the two lifting pieces are respectively connected to the two side wing plates in a sliding manner along the up-down direction; each lifting piece is provided with a shoulder binding component, and the shoulder binding components are used for being fixed on the shoulder of a patient so as to enable the corresponding lifting piece to prop against the back shoulder of the patient;
the support disc is arranged above the fixing piece and is respectively connected with the two side wing plates through two groups of distance-adjusting support structures; the supporting plate is provided with a plurality of through holes which are communicated in the vertical direction, and each through hole is suitable for allowing a liquid outlet end of the hanging bottle to pass through and enabling the bottle body to be propped against the upper surface of the supporting plate; and
the two groups of balance structures are in one-to-one correspondence with the two lifting pieces; the balance structure is arranged between the corresponding lifting piece and the supporting disc and used for limiting the supporting disc to move along the horizontal direction relative to the lifting piece.
2. The portable medical infusion bottle holder according to claim 1, wherein the distance-adjusting support structure comprises:
the first assembly part is detachably connected to the corresponding side wing plate and is provided with a distance-adjusting cavity channel penetrating along the up-down direction; the first assembly part is also provided with a positioning hole which is communicated with the distance-adjusting cavity along the left-right direction;
the vertical extension rod is inserted into the distance-adjusting cavity in a sliding manner along the up-down direction, and the upper end of the vertical extension rod is fixedly connected with the support disc; the vertical extension rod is provided with a plurality of alignment holes distributed along the up-down direction; the vertical extension rod is moved in the up-down direction, so that any one of the alignment holes is communicated with the positioning hole; and
the locking bolt is suitable for being inserted into the positioning hole and the alignment hole which are mutually communicated and extends out, the extending part of the locking bolt is in threaded connection with a locking nut, and the locking nut is suitable for being screwed into and abutted against the outer wall of the first assembling part.

one end of the tension rod is fixedly connected to the corresponding lifting piece; and
the connecting ring is fixedly connected to the other end of the tension rod and is suitable for being sleeved on the vertical extension rod in a sliding manner along the up-down direction.

5. The portable medical infusion bottle holder according to claim 1, wherein said shoulder binding member comprises:
the elastic bands are arranged in front of the corresponding lifting pieces, and two ends of each elastic band are fixedly connected to the front side surfaces of the lifting pieces respectively and distributed along the up-down direction;
wherein, when the elastic band is wound around the shoulder of the patient, the elastic band is in a deformed state.

the winding shaft is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the axial direction of the winding shaft is parallel to the up-down direction; the upper end and the lower end of the winding shaft are rotatably connected with the fixing piece in the up-down direction, and one end of the winding shaft penetrates through the fixing piece and extends out; the extending end of the winding shaft is provided with a driving handle which extends outwards along the radial direction, and the driving handle is suitable for being connected with the fixing piece so as to limit the rotation of the winding shaft; and
the two pull belts are arranged in parallel along the left-right direction; one end of each drawstring is connected with the peripheral wall of the winding shaft, so that the drawstrings can be wound on the peripheral wall of the winding shaft when the winding shaft is rotated; the other ends of the two pull belts are respectively connected with a combination part and a clamping part, and the combination part is suitable for being connected with the clamping part so that the two pull belts form a ring body structure;
