As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mobile phone holder 10 with a locking function. The mobile phone holder 10 includes, for example, a housing 100, a clamping assembly 200, a lever 300, and a fixing member 400, wherein the housing 100 includes, for example, an upper shell 101 and a lower shell 102, and the upper shell 101 is connected to the lower shell 102, and an accommodating space 103 is formed therebetween. The fixing member 400 is disposed on a side of the lower shell 102 away from the upper shell 101, a first through hole 110 is disposed at a position of the lower shell 102 corresponding to the fixing member 400, and the fixing member 400 can rotate from a first direction to a second direction relative to the housing 100. The clamping assembly 200 includes a first clamping arm 210 and a second clamping arm 220, the clamping assembly 200 is movably disposed on a side of the lower shell 102 away from the fixing member 400, that is, the clamping assembly 200 is disposed in the accommodating space 103 and extends out of the housing 100 along a transverse direction of the housing 100, and the first clamping arm 201 and the second clamping arm 202 can be relatively folded or unfolded. In addition, the shift lever 300 is disposed on a side of the lower shell 102 away from the fixing member 400 (i.e., in the accommodating space 103), and is fixedly connected to the fixing member 400 through the first through hole 110, a first magnetic attraction mechanism 510 is disposed between the shift lever 300 and the clamping assembly 200, and when the shift lever 300 rotates to the second direction, the first clamping arm 201 is fixed to the shift lever 300 through the first magnetic attraction mechanism 510.
For example, when a user needs to place a mobile phone, the mobile phone can be placed on the housing 100 and the clamping assembly 300 is clamped, and then the fixing member 400 is rotated from the first direction to the second direction, so that the first clamping arm 201 is fixed to the shift lever 300 through the first magnetic attraction mechanism 510, and since the gravity of the mobile phone cannot overcome the magnetic attraction force of the first magnetic attraction mechanism 510, the clamping assembly 200 can be further fixed through the first magnetic attraction mechanism 510, and the clamping assembly 300 is prevented from being loosened, so that the mobile phone can be firmly clamped by the mobile phone holder; when the mobile phone needs to be taken down, the fixing member 400 can be rotated to the first direction, and at this time, the lever 300 and the first clamping arm 210 do not interfere with each other, so that the clamping assembly 300 can be opened to take down the mobile phone.
It should be noted that the first direction mentioned in the present application may be, for example, along a length direction of the casing 100 (for example, an x direction in fig. 1), and the second direction may be, for example, along a width direction of the casing 100 (for example, a y direction in fig. 1), although the first direction may also be, for example, along the width direction of the casing 100, and the second direction is along the length direction of the casing 100, which is not limited in the present application. Wherein the first direction intersects the second direction, preferably the first direction is for example perpendicular to the second direction. For convenience of description, the first direction is taken as a length direction of the housing 100 in the present application, and the second direction is, for example, taken as a width direction of the housing 100.
Through setting up driving lever and first magnetism and inhale the mechanism, can make the mounting when rotatory second direction, the clamping component is fixed through first magnetism to the driving lever inhales the mechanism to make clamping component lock, thereby cell phone stand can firmly centre gripping cell-phone.
