2. The on-line hoop plugging of claim 1 further comprising an interface spacer disposed at an interface location of the hoop, the interface spacer disposed between the hoop and the brine asbestos rope.
3. The on-line hoop plugging of claim 1 wherein said brine asbestos cord includes a multi-layer wrapping process for said run-out portion.
4. The in-line hoop plugging of claim 1 further involving an auxiliary tape mounted to the brine asbestos rope and the pressure conduit for temporary securement after the brine asbestos rope is mounted to the pressure conduit and prior to the mounting of the hoops.
5. The on-line hoop plugging of claim 1 wherein the pressure conduit comprises a compressed air conduit.
6. The on-line hoop plugging of claim 1 wherein the pressure conduit comprises a gas conduit.
7. The on-line hoop plugging of claim 1 wherein the pressure conduit comprises a nitrogen conduit.
8. The on-line hoop plugging of claim 1 wherein the pressure conduit comprises a raw gas conduit.
9. The on-line hoop plugging of claim 1 wherein the diameter of the pressure conduit is 400mm or less.
10. The on-line hoop plugging of claim 1 wherein the medium pressure of the pressure conduit is 6 kg or less.
