interface device.
8. The electronic device of claim 6, further comprising:
the expansion sub-card is fixed on the functional board card through a second plug interface of the interface device and is electrically connected to the functional device through the interface device.
9. The electronic device of claim 6, further comprising:
and the mother cards of the adjacent layers are fixed through the opposite interface devices.
10. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the electronic device comprises a memory device,
the electronic device is a prototype verification system or a hardware simulator.
