Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present utility model provides a frying and roasting appliance, comprising: a lower bakeware assembly 11, an upper bakeware assembly 12 and a steam generating device. Wherein, upper overware subassembly 12 swivelling joint is in lower overware subassembly 11, cooperates between upper overware subassembly 12 and the lower overware subassembly 11 and forms cooking cavity 101. Specifically, the upper tray assembly 12 includes an upper tray 123, the lower tray assembly 11 includes a lower tray 113, and when the upper tray assembly 12 is covered on the lower tray assembly 11, the upper tray 123 cooperates with the lower tray 113 to form the cooking cavity 101.

In the present utility model, when the upper tray assembly 12 is covered on the lower tray assembly 11, the steam pipe 30 has at least a part of the axis of the pipe section arranged along the horizontal direction, and the pipe section with the axis arranged along the horizontal direction is provided with the water collecting area 301 and the interception area 302, the interception area 302 is located between the water collecting area 301 and the cooking cavity 101, and the inner bottom wall of the water collecting area 301 is lower than the inner bottom wall of the interception area 302 adjacent to the water collecting area 301. It will be understood that the meaning of "disposed substantially in a horizontal direction" should be understood from the purpose of achieving commercial production of the product. That is, the "substantially horizontally disposed" includes both the case of being disposed in a horizontal direction in a mathematical sense and the case of having a small inclined angle with respect to the horizontal direction, and as shown in fig. 2, the steam pipe 30 may be regarded as having an "axis disposed substantially in a horizontal direction" in the M-M section. In this way, when the steam in the steam pipe 30 is cooled to form condensed water, the condensed water is intercepted by the interception area 302 because the inner bottom wall of the water collection area 301 is lower than the inner bottom wall of the interception area 302 adjacent to the water collection area 301, and does not flow to the cooking cavity 101 but flows to the water collection area 301 and is concentrated in the water collection area 301, thereby reducing the condensed water entering the cooking cavity 101. As the steam pipe 30 is heated by the steam, the temperature of the steam pipe 30 is increased, and the condensed water trapped in the steam pipe 30 is re-evaporated to form steam.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the steam pipe 30 includes a large-diameter pipe 33 and a small-diameter pipe 34, the inner diameter of the small-diameter pipe 34 is smaller than that of the large-diameter pipe 33, and one end of the small-diameter pipe 34 extends into the large-diameter pipe 33 and is connected with the large-diameter pipe 33 in a sealing manner. When the upper baking tray assembly 12 is covered on the lower baking tray assembly 11, the axis of the large-diameter pipe 33 is basically arranged in the horizontal direction, the axis of the small-diameter pipe 34 connected with at least one end of the large-diameter pipe 33 is basically arranged in the horizontal direction, the joint of the large-diameter pipe 33 and the small-diameter pipe 34 faces one side of the large-diameter pipe 33 to form a water collecting area 301, and one end of the small-diameter pipe 34 connected with the large-diameter pipe 33 forms an intercepting area 302. The water collecting area 301 and the intercepting area 302 can be formed by connecting two pipes with different pipe diameters, so that the device is simple in structure and easy to produce and process. The small diameter pipe 34 is connected with the large diameter pipe 33 in a sealing way, so that steam leakage from the connection part can be avoided.
In one embodiment, the large diameter tube 33 is a hose, and the small diameter tube 34 is a hard tube, so that the hose is connected with the hard tube in a matched manner, the steam tube 30 is convenient to install, the installation position of the hose portion can be more flexible, and the hard tube portion is more beneficial to firm installation. Meanwhile, the joint between the hose and the hard tube is easier to form sealing connection, and a sealing structure is not required to be additionally arranged. Further, the large diameter tube 33 may be a silicone tube, and the small diameter tube 34 may be a stainless steel tube or a hard plastic tube. However, in other embodiments, the large diameter pipe 33 is a hard pipe, the small diameter pipe 34 is a flexible pipe, or both the large diameter pipe 33 and the small diameter pipe 34 may be flexible pipes, or both the large diameter pipe 33 and the small diameter pipe 34 may be hard pipes. When the large diameter pipe 33 and the small diameter pipe 34 are both hoses or hard pipes, the large diameter pipe 33 and the small diameter pipe 34 can be in sealing connection by bonding or welding.
The large diameter pipe 33 and the small diameter pipe 34 of the present embodiment are two pipe members, but the present utility model is not limited thereto, and the large diameter pipe 33 and the small diameter pipe 34 may be different portions of one pipe member, as long as the junction between the small diameter pipe 34 and the large diameter pipe 33 is satisfied to form the water collecting area 301 and the intercepting area 302.
Further, referring to fig. 3, an end of the small diameter tube 34 extending into the large diameter tube 33 includes a reducing section 341, an outer wall of the reducing section 341 is attached to an inner wall of the large diameter tube 33, and an inner diameter of the reducing section 341 gradually increases from the large diameter tube 33 to the small diameter tube 34. Since one end of the small diameter pipe 34 extends into the large diameter pipe 33, the end surface of the small diameter pipe 34 is equivalent to a stepped surface, and the reducing section 341 is provided in this embodiment, so that the stepped surface of the small diameter pipe 34 is wider under the condition that the wall thickness is unchanged, that is, a larger height drop is provided between the inner bottom wall of the water collecting area 301 and the inner bottom wall of the interception area 302, so that the water collecting area 301 can accommodate more condensed water, and further, the condition that the condensed water overflows the stepped surface and enters into the small diameter pipe 34 is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the steam pipe 30 further includes a main pipe 31 and a split joint 32, the split joint 32 has an inlet end 321 and at least two outlet ends 322, the inlet end 321 is communicated with the water storage tank 211 through the main pipe 31, and the outlet end 322 is communicated with one end of the large diameter pipe 33 far from the small diameter pipe 34. Thus, the steam flowing out of the water tank 20 first enters the main pipe 31 and is split by the split joint 32. As shown in fig. 5, the direction indicated by the solid arrow in the drawing is the steam flow direction, and the direction indicated by the broken arrow in the drawing is the condensate flow direction. The split joint 32 is provided in the present embodiment, and the split joint 32 has at least two outlet ends 322, so that steam can be split into at least two streams and enter the cooking cavity 101 from at least two streams, thereby facilitating uniform distribution of steam in the cooking cavity 101.