The following describes the mobile phone holder 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a mobile phone holder 10 with a locking function includes, for example, a housing 100, a clamping assembly 200, a lever 300, a fixing member 400, a first magnetic attraction mechanism 510, a fixing plate 700, and a locking member 800. Specifically, the mobile phone is placed on the housing 100, for example, an accommodating space 103 is formed between the upper shell 101 and the lower shell 102, and the clamping assembly 200, the lever 300, the fixing plate 700 and the locking member 800 are disposed in the accommodating space 103, for example. The fixing member 400 is disposed on a side of the lower shell 102 away from the upper shell 101, and the fixing member 400 is used for connecting with a console of an automobile, for example, to fix the mobile phone holder 10 on the automobile, although the mobile phone holder 10 is not limited to be fixed on the console of the automobile. The side of the lower shell 102 facing away from the upper shell 101 is provided with, for example, a coupling groove corresponding to the holder 400, into which the holder 400 is, for example, inserted.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, a first groove 120 is disposed on a side of the lower shell 102 away from the fixing member 400, for example, a shift lever 300 is disposed in the first groove 120, and an end of the shift lever 300 passes through the first through hole 110 and is fixedly connected to the fixing member 400, for example, by a screw connection. In addition, the shape of the first groove 120 is, for example, a semi-circle, and one end of the shift lever 300 away from the first through hole 110 is, for example, in close contact with the arc surface of the first groove 120. The lever 300 can reciprocate along the arc of the first groove 120 in the first groove 120 against the arc of the first groove 120. An outer side of one end of the shift lever 300, which is away from the first through hole 110, is provided with, for example, a positioning protrusion 310, and the number of the positioning protrusions 310 is, for example, multiple, for example, two. Positioning protrusion 310 is, for example, a ball protruding from lever 300. The first groove 120 is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves 121 matching with the positioning protrusions 310, for example, and the positioning protrusions 310 are selectively inserted into target positioning grooves of the plurality of positioning grooves 121. Therefore, the positioning protrusions are arranged to be matched with the positioning grooves, the auxiliary positioning can be performed on the rotated angle after the fixing piece rotates, and the indication effect can be given to a user, namely the rotation is already in place. An annular protrusion 122 is further disposed in the first groove 120, for example, and the annular protrusion 122 contacts with a surface of the shift lever 300. The annular protrusion 122 is provided to reduce friction when the shift lever 300 and the first recess 120 rotate with each other.
As mentioned above, referring to fig. 6, the first magnetic attraction mechanism 510 includes, for example, a first magnetic attraction element 511 and a second magnetic attraction element 512, the first magnetic attraction element 511 is disposed on a side of the shift lever 300 away from the fixing element 400, and the second magnetic attraction element 512 is disposed on a side of the first clamping arm 210 close to the lower shell 102. It should be noted that, here, the second magnetic element 512 is disposed on one of the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220 close to the lower shell 102. When the shift lever 300 is located in the second direction, the first magnetic element 511 and the second magnetic element 512 attract each other, so that the first clamping arm 210 is fixed to the shift lever 300 through the first magnetic mechanism 510. Therefore, when the fixing member 400 rotates to the second direction, the driving lever fixes the clamping assembly through the first magnetic attraction mechanism, so that the clamping assembly is locked, and the mobile phone can be firmly clamped by the mobile phone support.
In one embodiment, the first magnetic attraction mechanism 510 can include only the first magnetic attraction element 511, and the clamping assembly 200 can be made of ferromagnetic material, for example, so that the first magnetic attraction element 511 can directly attract to the clamping assembly 200 without providing the second magnetic attraction element 512.
As mentioned above, the length of the second magnetic-attracting element 512 is preferably greater than or equal to the length of the first magnetic-attracting element 511, so that the mobile phone holder 10 can be adapted to mobile phones with different widths. In one embodiment, a plurality of second magnetic attracting elements 512 may also be disposed on a side of the first clamping arm 210 adjacent to the lower shell 102, so that the mobile phone holder 10 can be adapted to mobile phones with different widths.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, for example, a blocking piece 123 is disposed in the first groove 120, and when the fixing member 400 is located in the first direction, the blocking piece 123 is disposed on a side of the shift lever 300 away from the second magnetic element 512. In this way, the blocking piece 123 is disposed to limit the rotation direction of the shift lever 300 relative to the housing 100, so that the first magnetic attraction element 511 on the shift lever 300 can be tightly attracted to the second magnetic attraction element 512.
