Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous details are provided to provide a thorough understanding of the utility model. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following description illustrates preferred embodiments of the utility model by way of example only and that the utility model may be practiced without one or more of these details. Furthermore, some technical features that are known in the art have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the utility model.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a range hood. Referring to fig. 1, 4, 6 and 7 in combination, the range hood may include a housing 10, the housing 10 may enclose a smoking cavity 101, and a smoke inlet 110 may be formed in the housing 10. The smoke inlet 110 may be provided with an oil filter 120, the oil filter 120 comprising a filter area 1201 provided with filter holes 1202. The filter holes 1202 may be a plurality of elongated holes arranged at intervals. Alternatively, the filter holes 1202 may be of any other regular or irregular shape. The range hood may be a side-draft range hood. Specifically, the blower 20 and the oil guide 30 may be disposed within the smoking chamber 101. The oil guide 30 may be connected between the blower 20 and the oil filter 120 and above the smoke inlet 110. The oil guide 30 may include a first oil guide plate 310 and a second oil guide plate 320. The first oil guide plate 310 and the second oil guide plate 320 may be connected and may have a reverse V shape with each other. The first oil guide plate 310 has a first edge 3101 remote from the second oil guide plate 320, and the second oil guide plate 320 has a second edge 3201 remote from the first oil guide plate 310. It will be appreciated that the "inverted V" shaped structure has a pointed end and an open end, with both the first edge 3101 and the second edge 3201 being at the open end of the "inverted V" shape. The front projection of first edge 3101 onto oil filter 120 may be located outside of filtering area 1201 and the front projection of second edge 3201 onto oil filter 120 may be located outside of filtering area 1201. Taking the embodiment shown in fig. 6 as an example, the first edge 3101 and the second edge 3201 may be understood as outer edges of the first oil guide plate 310 and the second oil guide plate 320 in the X-X direction. That is, the first and second oil guide plates 310 and 320 may cover the filtering area 1201 in the X-X direction. Thus, the first oil guide plate 310 and the second oil guide plate 320 may form a certain barrier to oil dirt dropping above. Referring to fig. 4 in combination, the oil guide 30 is connected between the blower 20 and the oil filter 120, and the oil guide 30 may form a certain barrier to the dropped oil drops above in the Y-Y direction. And the oil guide 30 is located above the smoke inlet 110, and the oil smoke enters the smoking cavity 101 from the smoke inlet 110 and flows to the fan 20 below the oil guide 30. The influence of the oil guide 30 on the flow of the oil smoke in the oil smoke sucking process is avoided, and the smoking effect of the range hood is ensured. The oil dirt dropped onto the oil guide 30 may be dropped along the oil guide 30 to the front side plate 150 of the housing 10, and flow into the oil collecting member 40 along the front side plate 150. Alternatively, the oil may flow directly along the oil guide 30 into the oil collecting member 40 under the casing 10 by providing the oil guide 30.
After the range hood is used for a certain time, grease dirt can be formed in the smoke suction cavity 101 by condensation everywhere. In particular, the top wall 130 of the housing 10, on which the grease dirt condensed easily drops from the top wall 130, and the grease dirt falling into the filtering area 1201 easily flows out through the filtering holes 1202, which affects the cleanliness of the kitchen space. And, a part of the range hood may be pivotally connected with the smoke guide plate 140 at the smoke inlet 110, and when the range hood is operated, the smoke guide plate 140 is turned over to open to expose the air inlet 220 (refer to fig. 1 and 3). When the range hood is not in operation, the smoke guide 140 is closed. The greasy dirt falling into the filtering area 1201 may be partially attached to the outer surface of the oil filter 120, and the greasy dirt has viscosity, so that the opening and closing of the smoke guide 140 are easily affected. The oil guide plate is positioned above the air inlet 220 and connected between the fan 20 and the oil filter 120, so that the smoke absorbing effect of the range hood is ensured, and a certain blocking effect is achieved on oil drops above the oil guide plate. The orthographic projection of the first edge 3101 toward the oil filter 120 is located outside the filtering area 1201, and the orthographic projection of the second edge 3201 toward the oil filter 120 is located outside the filtering area 1201, so that the blocking effect on the oil drops above is further improved, and the oil drops are prevented from dripping into the filtering area 1201. Thus, the oil stain is prevented from flowing out of the filter hole 1202, and the cleanliness of the kitchen is ensured. And, avoid the greasy dirt to connect the influence of the smoke guide plate 140 at inlet 110, guarantee the smooth opening and shutting of smoke guide plate 140.
For example, referring to fig. 4, 5, 9, and 11, the first oil guide plate 310 may have a first side 3102 distant from the blower 20, and an extending direction of the first side 3102 may extend along a junction between the first oil guide plate 310 and the second oil guide plate 320 toward a direction distant from the second oil guide plate 320. The first side 3102 may have a first end portion 3102a remote from the second oil guide plate 320, and the first end portion 3102a may have a first connection portion 3103 formed thereon. The oil filter 120 may have an upper edge 1203 outside the filtering area 1201, and the first connection portion 3103 may be connected to the upper edge 1203. In this way, the first oil guide plate 310 can be more firmly connected to the oil filter 120. The first connecting portion 3103 is connected to the upper edge 1203, so as to avoid shielding of the filtering area 1201 by the first oil guide plate 310, and ensure smoking efficiency. Illustratively, the oil filter 120 may have a burring structure disposed toward the blower 20. The first connection portion 3103 may be connected to the burring structure. In other embodiments, the first connection may be connected to any other location of the housing.
