In advanced technology, touch sensing has become the mainstream of modern technology products, and compared with traditional mechanical switches, the capacitive touch switch design has the advantages of simple and attractive structure, long service life, wear resistance, no influence of temperature and humidity, waterproof protection, low cost and the like. The electronic device overturns the traditional mechanical switch control, can perform switching control, quantitative adjustment and even direction control on the electronic device only by lightly touching the switch diagram with a finger, and can enable man-machine interaction control operation to be more direct and effective technically.
However, most of the known inductive switches are modular, basically an inductive circuit board, and an inductive chip is arranged on an electrical conductor made of square or round 10-15 mm, and when in operation, a change of inductive capacitance is generated between a hand and the electrical conductor to act as a switch. Besides the induction circuit board, a connecting circuit is arranged between the induction circuit board and the main control board, so that the induction circuit board occupies a certain volume in installation and use, and the requirements of light weight, thinness, shortness and smallness of the traditional electronic product cannot be met.
Especially, modern 3C products are more streamline and light and thin, the internal combined space is very limited, even though the structural design of the inductive switch module is very small compared with that of the traditional mechanical switch, the inductive switch module still needs to occupy a certain volume when being applied, a certain space is reserved by digging a groove in the shell when being implemented, and the middle is limited by a guy wire, so that the cost is increased when the production and manufacture are carried out, the die is required to be opened again, the subsequent assembly configuration is quite troublesome, the inconvenience is caused, the practical application is mainly only realized by adopting fixed-point configuration, and the key point of the best modeling of the appearance of the device can not be set at will.
