In some embodiments of the present utility model, the oven 1000 includes a guide rail 1100, a plate 1200, a door 1300, and a connector 1400, wherein the plate 1200 is formed with a first groove 1210 on a movable portion 1120 of the guide rail 1100, the connector 1400 is disposed on the door 1300, and a first connection portion 1410 of the connector 1400 is inserted into the first groove 1210 to be connected with the first groove 1210, so that the guide rail 1100 and the door 1300 are connected and installed, the first groove 1210 forms a space for accommodating the first connection portion 1410, and local protrusion of the first connection portion 1410 is avoided or excessive protrusion of a connection structure between the first connection portion 1410 and the first groove 1210 is avoided, thereby improving the aesthetic feeling. In addition, the arrangement of the first groove 1210 improves the structural strength of the joint of the plate 1200, prevents deformation, makes the connection with the door body 1300 more stable, and the formation of the first groove 1210 lays a foundation for the assembly of the door body 1300, improving the assembly efficiency.
Specifically, some ovens 1000 need to be installed in an embedded manner, for convenience in use, the ovens 1000 are designed to be drawer-type, i.e. the door body 1300 is connected with the supporting frame, the supporting frame is suitable for being placed on a baking tray, when the door body 1300 is pulled, the door body 1300 can drive the supporting frame and the baking tray to expose the cavity 1500 of the oven 1000, when the door body 1300 is pushed, the door body 1300 can drive the supporting frame and the baking tray to push into the cavity 1500 of the oven 1000, so-called the cavity 1500 is a baking space, and food is baked and cooked in the space. Of course, the drawer type oven 1000 is not limited to the above-listed one, but there is a common point in that the door 1300 needs to be linearly and reciprocally pushed and pulled, and in order to make the door 1300 smoother in the reciprocal pushing and pulling process, it needs to be solved by providing the guide rail 1100.
The guide rail 1100 includes two parts, namely, a movable part 1120 and a fixed part 1110, which are respectively located at the left side and the right side of the cavity 1500, the fixed part 1110 is fixed relative to the cavity 1500, the movable part 1120 is movably connected with the fixed part 1110, the movable part 1120 can move relative to the fixed part 1110, for example, the fixed part 1110 has a certain length, the movable part 1120 can slide relative to the fixed part 1110 along the extending direction of the fixed part 1110, the door body 1300 is connected with the movable part 1120, so that the sliding of the movable part 1120 is realized by the sliding of the door body 1300, and the sliding of the door body 1300 is more stable.
The door 1300 and the movable portion 1120 are connected as follows. The connector 1400 is disposed on the door body 1300, the connector 1400 includes a first connecting portion 1410, the plate 1200 is disposed on the movable portion 1120, and a first groove 1210 is disposed, for example, the first groove 1210 is formed on an end of the plate 1200, and is formed by local deformation of the plate 1200, and may be formed by stamping, where the first connecting portion 1410 of the connector 1400 needs to be embedded in the first groove 1210 and connected with the first groove 1210. The weight of the door body 1300 is transferred to the plate 1200, and the first groove 1210 is formed by deformation, so that the part where the first groove 1210 is located has higher structural strength, and the weight of the door body 1300 is transferred to the first groove 1210, so that the first groove 1210 is not easy to deform, and the door body 1300 is prevented from being skewed.
Because the first connecting portion 1410 needs to be embedded into the first groove 1210, the first groove 1210 is equivalent to forming an accommodating space for accommodating the first connecting portion 1410, so that a semi-wrapping state of the first connecting portion 1410 is formed, the protruding of the first connecting portion 1410 is avoided, the first connecting portion 1410 and the plate 1200 are prevented from being connected, the first connecting portion 1410 forms a local protrusion to cause unsightly appearance, the first connecting portion 1410 is hidden, scratch risks are correspondingly reduced, and use safety is improved. Hiding the screw can also be achieved to some extent when the first connection portion 1410 and the first groove 1210 need to be connected by a threaded fastener such as a screw.
In addition, the first groove 1210 is designed to be open away from the fixing portion 1110, so that an installer can conveniently align the first groove 1210 and the first connection portion 1410, avoid obstruction of the fixing portion 1110 of the guide rail 1100, and also facilitate connection operation between the first connection portion 1410 and the first groove 1210. Since the first connection portion 1410 needs to be embedded in alignment with the first groove 1210, that is, the arrangement of the first groove 1210 provides an indication to an installer, it is convenient for the installer to find the position, and installation efficiency is improved.
As shown in connection with fig. 3, 4, 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the connection member 1400 is connected with the first groove 1210 as follows. One of the first groove 1210 and the first connection portion 1410 is provided with a first opening 1412 and a protrusion 1411, and the other one of the first groove 1210 and the first connection portion 1410 is provided with a second opening 1212 and a positioning hole 1211, and the protrusion 1411 and the positioning hole 1211 cooperate to achieve a predetermined position, thereby facilitating a fastening operation between the first opening 1412 and the second opening 1212, and enabling a connection between the connector 1400 and the first groove 1210 to be more convenient and efficient.
