Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a conceptual front view showing a hanging member of a ring for explaining an embodiment of the present utility model. Fig. 2 is a perspective conceptual view of a part of the hanging member of the ring element when viewed from the α direction in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hanging member 1 of the ring according to the present embodiment includes a pair of bottom portions 10, a pair of column portions 20, an inclined support portion 30, a belt portion 40, and a fixing portion 50.
The pair of bottom portions 10, 10 fix the pair of column portions 20, respectively, and the bottom portions 10 are fixed to each other by the fixing portions 50, respectively. In the present embodiment, the pair of bottom portions 10, 10 are made of metal.
The pair of column portions 20, 20 are fixed to the pair of bottom portions 10, respectively, and have long sides 20A and short sides 20B extending substantially parallel to each other upward U. In the present embodiment, the pair of column portions 20, 20 are made of metal.
The inclined support portion 30 has an inclined surface 30a extending in the substantially same horizontal direction H and inclined at an angle θ toward the downward direction D as a whole on one surface 20a of the pair of column portions 20, 20 in the same direction, and both ends of the inclined support portion 30 are fixed. As shown in fig. 2, the inclined surface 30a can vertically hang the ring C in the horizontal direction H. In the present embodiment, the tilt support 30 is made of metal.
The belt portion 40 is provided so as to surround the inclined support portion 30, and is configured to be detachable.
In the present embodiment, the belt portion 40 is composed of a belt 40A and a fitting 40B that enables both end portions of the belt 40A to be attached and detached. In the present embodiment, the belt 40A is made of resin.
The fixing portion 50 fixes the pair of bottom portions 10, 10 to each other. In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 50 is made of metal.
As described above, the hanging member of the ring according to the present embodiment has the inclined surface 30a, and therefore the ring C can be hung vertically in the horizontal direction H. Further, the ring C can be supported in a standing state by the belt portion 40.
Therefore, a self-standing hanging member for supporting the ring can be provided.
The inclined support portions 30 are preferably arranged in a plurality of rows (2 rows in the present embodiment) at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction 20A of one surface 20A of the pair of column portions 20, 20.
By disposing the plurality of rows of inclined support portions 30 in this way, a plurality of annular members C having different outer diameters can be supported by self-supporting.
The belt portion 40 is preferably arranged in a plurality of rows (2 rows in the present embodiment) in the longitudinal direction 30A of the inclined support portion 30.
By disposing the plurality of rows of the belt portions 40 in this way, the ring C can be supported more firmly in a standing state by itself.
Industrial applicability
The hanging member of the ring according to the present embodiment is particularly suitable for temporary placement of a test piece of a metal ring in a factory.