In this embodiment, the split joint 32 is a three-way joint, i.e. the split joint 32 has one inlet end 321 and two outlet ends 322, which splits the steam into two and enters the cooking chamber 101 from opposite sides so that the steam is uniformly distributed in the cooking chamber 101. However, in other embodiments, the split joint 32 may be a four-way joint or a five-way joint, which is not limited in the present utility model.
The outlet end 322 extends into the large diameter pipe 33 and is sealingly connected to the large diameter pipe 33 such that steam does not leak from the connection between the outlet end 322 and the large diameter pipe 33. In the present embodiment, the inner diameter of the outlet end 322 is smaller than the inner diameter of the large-diameter pipe 33, so that the inner bottom wall of the outlet end 322 is higher than the inner bottom wall of the large-diameter pipe 33, and the condensed water is concentrated and trapped in the large-diameter pipe 33.
In this embodiment, the shunt joint 32 is a hard material joint, for example, a stainless steel joint, or a hard plastic joint. Since the large diameter pipe 33 is a hose and the shunt joint 32 is a hard material joint, the connection between the outlet end 322 of the shunt joint 32 and the large diameter pipe 33 is easier to form a sealing connection, and no additional sealing structure is required. Further, the outer wall of the outlet end 322 is provided with annular ribs, so that the outlet end 322 is connected with the large-diameter pipe 33 more tightly, and steam leakage is not easy to occur.
In this embodiment, the main pipe 31 may be a hose, and further, the main pipe 31 may be a silicone tube. The inlet end 321 is inserted into the main pipe 31 to realize the sealing connection between the inlet end 321 and the main pipe 31, thereby avoiding the steam leakage at the connection position. Further, the outer wall of the inlet end 321 is provided with an annular convex rib, so that the inlet end 321 is connected with the main pipe 31 more tightly, and steam leakage is not easy to occur.
Referring to fig. 4, the water tank 20 includes a tank body 21 and a tank cover 22, the water storage tank 211 is disposed in the tank body 21, and the tank cover 22 covers the opening of the water storage tank 211. It is convenient to fill the water storage tank 211 by opening the cover 22. The box 21 is provided with a steam outlet channel 212 which is communicated with the water storage tank 211 and the steam pipe 30, the steam outlet channel 212 is formed on the side wall of the box 21, one end of the steam outlet channel 212 is positioned at the upper part of the water storage tank 211, the other end of the steam outlet channel 212 extends to the outer wall of the box 21 and forms a connecting port 213, and the main channel pipe 31 of the steam pipe 30 is connected with the connecting port 213. Because one end of the steam outlet channel 212 is positioned at the upper part of the water storage tank 211, water in the water storage tank 211 cannot enter the steam outlet channel 212, and the condition that water in the water storage tank 211 directly flows into the cooking cavity 101 is avoided. In this embodiment, the connection port 213 is inserted into the main pipe 31, that is, one end of the main pipe 31 is sleeved outside the connection port 213, so that the connection is very convenient. Further, the outer wall of the connecting port 213 is provided with an annular rib, so that the connecting port 213 is connected with the main pipe 31 more tightly, and steam leakage is not easy to occur.
Further, the steam generating apparatus further includes a first heating member 40 for heating the water tank 20, and the first heating member 40 heats water in the water storage tank 211 to form steam by heating the water tank 20. In this embodiment, the first heating element 40 is disposed at the bottom of the case 21. The first heating element 40 is a heating tube.
Referring to fig. 1, 7 and 8, the upper tray assembly 12 is rotatably connected to the lower tray assembly 11 by a hinge 13. In this embodiment, the steam outlet channel 212 is disposed on one side of the box 21 away from the hinge 13, so that when the upper tray assembly 12 is turned over and opened, the steam outlet channel 212 is disposed above the water storage tank 211, thereby avoiding the situation that water flows into and out of the steam outlet channel 212 in the water storage tank 211.
The lower tray assembly 11 includes a lower case 111, a lower tray 113, and a third heating member 114, wherein the lower tray 113 is disposed inside the lower case 111, and the third heating member 114 is disposed at the bottom of the lower tray 113 for heating the lower tray 113.
The upper bakeware assembly 12 includes an upper case 121, a cover 122, and an upper bakeware 123, the cover 122 is disposed at the inner side of the upper case 121, the upper bakeware 123 is detachably mounted at one side of the cover 122 facing away from the upper case 121, and the steam generating device is mounted at one side of the cover 122 facing toward the upper case 121. It will be appreciated that the upper tray assembly 12 further includes a second heating member 124 disposed between the hood 122 and the upper tray 123, the second heating member 124 being configured to heat the upper tray 123. The cover 122 not only provides an installation location for the steam generating device, but also can reflect heat toward the upper tray 123, thereby improving heating efficiency, and avoiding an excessive temperature of the upper case 121.
The upper case 121 is provided with a through hole 1211, the case 21 is at least partially penetrated through the through hole 1211, and the case cover 22 is positioned outside the through hole 1211, so that a user can conveniently open the case cover 22 to add water into the water storage tank 211. Further, the cover 22 may be formed as a transparent cover, so that a user can observe the water level in the water storage tank 211, thereby adding water in time.
