Compared with the prior art, the automobile panel packaging box is specially designed and packaged for the front coaming 1 of an automobile, and the front coaming 1 is limited and fixed through the cooperation of each limiting strip among the base 2, the top cover 4 and the coaming 3, so that the integrity of the front coaming 1 is prevented from being influenced due to shaking of the front coaming 1 in the transportation process, and the whole material cost is low, and the automobile panel packaging box is green and environment-friendly.
Claims (10)
1. An automobile sheet packaging box which is characterized in that: the plate fixing device comprises a base for supporting plates, a coaming and a top cover, wherein the coaming is supported on the base and used for enclosing the plates, the top cover is arranged at the top of the coaming, the base, the coaming and the top cover enclose each other to form an installation space for placing the plates, limiting units for supporting and limiting a plurality of plates are arranged in the installation space, and the limiting units enable adjacent plates to be spaced apart.

The package for automotive panels as set forth in claim 4 wherein: the first limiting part comprises two limiting side plates which are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the base and two limiting strips which are respectively and fixedly arranged on two opposite sides of the two limiting side plates, and the height of each limiting side plate is consistent with that of the baffle; the opposite sides of the two side limiting strips are concavely provided with a plurality of first clamping grooves which are arranged in a penetrating way along the vertical direction and used for clamping the side edges of the plates, and the first clamping grooves are arranged at intervals.

The package for automotive panels as set forth in claim 5 wherein: an isolation cavity is formed between the limiting side plates and the baffle plates which are parallel and opposite to the limiting side plates in a surrounding mode, and supporting plates respectively propped against the side plates and the baffle plates are arranged in the isolation cavity.

The package for automotive panels as set forth in claim 6 wherein: the second limiting part comprises two lower limiting strips which are arranged on the top surface of the base in parallel, a plurality of second clamping grooves used for clamping the bottom edge of the plate are symmetrically formed on the top surface of the lower limiting strips along the length direction of the lower limiting strips, and each second clamping groove is arranged corresponding to each first clamping groove.

The package for automotive panels as set forth in claim 7 wherein: the second limiting part further comprises a supporting bar arranged on the top surface of the base and positioned between the two lower limiting bars, the supporting bar is arranged parallel to the two lower limiting bars, and the two lower limiting bars are symmetrically arranged by taking the supporting bar as an axis.

The package for automotive panels as set forth in claim 8 wherein: the third limiting part comprises two upper limiting strips which are arranged on the bottom surface of the top cover and correspond to the two lower limiting strips, and a third clamping groove corresponding to the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove is formed on the bottom surface of the two upper limiting strips so as to clamp the top side edge of the plate.

The package for automotive panels as set forth in claim 9 wherein: the lower limit strip, the side limit strip and the upper limit strip comprise fixing strips and positioning strips arranged on one side surface of the fixing strips facing the plate, the positioning strips are made of elastic materials, and each clamping groove is arranged on the corresponding positioning strip.
