FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a printer cartridge according to an embodiment of the present utility model; FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a mounting slot in a printer according to an embodiment of the present utility model; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a printer cartridge according to an embodiment of the present utility model installed in a printer installation slot; fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a first ink cartridge chip of a printer according to an embodiment of the present utility model; FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of a second printer cartridge chip according to an embodiment of the present utility model; FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of a third printer cartridge chip according to an embodiment of the present utility model; fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a fourth ink cartridge chip of a printer according to an embodiment of the present utility model. As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the embodiment of the present utility model provides a printer ink cartridge 100 for mounting into an ink cartridge mounting groove 200 of a printer, the printer ink cartridge 100 including an ink cartridge main body 110, a chip 120 disposed on the ink cartridge main body 110, and a clamping portion 130, the chip 120 including a first electrical contact 121 and at least two second electrical contacts 122, the first electrical contact 121 including a first main body 1211 and a first electrical connection portion 1212, the first electrical connection portion 1212 being electrically connected to the first main body 1211, the first main body 1211 and the second electrical contact 122 being disposed on the ink cartridge main body 110 at intervals along a first direction X, and the first electrical connection portion 1212 and the at least one second electrical contact 122 being arranged at intervals in a second direction Y, the first direction X and the second direction Y intersecting each other, the clamping portion 130 being connected to an end of the ink cartridge main body 110, and the clamping portion 130 being located on the same side of the ink cartridge main body 110 as the chip 120; the cartridge body 110 has a front surface facing in the direction of insertion of the ink cartridge 100 into the cartridge mounting groove 200, and an ink outlet 150 is provided on the front surface.
The ink cartridge 100 is mainly used as a container for providing ink for a printer, the ink cartridge 100 can be in a cuboid shape as a whole, an ink cartridge mounting groove 200 for mounting the ink cartridge 100 is formed in the printer, the size and shape of the ink cartridge mounting groove 200 are respectively matched with those of the ink cartridge 100, a chip 120 can be arranged on the upper surface of the ink cartridge 100, and a first electric contact piece 121 and a second electric contact piece 122 are arranged on the surface of the chip 120.
The shape of the first main body 1211 may be rectangular as shown in fig. 4, the first direction X may be a width direction of the ink cartridge 100, and the second direction Y may be a length direction of the ink cartridge 100.
The main function of the locking portion 130 is to form a locking relationship between the locking portion 130 and the inner wall of the ink cartridge mounting groove 200 after the ink cartridge 100 is mounted in the ink cartridge mounting groove 200, so that the ink cartridge 100 is limited in the ink cartridge mounting groove 200, specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the locking portion 130 and the ink cartridge main body 110 may be movably connected, when the ink cartridge 100 needs to be taken out of the ink cartridge mounting groove 200, the locking portion 130 may be operated, so that the locking portion 130 is separated from the inner wall of the ink cartridge mounting groove 200, and thus, the ink cartridge 100 may be taken out of the ink cartridge mounting groove 200 normally.
Wherein, when the ink cartridge 100 is completely mounted in the cartridge mounting groove 200, the ink outlet 150 communicates with the printer to supply ink required for printing to the printer.
According to the printer ink cartridge 100 provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the first electrical contact piece 121 is configured to comprise the first main body 1211 and the first electrical contact piece 1212 electrically connected with the first main body 1211, and the first electrical contact piece 1212 and the at least one second electrical contact piece 122 are arranged at intervals in the second direction Y, so that when the ink cartridge 100 shakes relative to the printer, the contact pins in the ink cartridge mounting groove 200 are not easy to be in electrical contact with the first electrical contact piece 121, the reliability of the printer ink cartridge 100 is improved, specifically, when the ink cartridge 100 shakes back and forth relative to the printer, the contact pins on the ink cartridge mounting groove 200 can be simultaneously contacted with the first electrical contact piece 1212 and the second electrical contact piece 122 adjacent to the first electrical contact piece 1212 along the first direction X, namely, the same contact pin is simultaneously contacted with the first electrical contact piece 121 and the second electrical contact piece 122, and the short circuit corresponds to the occurrence of a short circuit, and the printer can be triggered to send an alarm.
