The concrete mixer of claim 1 wherein said stop block includes a bottom plate and an arcuate stop plate, wherein said rotatable member is mounted to said bottom plate, wherein said arcuate stop plate is fixedly disposed vertically on a side of said bottom plate remote from said rotatable member and forms a side wall of said stop space.
3. The concrete mixer of claim 2 wherein said arcuate stop plate has a plurality of arcuate stop plates and a plurality of arcuate stop plates are evenly spaced along a perimeter of said stop space.
4. The concrete mixer of claim 2 wherein said bottom plate is provided with balls along an annular shape on an inner side of said bottom plate adjacent to said arcuate stop plate, said balls being movably embedded in said bottom plate, and an annular slide way is provided on a bottom of said mixing tank for mating with said balls.
5. The concrete mixer of claim 2 wherein said base plate is provided with a support handle on a side remote from said arcuate stop plate, said support handle and hinge points being located at opposite ends, wherein said hinge points are hinge points between said stop block and said base.
6. The concrete mixer of claim 1 wherein the bottom of said base is provided with universal wheels.
7. The concrete mixer of claim 1 wherein said rotary element is implemented as a servo motor.
8. The concrete mixer of claim 1 wherein said telescoping cylinder is a hydraulic, pneumatic or electric cylinder.
