Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the reset mechanism 5 includes at least one first magnet group 51 and at least one second magnet group 52, the first magnet group 51 and the second magnet group 52 are disposed adjacently, the first magnet group 51 includes a first magnet 511 and a second magnet 512 capable of magnetically attracting each other, the second magnet group 52 includes a third magnet 521 and a fourth magnet 522 capable of magnetically attracting each other, the first magnet 511 and the third magnet 521 are respectively connected to the clamping plate 1, the second magnet 512 and the fourth magnet 522 are respectively connected to the mounting member 3, and the magnetic poles of the first magnet 511 and the third magnet 521 are opposite.
In the present embodiment, the first magnet 511 and the second magnet 512 have opposite magnetic poles, and therefore the first magnet 511 and the second magnet 512 can be magnetically attracted together. The third magnet 521 and the fourth magnet 522 have opposite poles, and thus the third magnet 521 and the fourth magnet 522 can be magnetically attracted together.
The first magnet 511 and the second magnet 512 are disposed opposite to each other, the third magnet 521 and the fourth magnet 522 are disposed opposite to each other, and the clamping plate 1 is disposed opposite to each other, and the first magnet 511 and the fourth magnet 522 are disposed opposite to each other, respectively, in the first position.

In this embodiment, along with the rotation of the clamping plate 1, the limiting post 7 can slide in the guiding and limiting groove 6, and when the limiting post 7 moves to one end position of the guiding and limiting groove 6, the clamping plate 1 is limited to be unable to continue to rotate.
Through the rotation angle that can restrict grip block 1 so setting for grip block 1 can only rotate in certain angle, can not rotate at will, thereby the convenience of customers carries out single hand operation, avoids appearing the problem of maloperation. In addition, through the cooperation of guide limit groove 6 and spacing post 7 and first magnet 511 and fourth magnet 522 cooperation for grip block 1 can only be moved to the first position by the second position when resetting, can not appear the removal in other directions, avoids appearing the condition that can't use.
Alternatively, in some examples, the notch of the guiding and limiting groove 6 faces the clamping plate 1, and the end of the limiting post 7 away from the clamping plate 1 is placed into the guiding and limiting groove 6. The guiding and limiting groove 6 is of an arc-shaped strip structure, and can meet the rotation requirement of the clamping plate 1.
Alternatively, in some examples, the stop post 7 may be at one end of the guide stop slot 6 when the clamp plate 1 is in the first position and the stop post 7 may be at the other end of the guide stop slot 6 when the clamp plate 1 is in the second position.
Optionally, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the reset mechanism 5 further includes at least one third magnet group 53, the first magnet group 51 is located between the third magnet group 53 and the second magnet group 52, the third magnet group 53 includes a fifth magnet 531 and a sixth magnet 532 that can magnetically attract each other, the fifth magnet 531 is connected to the clamping plate 1, the sixth magnet 532 is connected to the mounting part 3, and the magnetic poles of the first magnet 511 and the fifth magnet 531 are opposite.
The clamping plate 1 has a third position, the clamping plate 1 is in the third position, the two clamping pieces 21 are connected with the pushing portion 31, the clamping piece set 2 is in a released state, the first magnet 511 and the sixth magnet 532 are oppositely arranged, the third magnet 521 and the second magnet 512 are oppositely arranged, and the guiding and limiting groove 6 and the limiting post 7 cooperate to limit the movement of the clamping plate 1 between the first position and the second position or between the first position and the third position.
Through so setting for grip block 1 also can take off electronic terminal equipment when the third position, thereby the user can carry out forward rotation or reverse rotation to grip block 1 relative installation component 3, all can realize taking off electronic terminal equipment, and the convenience is better in operation, does not also have too much restriction.
It will be appreciated that when the clamping plate 1 is in the first position, the first magnet 511 is disposed opposite the second magnet 512, the third magnet 521 is disposed opposite the fourth magnet 522, and the fifth magnet 531 is opposite the sixth magnet 532. When the clamping plate 1 is at the third position, the first magnet 511 and the sixth magnet 532 are disposed opposite to each other, the third magnet 521 and the second magnet 512 are disposed opposite to each other, the first magnet 511 and the sixth magnet 532 have the same magnetic poles, and the third magnet 521 and the second magnet 512 have the same magnetic poles, so that the resetting action on the clamping plate 1 can be enhanced.
Correspondingly, when the clamping plate 1 is in the first position, the limiting column 7 is positioned in the middle of the guiding limiting groove 6.