In the above embodiment, the first electrical connection 1212 may extend in the first direction X to a side of the second electrical contact 122 facing away from the first electrical contact 121. So configured, even when the contact pin in contact with the first electrical contact 121 falls into the gap between the first electrical contact 121 and the second electrical contact 122 due to the shaking of the ink cartridge 100, the contact pin can indirectly make electrical contact with the first electrical contact 121 by making electrical contact with the first electrical connection, thereby ensuring that the electrical connection with the first electrical contact 121 on the ink cartridge 100 can be made.
After the first electrical connection 1212 may be extended to the side of the second electrical contact 122 facing away from the first electrical contact 121, when the contact pins of the second electrical contact 122 slide from the second electrical contact 122 to the side of the second electrical contact 122 facing away from the first electrical contact 121 due to the shake of the ink cartridge 100, the printer contact pins separated from the second electrical contact 122 may indirectly make electrical contact with the first electrical contact 121 through the contact with the first electrical connection 1212, so that the situation may occur in which two contact pins on the printer (the contact pins originally contacting the first electrical contact 121 and the contact pins contacting the second electrical contact 122) simultaneously make electrical contact with the first electrical contact 121, that is, the short circuit situation may occur, in which case the printer may issue an alarm to inform the operator of the incorrect installation of the ink cartridge 100 in the printer, and the operator may re-install the ink cartridge 100.
It should be noted that, in general, the contact pins of the printer have a certain elasticity, specifically, when the ink cartridge 100 is inserted into the ink cartridge mounting groove 200 of the printer, the plurality of electrical contacts on the chip 120 may push the contact pins toward the inside of the inner wall of the ink cartridge mounting groove 200, so as to ensure a certain force against the electrical contacts, and in order to smoothly mount the ink cartridge 100 into the ink cartridge mounting groove 200, both ends of the contact pins along the length direction of the ink cartridge 100 are generally made to have a certain inclination, so it is understood that when the ink cartridge 100 is properly mounted, the inclined portions of both ends of the contact pins may not necessarily contact the first electrical connection portion 1212 when the contact pins normally contact the electrical contacts, and when the contact pins fall into the gap between the electrical contacts, since the gap is lower than the electrical contacts, the inclined portions of both ends of the contact pins along the second direction Y (which may coincide with the length direction of the ink cartridge 100) may contact the first electrical connection portion 1212 located outside the electrical contacts.
In the above embodiment, the first electrical connection portion 1212 may directly extend to the edge of the chip 120, so that it is further ensured that the printer stylus may contact the first electrical connection portion 1212 even when the ink cartridge 100 is severely rocked left and right.
In the above embodiment, the first electrical connection portion 1212 may be connected to the edge of the first main body 1211, and the first electrical connection portion 1212 may be integrally formed with the first main body 1211. The first electrical connection portion 1212 and the first main body 1211 are integrally formed, so that the contact pin of the printer can be smoothly slid on the surface of the first electrical contact 121, thereby protecting the contact pin. Of course, other connection methods such as welding and riveting may be used between the first electrical connection portion 1212 and the first main body 1211, which is not limited to this embodiment.
In the above embodiment, the first electrical connection portion 1212 may have two, and the two first electrical connection portions 1212 may be connected to both ends of the first body 1211 in the second direction Y, respectively. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the two first electrical connection portions 1212 and the first main body 1211 together half-enclose the second electrical contact 122 therein, which has the advantage that, when the contact pins are disengaged from the electrical contacts, the inclined portions at both ends of the contact pins in the longitudinal direction of the ink cartridge 100 can be simultaneously in electrical contact with the first electrical connection portions 1212, ensuring the reliability of the first electrical connection portions 1212.
As in the above embodiment of fig. 5, the first electrical contact 121 may further include a second electrical connection portion 1213, wherein first ends of the two first electrical connection portions 1212 are respectively connected to two ends of the first main body 1211, and the second electrical connection portion 1213 is connected to second ends of the two first electrical connection portions 1212, such that the first electrical contact 121 forms a ring structure around the outside of the at least one second electrical contact 122.
In the above embodiment, the second electrical contacts 122 have two, and the first electrical contact 121 may be located between the two second electrical contacts 122, or the two second electrical contacts 122 may be adjacent.
In the above embodiment, the two second electrical contacts 122 may be adjacently disposed, and the second electrical connection portion 1213 may be located in a gap between the two adjacent second electrical contacts 122, so that the annular structure is enclosed outside the second electrical contacts 122.
As shown in fig. 7, in the above embodiment, the first electrical contact 121 may be located between two second electrical contacts 122, and the first electrical contact 121 may extend toward both sides of the second electrical contact 122 at the same time.
