When the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 are independently provided, the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 are provided with the cover plate 2, respectively. When the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 are provided around the rotation center of the same cover 2, the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 are provided in left and right divided regions with respect to the rotation center of the cover 2, and the closed portions 24 of the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 are both provided on the same cover 2.
