the heat insulation base (200) is provided with a limit structure and a limit component opposite to the limit structure, the limit structure is arranged on a first side wall of the groove (210), and the limit component is movably connected with a second side wall of the groove (210) and can retract or protrude out of the second side wall;
the ironing board (110) is provided with a first limit protrusion (111) and a second limit protrusion (112) at the outer edge, the first limit protrusion (111) is detachably connected with the limit structure, and the second limit protrusion (112) can be extruded and pass through the limit assembly and then is abutted between the limit assembly and the bottom wall of the groove (210) or is withdrawn from the groove (210).
2. Ironing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said insulating base (200) is further provided with a mounting groove (220), said mounting groove (220) being located on one side of said second side wall, and said spacing assembly being mounted in said mounting groove (220).

Ironing apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that said limiting assembly comprises a movable fastener (230) and an elastic member (240), one end of said movable fastener (230) extending into the interior of said recess (210), the other end being in abutment with said elastic member (240);
one end of the elastic piece (240) deviating from the movable fastener (230) is connected with the side wall of the mounting groove (220), and when the second limiting protrusion (112) extrudes the movable fastener (230), the elastic piece (240) generates elastic deformation.
4. An ironing apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that said movable fastener (230) comprises a projection (231) and a main body (232), one end of said main body (232) being in abutment with said elastic member (240), the other end being connected to said projection (231);
the surface of the projection (231) is provided in an arc shape projected in a direction approaching the center of the groove (210).

Ironing apparatus according to claim 4, characterized in that said main body (232) is provided with a connecting slot (233) for receiving said elastic member (240), and in that the bottom wall of said connecting slot (233) is provided with a connecting post (234), said elastic member (240) being sheathed on said connecting post (234).
6. An ironing apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that said limit assembly further comprises a guide (250), said guide (250) being mounted in said mounting groove (220);
the guide (250) is configured to guide a direction of movement of the movable fastener (230).

Ironing apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that said guide member (250) has an opening in the same direction as the opening of said recess (210), the side wall of said opening being provided with a guide bar (251), the axis of said guide bar (251) being parallel to the axis of said elastic member (240);
the movable fastener (230) is in sliding fit with the guide rod (251).

Ironing apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the side wall of said opening is further provided with a guiding stud (252), the axis of said guiding stud (252) being collinear with the axis of said elastic member (240), the end of said elastic member (240) facing away from said movable fastener (230) being sheathed on said guiding stud (252).
9. Ironing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said limit structure is provided as a limit groove (213), said first limit projection (111) being inserted in said limit groove (213).

Ironing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the bottom wall of the recess (210) is provided with a plurality of limit projections (260), a plurality of limit projections (260) being arranged at intervals along the length direction and/or the width direction of the insulating base (200).
11. Ironing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the bottom wall of the recess (210) is provided as a bevel to allow the cooled moisture to collect.
