A dehumidifying device as claimed in claim 3 wherein the dehumidifying device further comprises a controller, a rotational speed monitoring device is provided in correspondence with the turbine blade means, the rotational speed monitoring device being in signal connection with the controller to initiate operation of the wash inner barrel under control of the controller in dependence on the rotational speed monitoring device signal.
9. The dehumidification device of claim 8, wherein the rotational speed monitoring device comprises a permanent magnet module and a coil module, wherein one of the permanent magnet module and the coil module is disposed on the turbine blade device.
10. A washing machine comprising a dehumidifying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