Optionally, the third magnet groups 53 are disposed at both ends of the clamping plate 1 and both ends of the mounting member 3, so as to ensure balance of the clamping plate 1 during resetting rotation, and also ensure resetting function better.
Optionally, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the mounting component 3 includes a fixing seat 32, a ball head 33, and a supporting plate 34, the fixing seat 32 is connected to the ball head 33, the supporting plate 34 is connected to the fixing seat 32, the clamping plate 1 is rotatably connected to the fixing seat 32, the supporting plate 34 is located between the clamping plate 1 and the fixing seat 32, two pushing portions 31 are respectively connected to two ends of a surface of the supporting plate 34 facing the clamping plate 1, and the two pushing portions 31 can be respectively connected to two clamping pieces 21 of the clamping piece set 2.
In this embodiment, the fixing base 32 is used for improving the installation of the supporting plate 34, the ball head 33 is used for being installed at a position where the ball head 33 needs to be used, and the supporting plate 34 is used for generating a supporting effect on the clamping plate 1 so as to ensure the rotation of the clamping plate 1.
The direction of the whole installation part 3 can be changed through the ball head 33, and the whole installation part 3 can be rotated at the same time, so that after the electronic terminal equipment is clamped and fixed, the direction of the electronic terminal equipment and the angle of the electronic terminal equipment can be adjusted, and the electronic terminal equipment can be vertically arranged or horizontally arranged.
The pushing parts 31 can act on the two clamping pieces 21 of the clamping piece set 2, so that the two clamping pieces 21 can not clamp the electronic terminal equipment at the same time, and the electronic terminal equipment can be conveniently taken out.
When the number of the clip groups 2 is plural, plural pushing portions 31 may be provided.
In some examples, the anchor block 32 is connected to the support plate 34 by a bolt, and the ball 33 is connected to the anchor block 32 by a bolt.
Alternatively, in some examples, a fixed slot may be provided on a center console of the vehicle, the ball head 33 may be mounted into the fixed slot, and the ball head 33 may rotate within the fixed slot.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the mounting component 3 further includes a turntable 36, the fixing base 32 is provided with a mounting groove 35, the turntable 36 is rotatably connected to the mounting groove 35, the turntable 36 is provided with a connecting piece 37, the supporting plate 34 is covered on the mounting groove 35, the supporting plate 34 is provided with a connecting hole 38, and the connecting piece 37 passes through the connecting hole 38 and is connected with the clamping plate 1.
In this embodiment, the turntable 36 can rotate in the mounting groove 35, and the support plate 34 can limit the turntable 36 in the mounting groove 35, so that the turntable 36 can be prevented from falling from the mounting groove 35, and when the clamping plate 1 rotates relative to the support plate 34, the turntable 36 rotates in the mounting groove 35.
In some examples, the connection 37 is a bolt by which the turntable 36 is connected to the clamping plate 1. The turntable 36 is provided with a positioning hole, and the clamping plate 1 is provided with a positioning piece which is clamped into the positioning hole.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, both ends of the support plate 34 are formed with the toggle portions 39. The toggle portion 39 is provided to facilitate the user to operate the entire mounting member 3 to adjust or rotate the orientation. In some examples, the toggle 39 may be a plurality of protrusions.
Optionally, in some examples, the electronic terminal device may be a cell phone or a small tablet computer.

Claims (14)

1. An electronic terminal equipment fixing device is characterized by comprising a mounting component, a clamping plate and at least one clamping piece group;
the clamping plate is rotatably connected to the mounting component, the clamping piece group comprises two clamping pieces which are oppositely arranged, the two clamping pieces are respectively connected to the clamping plate, and at least part of the two clamping pieces can be mutually close to clamp the electronic terminal equipment;
the mounting component is provided with a pushing part which is arranged to drive at least part of the two clamping pieces to be away from each other;
wherein the clamping plate has a first position and a second position, and the clamping member set has a clamping state and a releasing state; the clamping plate is in the first position, the clamping piece group is in the clamping state, the clamping plate is in the second position, the two clamping pieces are connected with the pushing part, and the clamping piece group is in the releasing state.
2. The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein two clamping members of the clamping member set are both rotatably connected to the clamping plate, a reset member is provided on each clamping member, one end of the reset member away from the clamping member is connected to the clamping plate, and the reset member is used for driving one end of the two clamping members of the clamping member set away from the clamping plate to approach each other.