Specifically, the first connecting portion 1410 is provided with the protrusion 1411 and the first opening 1412, and the first groove 1210 is provided with the positioning hole 1211 and the second opening 1212, which are described as an example, and the first connecting portion 1410 is provided with the positioning hole 1211 and the second opening 1212, and the first groove 1210 is provided with the protrusion 1411 and the first opening 1412, which have similar technical effects, and the detailed description is not repeated. When the door body 1300 is mounted, the first connection portion 1410 is inserted into the first recess 1210, and the protrusion 1411 of the first connection portion 1410 is inserted into the positioning hole 1211, so that the relative positions of the first connection portion 1410 and the first recess 1210 are limited by the protrusion 1411 and the positioning hole 1211, the first connection portion 1410 and the first recess 1210 are not easily separated from each other, and an installer conveniently passes through the first opening 1412 and the second opening 1212 by a threaded fastener (e.g., screws, the same applies hereinafter) to fix the first connection portion 1410 and the first recess 1210, i.e., to achieve the connection mounting of the door body 1300 and the plate 1200. In addition, the protrusion 1411 is disposed at the first connection portion 1410 and the positioning hole 1211 is disposed at the first recess 1210, so that the protrusion 1411 and the positioning hole 1211 can be hidden after the connection with the first connection portion 1410 due to the first recess 1210 being opened away from the fixing portion 1110, thereby improving the aesthetic sense.
Optionally, the number of the protrusions 1411 includes two, and the two protrusions 1411 are alternately arranged, and the number of the corresponding positioning holes 1211 also includes two, and the two positioning holes 1211 are alternately arranged, and the positioning holes 1211 and the protrusions 1411 are in one-to-one correspondence, so that when the two protrusions 1411 and the two positioning holes 1211 are correspondingly inserted, the position between the first groove 1210 and the first connection portion 1410 can be further limited, and the deflection is not easy to occur. In addition, the number of the first openings 1412 and the number of the second openings 1212 also include two and one-to-one correspondence, respectively, where a line between the two first openings 1412 and a line between the two protrusions 1411 intersect, for example, the two protrusions 1411 are arranged in a longitudinal direction (up-down direction), the two first openings 1412 are arranged in a lateral direction (front-back direction), and correspondingly, a line between the two second openings 1212 and a line between the two positioning holes 1211 intersect, so that a force distribution of the connection between the first groove 1210 and the first connection portion 1410 is more uniform, and a fixing effect is better.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, in some embodiments of the present utility model, since the weight of the door body 1300 is transferred to the plate 1200, in order to ensure an effective connection between the plate 1200 and the movable portion 1120, the plate 1200 is disposed to extend along the length direction of the guide rail 1100, the plate 1200 extends for a certain length, which may be smaller than the length of the guide rail 1100, and the plate 1200 is simultaneously provided with the second groove 1220 extending along the length direction of the guide rail 1100, the second groove 1220 is deformed from a portion of the plate 1200, so that the structural strength of the plate 1200 can be enhanced. Optionally, the second groove 1220 and the first groove 1210 are designed to be communicated, so that the second groove 1220 and the first groove 1210 can be formed by synchronous stamping, which is more convenient for manufacturing, and the second groove 1220 and the first groove 1210 occupy most of the length direction of the plate 1200, so as to effectively enhance the structural strength of the plate 1200. The connection between the plate 1200 and the movable portion 1120 is connected through the second recess 1220 and the movable portion 1120 by the threaded fastener, so that hiding of the threaded fastener can be achieved, protruding of the threaded fastener is avoided, aesthetic feeling is improved, and risk of interference of the threaded fastener and other components is reduced. Alternatively, the threaded fasteners passing through the second grooves 1220 may be provided in a plurality of spaced apart arrangement so as to effectively secure the plate 1200.
In some embodiments of the present utility model, the connector 1400 is connected with the door body 1300 in the following manner. As shown in fig. 9, the connector 1400 further includes a second connecting portion 1420, and the first connecting portion 1410 is disposed on the second connecting portion 1420, for example, the first connecting portion 1410 and the second connecting portion 1420 are manufactured by integral molding, which has a higher structural strength. The second connection part 1420 is disposed inside the door body 1300, and a third opening 1421 is disposed thereon, and a corresponding portion of the door body 1300, for example, a frame of the door body 1300, is also disposed with a third opening 1311, and a threaded fastener is used to pass through the third opening 1311 of the door body 1300 and the third opening 1421 of the second connection part 1420 to connect the second connection part 1420 and the door body 1300.