As mentioned above, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 7, the fixing plate 700 is disposed on a side of the lower shell 102 away from the fixing element 400, specifically, the fixing plate 700 partially covers the first groove 120, i.e., the shift lever 300 is disposed between the fixing plate 700 and the lower shell 102. Further, the first magnetic attraction mechanism 510 further includes a third magnetic attraction member 520 fixed to the lower case 102, for example, the third magnetic attraction member 520 is fixed to one side of the fixing plate 700 close to the lower case 102, and when the shift lever 300 is located in the first direction, the first magnetic attraction member 511 and the third magnetic attraction member 520 attract each other, so as to fix the shift lever 300 and reduce the noise generated by the shaking of the shift lever 300. It should be noted that, when the shift lever 300 is located in the second direction, the third magnetic attraction element 520 on the fixing plate 700 and the first magnetic attraction element 511 on the shift lever 300 do not interfere with each other.
In addition, referring to fig. 3, 8 and 9, a second groove 130 is disposed on a side of the lower case 102 away from the fixing element 400, the mobile phone holder 10 further includes a locking element 800, the locking element 800 is embedded in the second groove 130, and the locking element 800 can move in the second groove 130 along a third direction. Wherein the third direction is perpendicular to a plane determined by the first direction and the second direction, such as the z-direction shown in fig. 1, for example. For example, the lock 800 is shaped like a "T". Furthermore, a second through hole 140 is further disposed at a position of the upper shell 101 corresponding to the locking piece 800, and one end of the locking piece 800, which is far away from the lower shell 102, sequentially penetrates through the accommodating space 103 and the second through hole 140 and protrudes out of one side of the upper shell 101, which is far away from the lower shell 102.
As mentioned above, a second magnetic attraction mechanism 530 is disposed between the locking member 800 and the clamping assembly 200, and when the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220 are relatively opened to the maximum position, the clamping assembly 200 can be fixed to the locking member 800 through the second magnetic attraction mechanism 530. Specifically, one side of the locking member 800, which is away from the fixing member 400, is provided with four magnetic attraction members 531, and the number of the fourth magnetic attraction members 531 is two, and the four magnetic attraction members are respectively disposed on two sides of the locking member 800. The first clamping arm 210 includes, for example, a first protrusion 212, the second clamping arm 220 includes, for example, a second protrusion 222, fifth magnetic attraction pieces 532 are respectively disposed on the first protrusion 212 and the second protrusion 222, and the two fourth magnetic attraction pieces 531 respectively correspond to the two fifth magnetic attraction pieces 532 one to one. As such, when the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220 are relatively opened, for example, as shown in fig. 8, the fifth magnetic attraction member 532 and the fourth magnetic attraction member 531 attract each other, and the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220 are fixed to the locking member 800 through the second magnetic attraction mechanism 530, so as to prevent the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220 from generating abnormal noise when the mobile phone support 10 is idle (i.e., a mobile phone is not placed), which may affect the user experience. When a user places a mobile phone on the mobile phone holder 10, the user may, for example, press a portion of the locking member 800 protruding from the upper housing 101, so that the locking member 800 moves toward the lower housing 102 relative to the upper housing 101 in the second groove 130, as shown in fig. 9, and then the gap between the fourth magnetic attraction member 531 and the fifth magnetic attraction member 532 increases, which results in a decrease of the magnetic force of the attraction, so that the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220 can be mutually folded to clamp the mobile phone.
In summary, the mobile phone support with the locking function provided by the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the shift lever and the first magnetic attraction mechanism, when the fixing member rotates to the second direction, the shift lever fixes the clamping assembly through the first magnetic attraction mechanism, so that the clamping assembly is locked, and thus the mobile phone support can firmly clamp the mobile phone; the positioning protrusion is matched with the positioning groove, so that the rotating angle can be positioned in an auxiliary manner after the deflector rod rotates, and an indication effect is given to a user; the third magnetic attraction piece on the fixing plate is attracted with the first magnetic attraction piece on the deflector rod to fix the deflector rod, so that the noise generated by the shaking of the deflector rod is reduced; set up locking piece and second magnetism and inhale the mechanism when avoiding cell phone stand idle, abnormal sound noise takes place for first arm lock and second arm lock.
