Description

本实用新型涉及一种清扫灰尘或杂物的吸尘装置。
目前，市场上出售的吸尘器大都是电动式的，而且一般都适用在家庭、宾馆、办公室等较小的场所中。显然，这种电动式吸尘器不适合在一些较大的场所中使用，而且其功率也都是固定的。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种可控的气动式吸尘器。
为实现上述任务，本实用新型的技术解决方案是，在吸尘器盖壳的壁体上设有一个进气管和一个消音器。进气管和消音器与吸尘器的工作室是贯通的。在吸尘器工作室内的轴上装有风叶，该风叶可在气流的作用下高速旋转，并使轴驱动积尘室内的叶轮转动。
为控制气流的强、弱，进气管上设有一个开有气孔的锥度轴。进气管与气孔是贯通的。在锥度轴顶部设有控制气流的控制阀。
为消除气动式吸尘器的噪音，消音器通过消音管与工作室连通。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单、容易制作、吸尘功率的可以控制，一般可在较大的场所中使用，而且噪音小。

由图1、2可知，气动式吸尘器设有盖壳（1）和底壳（20），并由中板（2）将吸尘器分为工作室（4）和积尘室（5），轴（3）通过轴承（10）安置在盖壳（1）中板（21）上。风叶（2）设置在工作室（4）内的轴（3）上，并由螺母（11）固定。叶轮（6）、保护罩（7）、防护网（8）设置在积尘室（5）内，并由螺母（11）将其固定安装在轴（3）端头上。盖壳（1）与座壳（20）接合处由合页（22）连接，在合页（22）的对称一侧设有压咀卡扣（12）。进气管（13）与工作室（4）贯通，在进气管（13）对称一侧设有消音器（18）。消音器（18）通过消音管（17）与工作室（4）贯通。底壳下部侧壁上开有吸尘口（9）。
由图3可知，进气管（13）的横管段中部垂直设置有一锥度轴（14），并由垫片、螺母固定。在锥度轴（14）的中间部位开设了一个通气的气孔（15）。该气孔（15）与进气管（13）贯通。在锥度轴（14）的顶部装有控制气流的控制阀（16）。
图4是气动式吸尘器的消音装置，它是由一个消音管（17）将消音器（18）连接固定在吸尘器的盖壳（1）上。消音器（18）底部设有护网（19）。
工作过程是：气源与进气管接通，打开控制阀，气流进入工作室，并吹动风叶高速旋转，使轴驱动叶轮同步转动，实现吸尘的目的。

Claims (3)

1、一种由盖壳、中板、轴、叶轮、保护罩、防护网及底壳组成的气动式吸尘器，它设有工作室和吸尘室，其特征在于：设置在工作室(4)内的风叶(2)安装在轴(3)上；在盖壳(1)的壁体上设有一个进气管(13)和一个消音器(18)。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种气动式吸尘器，其特征在于：进气管（13）上设有锥度轴（14），该锥度轴（14）的中部开有气孔（15）；在锥度轴（14）顶部设有控制气流的控制阀（16）。
3、按权利要求1所述的一种气动式吸尘器，其特征在于：消管器（18）通过消声管（17）与工作室（4）连通。
