Fig. 1 to 4 show a container according to the present utility model, including a case 100 and a threshold assembly, the case 100 having a door frame 101 at a side portion thereof, side plates 105 being positioned at both sides of the door frame 101 in a length direction of the case 100, sealing plates 102 being positioned at both sides of the door frame 101 as well, and the sealing plates 102 being positioned at an inner side of the side plates 105 in a width direction D1 of the case 100.
The threshold assembly comprises a water deflector 120, a first load bearing plate 111, a connecting plate 112 and a second load bearing plate 113. The dam 120 is positioned between the side plate 105 and the closure plate 102 with the bottom end of the dam 120 extending downwardly beyond the bottom end of the closure plate 102. The first bearing plate 111 extends in a horizontal direction and is connected to the bottom end of the water deflector 120. The connection plate 112 is inclined to the first bearing plate 111, and the bottom end of the connection plate 112 is connected to the first bearing plate 111. The second bearing plate 113 extends in a horizontal direction and is connected to the top end of the connection plate 112.
According to the container disclosed by the utility model, the threshold assembly is arranged, so that a user can conveniently enter and exit the container body 100 through the door frame 101, the water baffle 120 is positioned between the side plate 105 and the sealing plate 102, and the bottom end of the water baffle 120 downwards exceeds the bottom end of the sealing plate 102, thereby effectively blocking the seeper from penetrating towards the side plate 105 and preventing the seeper from contacting the bottom of the container body 100, and further preventing the bottom of the container body 100 from being corroded.
Referring to fig. 4, the door frame 101 includes a bottom beam 104, and the top end of the water blocking plate 120 is higher than the bottom beam 104 in the height direction D2 of the cabinet 100 to prevent moisture from accumulating in the cabinet 100 and to reduce corrosion of the bottom of the cabinet 100. Further, a bottom corner seal 106 is provided between the inner bottom surface of the case 100 and the side plate 105, and the top end of the water baffle 120 is lower than the top end of the bottom corner seal 106 in the height direction D2 of the case 100. The bottom corner seal 106 is beneficial to preventing the water accumulation at the bottom corner of the box body 100 from corroding the bottom of the side plate 105, and the water baffle 120 is beneficial to preventing the water accumulation from penetrating between the bottom corner seal 106 and the side plate 105 due to the water baffle 120, so that the corrosion of the water accumulation to the box body 100 is further reduced. Alternatively, the size of the water guard 120 in the height direction D2 of the case 100 is 25 to 35mm, and further, the size of the water guard 120 in the height direction D2 of the case 100 is 30mm, which is suitable for waterproofing of containers of general sizes.
Referring to fig. 2, the water deflector 120 is provided with a threshold passage 121, and the size of the threshold passage 121 along the length direction D3 of the container coincides with the outer width of the door frame 101. As shown in fig. 3, the bottom end of the threshold through-groove 121 extends to the first bearing plate 111, and the edge of the first bearing plate 111 near the threshold through-groove 121 is connected to the door frame 101. Alternatively, when installing the threshold assembly, the operator aligns both ends of the threshold through-groove 121 with the outer sidewalls of both sides of the door frame 101, respectively, and then welds the first load bearing plate 111 with the bottom beam 104 of the door frame 101 and fixes the water blocking plate 120 with the sealing plate 102 by the rivets 103, thereby completing the installation of the threshold assembly. The threshold channel 121 is sized so that the splash guard 120 is completely hidden between the seal plate 102 and the side plate 105, which is advantageous in preventing a user from tripping over the splash guard 120 when entering and exiting the door frame 101. In addition, since the edge of the first bearing plate 111 near the threshold through groove 121 is connected to the bottom beam 104, the accumulated water is prevented from entering between the first bearing plate 111 and the bottom beam 104, and the accumulated water is further prevented from penetrating the bottom of the tank 100.
Referring to fig. 3, the connection plate 112 has an angle of 0 to 45 ° with respect to the horizontal. Further, the angle between the connection plate 112 and the horizontal plane may be 30 °. The arrangement of the connecting plate 112 is beneficial to reducing the gradient of a user passing through the door frame 101 and improving the comfort level of the user passing through the door frame 101.
