Background
In the existing cleaning plants, a special drying device is needed for quick drying treatment after batch clothes are cleaned.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making apparent the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present utility model, the present utility model will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, it being understood that the specific examples described herein are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the present utility model.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the present utility model provides a laundry flow line drying apparatus including an apparatus body 1 having a drying passage 100 therein; the two sides of the drying channel 100 are provided with fans 2 for blowing out the drying air flow, the fans 2 in the working state blow out the drying air flow onto the clothes, and moisture on the clothes is taken away by the drying air flow to realize the drying process, preferably, the end parts (air inlet end or air outlet end) of the fans 2 can be additionally provided with heating pipes (not shown in the figure) for raising the temperature of the drying air flow; the inside of the equipment body 1 is provided with a transmission component for driving clothes to be transmitted in the drying passage 100.
The transmission assembly drives the clothes to be transmitted in the drying channel 100, and the clothes in a transmission state can be contacted with the drying airflow to the greatest extent so as to increase the uniformity of clothes drying;
referring to fig. 4, 6 and 8, the end of the apparatus body 1 is provided with a clothes placement opening 300, and an operator places clothes into the apparatus from the clothes placement opening 300.
Specifically, the transmission component is a chain transmission mechanism arranged above the drying channel 100; the chain transmission mechanism comprises a transmission chain wheel 71 arranged at the top ends of two sides in the equipment body 1 and a chain 72 sleeved between the two transmission chain wheels 71; the drive sprockets 71 are rotatably mounted on the apparatus body 1 and at least one of the drive sprockets 71 is connected to a drive motor (not shown); a plurality of hooks 73 are arranged on the chain 72 at equal intervals, wherein each hook 73 is fixedly connected with a chain shaft of the chain 72 (shown in fig. 8). The laundry is first hung on the hanger (shown in fig. 2) before being placed, and then the hanger is hung on the hook 73. The rotating drive sprocket 71 drives the chain 72 for transmission, and the chain 72 in the transmission state further drives the laundry for circulation transmission. By adopting the chain transmission, the internal circulation transmission of clothes in the drying channel 100 is realized, so that the uniformity of clothes drying is ensured on one hand, and the drying time of the clothes is ensured on the other hand.
The upper end of the equipment body 1 is provided with an air outlet 200, and the drying air flow carrying the moisture is discharged from the air outlet 200.
Referring to fig. 5, 7 and 11, the bottom of the drying channel 100 is provided with an upward opening air outlet 4; the air blowing port 4 blows out shaping air flow upwards, and the shaping air flow can enter the inside of the clothes from the lower air port (the waist port position of the upper clothes or the trousers port position of the lower clothes) of the clothes, so that the clothes are expanded, and the expansion of the lower air port is realized. The specific principle is that the shaping airflow entering the clothes can collide with the drying airflow and destroy the fixed flow direction of the original airflow, thereby generating a turbulent flow effect, and the clothes can be outwards supported by the turbulent flow with partial indefinite flow direction.
The two sides of the air outlet 200 are provided with air inlets 5 communicated with the air outlets 4, specifically, the air inlets 5 are communicated with the air outlets 4 through channels 8 (shown in fig. 6 and 7); above the air inlet 5 is provided a deflector 6 (shown in fig. 9) for guiding part of the air flowing from the air outlet 200 into the air inlet 5, and by the above arrangement, the second air source is not required to be added to the air blowing port 4, and the circulation of the air in the device is realized only by guiding the air through the deflector 6. This arrangement reduces additional equipment costs. The deflector 6 includes a flat plate portion 61 and an arc-shaped deflector portion 62 formed by arc-extending one end of a long side of the flat plate portion 61. The two sides of the air outlet 200 are provided with mounting openings for mounting the guide plates 6, and the guide plates 6 penetrate through the mounting openings to place the arc-shaped guide parts 62 inside the air outlet 200.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the deflector 6 is preferably adjusted in position along the short side direction of the flat plate portion 61 by a position adjusting unit (the adjusting direction is shown by an arrow in fig. 9). The position adjusting assembly comprises a plurality of positioning holes 12 arranged at the top of the device body 1 and a locking nut 63 which is arranged on the flat plate part 61 of the guide plate 6 and is matched with the positioning holes 12. The position of the guide plate 6 is adjusted through the position adjusting assembly, so that the adjustment of the air flow entering the air inlet 5 is further realized, and finally, the adjustment of the size of the shaping air flow blown out by the air blowing opening 4 is realized.
The clothes placing opening 300 is movably provided with a blocking piece 3 (see fig. 1) for blocking the clothes placing opening, and in this example, the blocking piece 3 is two split blocking doors movably installed on the device body. In the drying process (after clothes are hung on the transmission assembly), the drying channel 100 in the equipment needs to be sealed by the sealing piece 3, so that the volatilization of heat in the device is reduced; on the other hand, the flowing air pressure of the air outlet 200 is ensured, so that the flowing air pressure of the air outlet 200 is prevented from being too small (the reason for the too small flowing air pressure is that the air flows out of the end of the clothes placement opening 300), the air quantity of the air entering the air inlet 5 is further reduced, and the working effect of the air blowing opening 4 is reduced.
Of course, the present utility model is capable of other various embodiments and its several details are capable of modification and variation in light of the present utility model, as will be apparent to those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model as defined in the appended claims.