The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein each of the holding members includes a holding portion and a connecting portion formed on the holding portion, the connecting portion is disposed at an angle to the holding portion, one end of the connecting portion near the holding portion is rotatably connected with the holding plate, and one end of the connecting portion far from the holding portion is connectable with the pushing portion.

The electronic terminal equipment fixing device according to claim 3, wherein connectors are formed at both ends of the clamping plate, a rotating shaft is arranged at one end of the connector away from the clamping plate, the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the side edge of the connecting portion, the reset piece is configured as a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and both ends of the torsion spring are respectively connected with the connecting portion and the connectors.
5. The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a clamping joint is formed at an end of the clamping portion remote from the connecting portion.

The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising an electronic terminal device protective case, wherein clamping grooves are formed in two sides of the electronic terminal device protective case, and the clamping connector can be clamped into the clamping grooves.

The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein one of a side of the holding plate away from the mounting part and a back side of the electronic terminal device protective case is formed with a limit projection, and the other of the side of the holding plate away from the mounting part and the back side of the electronic terminal device protective case is formed with a limit groove into which the limit projection can be caught.
8. The electronic terminal device securing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a reset mechanism coupled to the clamping plate and the mounting member, respectively, the reset mechanism configured to limit the clamping plate to the first position.
9. The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the reset mechanism includes at least one first magnet group and at least one second magnet group, the first magnet group and the second magnet group are adjacently disposed, the first magnet group includes a first magnet and a second magnet that can magnetically attract each other, the second magnet group includes a third magnet and a fourth magnet that can magnetically attract each other, the first magnet and the third magnet are respectively connected to the holding plate, the second magnet and the fourth magnet are respectively connected to the mounting member, and the first magnet is opposite to the third magnet in magnetic pole;
the clamping plate is arranged at the first position, the first magnet and the second magnet are arranged oppositely, the third magnet and the fourth magnet are arranged oppositely, the clamping plate is arranged at the second position, and the first magnet and the fourth magnet are arranged oppositely.

The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the mounting member is provided with a guide limit groove, a limit post is provided on a side of the clamping plate facing the mounting member, the limit post is slidably connected in the guide limit groove, and cooperation of the guide limit groove and the limit post restricts movement of the clamping plate between the first position and the second position.

The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the reset mechanism further comprises at least one third magnet group, the first magnet group being located between the third magnet group and the second magnet group, the third magnet group comprising a fifth magnet and a sixth magnet that are magnetically attracted to each other, the fifth magnet being connected to the holding plate, the sixth magnet being connected to the mounting member, the first magnet being opposite in magnetic polarity to the fifth magnet;
the clamping plate is provided with a third position, the clamping plate is in the third position, two clamping pieces are connected with the pushing part, the clamping piece group is in the release state, the first magnet and the sixth magnet are oppositely arranged, the third magnet and the second magnet are oppositely arranged, and the clamping plate is limited to move between the first position and the second position or between the first position and the third position by the cooperation of the guide limiting groove and the limiting column.

The fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the mounting member includes a fixing base, a ball head, and a support plate, the fixing base is connected to the ball head, the support plate is connected to the fixing base, the clamping plate is rotatably connected to the fixing base, the support plate is located between the clamping plate and the fixing base, two pushing portions are respectively connected to two ends of a face of the support plate facing the clamping plate, and the two pushing portions are respectively connectable to two clamping members of the clamping member group.

The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the mounting member further comprises a turntable, the fixing base is provided with a mounting groove, the turntable is rotatably connected to the mounting groove, the turntable is provided with a connecting member, the support plate is covered on the mounting groove, the support plate is provided with a connecting hole, and the connecting member passes through the connecting hole and is connected with the clamping plate.
14. The electronic terminal device fixing apparatus of claim 12, wherein the support plate is formed with a toggle portion at both ends thereof.
