本实用新型公开一种一种磁吸式表面测温传感器，有依次连接的测温体外壳（1）、导线（2）及连接器（3），所述测温体外壳（1）由塑料盒体（1‑1）及铜盖（1‑2）相接而成，导线（2）端头穿过塑料盒体（1‑1），在塑料盒体（1‑1）外侧设有套接在导线（2）上的密封件（4），所述塑料盒体（1‑1）内置有感温元件（5），感温元件（5）通过连接线（6）与导线（2）的线芯（2‑1）相接，所述塑料盒体（1‑1）内底面上还放置有位于感温元件（5）两侧或/和下方的圆形强磁铁（7），在塑料盒体（1‑1）内的空隙处填充有导热胶（8）。不仅提高了响应速度而且还减少导热过程中的热量损耗，提高了测量的准确度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种温度传感器，尤其是一种磁吸式表面测温传感器。
背景技术
磁吸式表面测温传感器主要用于对物品（产品）表面进行多点测温。现有的磁吸式表面测温传感器有依次连接的测温体外壳、导线及连接器，其测温体外壳是用金属铜制成的保护盒，保护盒通过铜保护管与导线相接，在保护盒外焊接有高温强磁体。铜保护管穿过保护盒且与保护盒侧壁焊接，保护盒内有固定铜保护管的导热胶。在铜保护管内有相互连接的感温元件、连接线及导线的线芯，铜保护管内还填充有氧化镁粉。测温时，通过磁铁将保护盒固定在被测物品表面，物品表面的热量需要通过磁铁、铜制成的保护盒、导热胶及铜保护管等才能传至感温元件进行温度检测，不仅响应速度慢而且还会因导热过程中的热量损耗而影响测量的准确度。
发明内容
本实用新型是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题，提供一种磁吸式表面测温传感器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种磁吸式表面测温传感器，有依次连接的测温体外壳、导线及连接器，所述测温体外壳由塑料盒体和铜盖密封相接而成，导线端头穿过塑料盒体，在塑料盒体外侧设有套接在导线上的密封件，所述塑料盒体内置有感温元件，感温元件通过连接线与导线的线芯相接，所述塑料盒体内底面上还放置有位于感温元件两侧或/和下方的圆形强磁铁，在塑料盒体内的空隙处填充有导热胶。
本实用新型的测温体外壳由塑料盒体和铜盖密封相接而成，塑料盒体相对铜壳体减少热量损耗；同时测温时可通过两个圆形强磁铁将铜盖固定在被测物品表面，物品表面温度只通过铜盖及导热胶即可传至感温元件进行温度检测，无需通过磁铁及铜保护管等等传导。不仅提高了响应速度而且还减少导热过程中的热量损耗，提高了测量的准确度。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种磁吸式表面测温传感器，与现有技术相同的是有依次连接的测温体外壳1、导线2及连接器3，与现有技术不同的是所述测温体外壳1由塑料盒体1-1和铜盖1-2相接而成，铜盖1-2为铜片制成，导线2端头穿过塑料盒体1-1，在塑料盒体1-1外侧设有套接在导线2上的密封件4，所述塑料（聚四氟乙烯）盒体1-1内置有感温元件5，感温元件5通过连接线6与导线2的线芯2-1相接，所述塑料盒体1-1内底面上还放置有位于感温元件5两侧的圆形强磁铁7，在塑料盒体1-1内的空隙处填充有导热胶（蓝胶）8。制作时，先将两个圆形强磁铁7放置在塑料盒体1-1内，将感温元件5、连接线6、线芯2-1相接，然后再将感温元件5、连接线6、线芯2-1及导线2的端头穿过塑料盒体1-1上的孔，使两个圆形强磁铁7位于感温元件5两侧，再采用灌胶工艺，使感温元件5、连接线6、线芯2-1及两个圆形强磁铁7被导热胶8固定，最后在导热胶8上表面贴上铜盖1-2，使测温体外壳1由塑料盒体1-1和铜盖1-2相接。

及连接器（3），其特征在于：所述测温体外壳（1）由塑料盒体（1-1）及铜盖（1-2）相接而成，导线（2）端头穿过塑料盒体（1-1），在塑料盒体（1-1）外侧设有套接在导线（2）上的密封件（4），所述塑料盒体（1-1）内置有感温元件（5），感温元件（5）通过连接线（6）与导线（2）的线芯（2-1）相接，所述塑料盒体（1-1）内底面上还放置有位于感温元件（5）两侧或/和下方的圆形强磁铁（7），在塑料盒体（1-1）内的空隙处填充有导热胶（8）。