In addition, referring to fig. 10, the cell phone stand 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes, for example: a base 610, a transmission member 620 and an elastic member 630, wherein the base 610 is disposed between the first and second clipping arms 210 and 220 and extends toward an end of the lower shell 102 away from the first clipping arm 210, for example, for bearing a mobile phone, so as to prevent the mobile phone from falling. One end of the transmission element 620 is disposed on one side of the lower shell 102 away from the fixing element 400, the other side of the transmission element 620 is connected to the bottom bracket 610, the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220, and the transmission element 620 can be driven by the bottom bracket 610 to rotate relative to the lower shell 102 and drive the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220 to relatively close or open. The transmission member 620 may be, for example, a component capable of transmitting, such as a transmission rod, a gear, etc. In this embodiment, the transmission member 620 is preferably a gear, the first clamping arm 210 is provided with a first rack 211, the second clamping arm 220 is provided with a second rack 221, the shoe 610 is provided with a third rack 611, and the transmission member 620 is engaged with the first rack 211, the second rack 221 and the third rack 611, respectively. It should be noted that, when the transmission member 620 is a gear, the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220 are, for example, partially overlapped, in this embodiment, for example, the second clamping arm 220 is located on a side of the first clamping arm 210 away from the lower shell 102.
In view of the above, the elastic member 630 includes a fixed end 631 and a movable end 632 opposite to each other, the fixed end 631 is disposed on a side of the fixing plate 700 away from the lower casing 102, and the movable end 632 is disposed on the bottom support 610 and can move relative to the fixed end 631 under the driving of the bottom support 610. The elastic members 630 are, for example, springs, and the number of the elastic members 630 is, for example, two and the two elastic members are respectively disposed at both sides of the shoe 610. In this way, a user may, for example, place a mobile phone on the bottom support 610, and rely on the gravity of the mobile phone to move the bottom support 610 away from the housing 100 and pull the movable end 632 of the elastic member 630, so that the bottom support 610 drives the transmission member 620 to move, and thus the first clipping arms 210 and the second clipping arms 220 are relatively closed, as shown in fig. 11; when the user removes the mobile phone, the movable end 632 of the elastic member 630 elastically rebounds to pull the bottom bracket 610 to move toward the housing 100, so as to drive the transmission member 620, so that the first clamping arm 210 and the second clamping arm 220 are opened relatively, as shown in fig. 12, for example.
It should be noted that the first direction mentioned above is preferably along the length direction of the housing 100 (for example, the x direction in fig. 11), and the second direction is preferably along the width direction of the housing 100 (for example, the y direction in fig. 11). Therefore, when the user places the mobile phone on the mobile phone holder 10, the bottom support 610 is driven by the gravity of the mobile phone to move away from the housing 100 and pull the elastic member 630, and the transmission member 620 can drive the clamping assembly 200 to be relatively folded under the driving of the bottom support 610, so as to clamp the mobile phone; when the user takes off the mobile phone from the mobile phone support 10, the elastic member 630 is used to elastically return to drive the bottom support 610 to move toward the direction close to the casing 100, and the transmission member 620 can drive the holding assembly 200 to be relatively opened under the driving of the bottom support 610, so as to facilitate the next use by the user. Therefore, the mobile phone support 10 is automatically locked, the use of the mobile phone support is further facilitated for the user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
To summarize, a user, for example, places a mobile phone on the housing 100, and drives the bottom bracket 610 to move by the gravity of the mobile phone, so that the clamping assembly 200 is relatively folded to clamp the mobile phone, and further rotates the fixing member 400 to the second direction, so that the first clamping arm 210 is fixed to the shift lever 300 by the first magnetic attraction mechanism 510 to further clamp and fix the mobile phone; when the user needs to take the mobile phone down, the fixing member 400 is rotated back to the first direction, and then the mobile phone is taken out from the housing 100.
In summary, by providing the bottom support, the transmission member and the elastic member, the clamping assembly 200 can be automatically locked and unlocked by the gravity of the mobile phone, that is, the mobile phone support 10 with the locking function further has an automatic locking function.
