A portable beverage cup 1 comprises a cup body 10, a portable cup cover 20, an elastic O-ring 30, a circular elastic clamping mouth 40, a rotary suction tube cover set 50 and a connecting pin 60. The form, function and materials of these technical elements will be described in detail below.
The cup 10 has a circular cross-section and is a hollow cylinder for holding beverage. The mouth 11 of the cup body 10 is slightly wider than the bottom 12 of the cup, and the inner edge of the mouth 11 forms a first internal thread 111. Because the cup 10 has a good cold-keeping effect, the cup 10 is specially designed to prevent the cold drink from heating up too quickly and generating moisture to condense on it. The cup 10 is composed of an outer cup 10a and an inner cup 10b having a smaller volume than the outer cup 10 a. The inner cup body 10b is arranged in the outer cup body 10a, and the inner cup body and the outer cup body are closely connected at the cup opening 11. Air exists between the inner cup 10b and the outer cup 10a, so that the cup 10 has a cold-keeping property. In terms of materials, the cup body can be made of styrene-acrylonitrile resin.
The cup cover 20 is used for covering the cup opening 11 of the cup body 10, preventing the drink in the portable drink cup 1 from overflowing, but can be inserted with the straw 2, and is designed for being held by hand. The cap 20 includes a circular cover 21 and a hand ring 22. A circular cover 21 is rotatably attached to the cup opening 11. The center of the circular cap 21 is provided with a circular through hole 211, a circular neck 212 is formed upward around the circular through hole 211, and the circular neck 212 forms a first external thread 2121. A first protruding ring 213 and a second protruding ring 214 concentric with the circular through hole 211 are provided below the circular cover 21. The first protruding ring 213 forms a second external thread 2131, and the second external thread 2131 is detachably screwed with the first internal thread 111. Thereby, the portable cup cover 20 can be closely combined with or separated from the cup body 10. As can be seen in fig. 4, an annular space S is formed between the first protruding ring 213 and the second protruding ring 214, and the annular space S can accommodate the cup opening 11. The hand-held ring 22 is connected to the upper edge of the circular cover 21 for the user to hold with his fingers to carry out the design of the portable beverage cup 1. The hand-held ring 22 is composed of two ring bodies 221 with approximate runway shape, and a first connecting hole 2211 is respectively arranged at the same position below the two ring bodies 221. In terms of material, the material of the portable cup cover 20 is polypropylene.
The elastic O-ring 30 is disposed in the annular space S and is sandwiched between the cup opening 11 and the circular cap 21 to block the liquid (beverage) in the cup 10 from flowing out through the annular space S. In practice, the elastic O-ring 30 is made of silica gel.
The circular elastic nipples 40 are installed in the circular through holes 211. For details of the circular resilient clip 40, please refer to fig. 6, which is a perspective view of the circular resilient clip 40. The circular elastic nip 40 has a cross-shaped opening 41 formed at the inner center thereof. Since the circular elastic clamping mouth 40 has elasticity, the cross-shaped opening 41 can be stressed to bend for clamping the suction 2. In terms of material, the circular elastic gripper 40 is made of thermoplastic elastomer.
The function of the rotary straw cover set 50 is to cover the neck portion 212 (and also the straw 2 if the straw 2 is inserted into the circular resilient clip 40), to prevent spillage of the beverage within the cup 10, and to prevent the straw cover 51 from being dropped and lost. Please refer to fig. 7, which is a perspective view of the rotary suction tube cap set 50. The rotary pipette cap assembly 50 includes the aforementioned pipette cap 51 and a rotary holder 52. The straw cover 51 covers one end of the straw 2, and has a circular screwing part 511 at its lower part. The circular screwing part 511 is internally formed with a second internal thread 5111, and the second internal thread 5111 is detachably screwed with the first external thread 2121. In this way, the straw cover 51 may be coupled to or decoupled from the cap 20. An annular groove 5112 is formed outside the circular screwing portion 511. The rotary fixing frame 52 has a circular fixing end 521 and a rotary end 522. The ring fixing end 521 is internally protruded to form a plurality of clamping blocks 5211, and the clamping blocks 5211 clamp the suction pipe cover 51 outside the annular groove 5112, so that the suction pipe cover 51 can rotate in the ring fixing end 521. That is, the design of the ring fixing end 521 does not hinder the rotation and separation between the suction pipe cover 51 and the portable cup cover 20, but the suction pipe cover 51 does not fall from the ring fixing end 521. The rotating end 522 has a short straight rod 5221 and a retaining ring 5222 connected to the short straight rod 5221. The short straight rod 5221 is connected to the ring fixing end 521. The retaining ring 5222 is disposed between the two rings 221 and terminates in a second connecting aperture 52221. The second connection holes 52221 are rotatably connected to the first connection holes 2211 by the connection pins 60. Preferably, the retaining ring 5222 can be identical in design to the upper half of the ring body 221. Such that the retaining ring 5222 can be overlapped with the ring body 221 when the straw cover 51 is coupled to the ring fixing end 521. In terms of material, the material of the suction tube cover 51 may be polypropylene, and the material of the rotation holder 52 may be polypropylene.
Please refer to fig. 8, which illustrates the opening of the straw cover 51 carrying the beverage cup 1. As can be seen from fig. 8, the suction tube cover 51 is limited by the ring fixing end 521, which is not dropped, and is hung on the rotary fixing frame 52, so that the suction tube cover can be freely rotated to be convenient for a user to operate.

4. The portable beverage container of claim 1 in which the material of the cup body is styrene-acrylonitrile resin.
5. The portable beverage cup of claim 1, wherein the material of the portable cup lid is polypropylene.
6. The portable beverage container of claim 1 in which said elastomeric O-ring is silica gel.
7. The portable beverage container of claim 1 in which said circular resilient clip is a thermoplastic elastomer.
8. The portable beverage container of claim 1 in which the straw cover is made of polypropylene.
9. The portable beverage container of claim 1 in which the rotatable holder is made of polypropylene.
