the first flanging is formed by inwards turning and extending from one end, connected with the buffer ring, of the first fixing ring;
and the second flanging is formed by inwards turning and extending from one end, connected with the buffer ring, of the second fixing ring.
4. A top cover for a top-loading washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the second sealing structure is arranged on the peripheral wall of the lower end of the inner cover plate in a surrounding mode.
5. The top cover of a top-loading washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein: an annular concave cavity is formed in the peripheral wall of the lower end of the inner cover plate, and the second sealing structure is arranged in the annular concave cavity.