Optionally, the second connection portion 1420 extends vertically (up-down direction), and the top and bottom of the second connection portion 1420 are respectively provided with a third opening 1421, so that the second connection portion 1420 extends vertically due to the downward movement tendency of the door body 1300 under the action of gravity, thereby enhancing the connection stability with the door body 1300.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the threaded fastener sequentially passes through the third opening 1311 of the door body 1300 and the third opening 1421 of the second connecting portion 1420 from the outside of the door body 1300 toward the inside of the door body 1300, in order to avoid the threaded fastener protruding outwards, the door body 1300 surrounds a third groove 1310 disposed in the third opening 1311 of the door body 1300, the third groove 1310 is open away from the inside of the door body 1300, and when the threaded fastener passes through the third opening 1311 to fasten the second connecting portion 1420 and the door body 1300, the third groove 1310 can be hidden in the third groove 1310, and the third groove 1310 can be deformed by punching or stretching.
The movable portion 1120 of the guide rail 1100 is designed to slide relative to the fixed portion 1110, so that a certain lubrication is required between the movable portion 1120 and the fixed portion 1110, and a certain cavity 1630 is formed between the mounting plate 1600 and the side wall 1510 of the cavity 1500 through the mounting plate 1600 arranged alternately, so that the guide rail 1100 is mounted on the mounting plate 1600, particularly the fixed portion 1110 of the guide rail 1100 is mounted on the mounting plate 1600 and is located on the side of the mounting plate 1600 away from the cavity 1630, the movable portion 1120 of the guide rail 1100 is also located on the side of the mounting plate 1600 away from the cavity 1630, and the service life and the working stability of the guide rail 1100 are reduced. Optionally, the cavity 1630 may be provided with an insulating layer (not shown) made of an insulating material, which may further prevent high temperature from being transferred to the rail 1100.
As shown in connection with fig. 5 to 7, in order to facilitate the installation of the guide rail 1100, a card hole 1610 is provided at one of the mounting plate 1600 and the fixing portion 1110, and the other one of the mounting plate 1600 and the fixing portion 1110 is provided with a buckle 1111. Taking the example that the mounting plate 1600 is provided with the clamping hole 1610 and the fixing portion 1110 is provided with the clamping buckle 1111 for illustration, the mounting plate 1600 is provided with the clamping buckle 1111 and the fixing portion 1110 is provided with the clamping hole 1610, which has similar technical effects and will not be repeated. During the process of installing the guide rail 1100, the control buckle 1111 is inserted into the clamping hole 1610, at this time, the buckle 1111 and the clamping hole 1610 are limited to each other, and then the fixing portion 1110 and the installation plate 1600 are further fastened by the threaded fastener.
Specifically, the mounting plate 1600 and the fixing portion 1110 are respectively provided with a fourth opening (1112/1620), when the buckle 1111 and the clamping hole 1610 are matched with each other, the fixing portion 1110 is restrained to a certain extent, so that the fourth openings (1112/1620) on the mounting plate 1600 and the fixing portion 1110 are conveniently aligned, and an installer can pass through the fourth opening 1620 of the mounting plate 1600 and the fourth opening 1112 of the fixing portion 1110 by using a threaded fastener to fasten the fixing portion 1110 and the mounting plate 1600, thereby realizing integral installation of the guide rail 1100.
Optionally, as shown in connection with fig. 4 and 7, in some embodiments of the present utility model, the fourth opening (1112/1620) is designed in a direction in which the buckle 1111 is disengaged from the card opening 1610, so that the installation structure of the guide rail 1100 can be further simplified, and rapid installation of the guide rail 1100 can be achieved. For example, the buckle 1111 and the clamping hole 1610 are disposed at the rear, and the fourth opening (1112/1620) is disposed at the front, the buckle 1111 is constrained to be inserted into the clamping hole 1610 from the front to the rear, so that the buckle 1111 cannot be separated from the clamping hole 1610 in the up-down direction and the left-right direction, the buckle 1111 can be separated from the clamping hole 1610 only toward the front, and the fourth opening (1112/1620) is disposed at the front, and the separation of the buckle 1111 is limited by the constraint of the fourth opening (1112/1620) and the threaded fastener, so that the installation of the guide rail 1100 can be realized only by one threaded fastener, and the installation efficiency is high.
It can be appreciated that the opposite sides of the cavity 1500 of the oven 1000 are provided with the guide rails 1100, so that the sliding of the door 1300 is smoother, and in order to avoid the exposure of the structure of the movable portion 1120, the fixed portions 1110 of the guide rails 1100 on both sides are designed to be located between the movable portions 1120 of the two side guide rails 1100, that is, the fixed portions 1110 of the guide rails 1100 are closer to the cavity 1500, and the structure of the cooperation of the movable portions 1120 and the fixed portions 1110 is blocked by the cavity 1500, so that the exposure is avoided and the aesthetic feeling is improved.
