And when the fry vat is to be removed, the user simply presses the button 5. Specifically, the button 5 is provided with a button flat surface 52 which is in contact with a button hole upper flat surface 631 provided in the latch 6. When the button 5 is pressed, the button 5 transmits pressure to the button hole upper plane 631 through the button plane 52 thereon, and the button hole upper plane 631 brings the latch 6 to move downward, so that the spring 7 is further compressed and deformed.