Illustratively, the second oil deflector 320 may have a second side edge 3202 remote from the blower 20. Second side 3202 may have a second end 3202a remote from first oil guide plate 310, second end 3202a may have a second connection portion 3203 formed thereon, and second connection portion 3203 may be connected to upper edge 1203. In this way, the second oil guide plate 320 can be more firmly connected to the oil filter 120. The second connecting portion 3203 is connected to the upper edge 1203, so that shielding of the second oil guide plate 320 to the filtering area 1201 is avoided, and smoking efficiency is ensured. Illustratively, the oil filter 120 may have a burring structure disposed toward the blower 20. The second connection part 3203 may be connected to the burring structure. In other embodiments, the second connection may be connected to any other location of the housing.
For example, referring to fig. 9 and 10 in combination, the first oil guide plate 310 may have a third side 3104 opposite to the first side 3102. The second oil guide plate 320 may have a fourth side 3204 opposite to the second side 3202. The oil guide 30 may further include a connection plate 330 disposed on the blower 20. The connection plate 330 may have a first connection edge that interfaces with the third side 3104 and a second connection edge that interfaces with the fourth side 3204. The setting like this, connecting plate 330 is connected with fan 20, and then guarantees the connection between the whole and fan 20 of oil guide 30, and the position of oil guide 30 is more firm, and the oil guide effect is more steady. The first connecting edge and the second connecting edge of the connecting plate 330 are respectively connected with the first oil guide plate 310 and the second oil guide plate 320, so that a more stable structure is formed among the connecting plate 330, the first oil guide plate 310 and the second oil guide plate 320, the strength is higher, the deformation is difficult, and the stability of the oil guide effect of the oil guide piece is further improved. In some embodiments, a connecting plate is not required, and the first oil guide plate and the second oil guide plate are directly connected and fixed with the fan.
For example, referring to fig. 8 and 10 in combination, the connection plate 330 may be provided with a mounting hole 3303, the fan 20 has an air inlet 220, and the mounting hole 3303 is disposed around the air inlet 220. Thus, the shielding of the air inlet 220 by the connecting plate 330 is avoided, and the smoking effect of the range hood is further ensured. Illustratively, the blower 20 may include a volute 210, and the connection plate 330 may be connected to the volute 210. Referring to fig. 4, the blower 20 may also have an auxiliary intake 230 opposite the intake 220. The oil guide 30 thus provided can better avoid shielding the auxiliary air inlet 230, and ensure the smoking effect of the range hood.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 4 and 9 in combination, the housing 10 has a top wall 130, the first oil guide plate 310 is disposed along the first to third sides 3102 to 3104 obliquely in a direction away from the top wall 130, and the second oil guide plate 320 is disposed along the second to fourth sides 3202 to 3204 obliquely in a direction away from the top wall 130. Taking the embodiment shown in fig. 4 as an example, the first oil guide plate 310 has an angle gradually inclined downward from right to left as a whole. It is understood that the second oil guide plate 310 has a similar structural arrangement as a whole. In this way, the oil stains on the first oil guide plate 310 and the second oil guide plate 320 can flow along the plate body of the oil guide plate to the side close to the fan 20, so as to further avoid the oil stains from dripping into the filtering area 1201. In some embodiments, one or more of the first and second oil guide plates may be disposed parallel to the top wall.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 4 and 5 in combination, the junction of the first oil deflector 310 and the second oil deflector 320 forms a third edge 340, the housing 10 having a top wall 130, the third edge 340 being closer to the top wall 130 than the upper edge 1203. That is, the upper edge 1203 of the oil guide 30 is higher than the upper edge (i.e., the third edge 340) of the filtering section 1201. In this way, the shielding of the smoke inlet 110 by the oil guide 30 is further avoided, and the smoking efficiency is ensured.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 4, the third side 340 meets the parallelism condition with the top wall 130. Thus, the oil smoke can smoothly enter the fan 20, and the structural arrangement is more reasonable. Of course, in some embodiments, the third side may be disposed at any angle to the top wall.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 11, the first edge 3101 is disposed obliquely to the third edge 340, and from the first edge 3102 to the third edge 3104, the first edge 3101 is gradually distant from the third edge 340. Referring to fig. 6 and 9 in combination, such an arrangement may be understood as that the first edge 3101 gradually slopes to the left in a direction away from the filtering section 1201, i.e., away from the filtering section 1201 in the left-right direction. This arrangement further prevents oil dirt on the oil guide 30 from dripping into the filter area 1201. Of course, in some embodiments, the first side may be disposed parallel to the third side.
Illustratively, the second side 3201 is disposed obliquely with respect to the third side 340, and the second side 3201 gradually moves away from the third side 340 from the first side 3102 to the third side 3104. Referring to fig. 9 in combination, such an arrangement may be understood as the second side 3201 being gradually inclined to the right in a direction away from the filtering section 1201, i.e., away from the filtering section 1201 in the left-right direction. This arrangement further prevents oil dirt on the oil guide 30 from dripping into the filter area 1201. Of course, in some embodiments, the second side may be disposed parallel to the third side.
For example, a side of the oil guide 30 remote from the oil filter 120 may be attached to the blower 20. Thus, the fan 20 has a certain limiting effect on the oil guide 30, and the position of the oil guide 30 is firmer. Is attached to the fan 20, prevents oil stains from falling from the gap between the oil guide 30 and the fan 20, and reduces the occurrence of the condition that the oil stains enter the fan 20.
