The present application provides an ink cartridge for supplying ink to a printing device. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the ink cartridge includes: the ink bag comprises a box body 1, a face cover 2 and an ink bag 3, wherein the box body 1 is provided with a mounting cavity 11, the face cover 2 is arranged on the box body 1 to seal the mounting cavity 11, an air guide hole 21 is formed in the face cover 2, the ink bag 3 is arranged in the mounting cavity 11, and the ink bag 3 is provided with an ink outlet 31. The ink bag 3 is internally provided with a deformation piece 32, a gas control cavity is arranged between the deformation piece 32 and the face cover 2 and is communicated with the gas guide hole 21, and the deformation piece 32 can elastically deform under the action of gas pressure; the deformation member 32 has an ink chamber on a side away from the face cover 2 for accommodating ink, an elastic member 33 is provided in the ink chamber, and the elastic member 33 is located between the deformation member 32 and the ink outlet 31.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the air control chamber communicates with the outside through the air vent 21, so that the air pressure in the air control chamber can be kept equal to the outside atmospheric pressure. The ink in the ink cavity can flow out through the ink outlet 31, and the air pressure in the ink cavity is reduced along with the consumption of the ink in the ink cavity, so that the deformation piece 32 is elastically deformed in order to keep the same pressure on two sides of the deformation piece 32, namely the deformation piece 32 is elastically deformed under the action of the air pressure, and the ink can smoothly flow out of the ink cavity. The elastic member 33 is located between the deformation member 32 and the ink outlet 31, and when the deformation member 32 deforms, the deformation member moves in a direction close to the ink outlet 31, so that the elastic member 33 can limit the movement range of the deformation member 32, and when the ink volume in the ink cavity is small, the deformation member 32 is prevented from tightly clinging to the ink outlet 31, and the ink outlet is affected, so that less ink remains in the ink cavity when the ink cartridge cannot supply ink. Meanwhile, the volume of the air control cavity of the brand-new ink box is smaller, and the volume of the ink cavity is relatively larger, so that the ink box can store more ink.
In addition, the deformation member 32 separates the air vent 21 and the ink chamber, and can effectively prevent ink leakage of the ink cartridge at the air vent 21. As shown in fig. 1, to protect the cartridge body 1, the ink cartridge is further provided with a shield 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom wall of the ink bag 3 opposite to the deforming member 32 is provided with a protruding portion, the ink outlet 31 is provided in the protruding portion, and one end of the elastic member 33 is sleeved outside the protruding portion.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a through hole is provided on the protruding portion, and the through hole may serve as the ink outlet 31. The elastic piece 33 is fixed on the protruding part, so that the elastic piece 33 can be prevented from moving randomly along with the shaking of the ink box in the ink cavity, and the use of the ink box is affected, and therefore, the reliability of the ink box can be improved by sleeving one end of the elastic piece 33 on the outer side of the protruding part. The elastic member may be a spring or the like.
