Pressing the button 507 makes the first indexing positioning wheel 508 and the second indexing positioning wheel 512 rotate relatively by a certain angle, and after the button 507 is reset, the first indexing positioning wheel 508 and the second indexing positioning wheel 512 are relatively fixed.

The bearing pad 2 is sleeved on the supporting arms 1 at the two sides through the sleeve 10.
See fig. 30: the two side edges of the supporting pad 2 are respectively provided with a sleeve 10, so as to adapt to the embodiments 11 and 12, the rotation of the rotation adjusting joint 5 and the second small arm 402 is not affected, the position of the middle part of the sleeve 10 corresponding to the rotation adjusting joint 5 and the rotating shaft position corresponding to the first small arm 401 are respectively arranged to be in a disconnection structure, and the supporting pad 2 is sleeved on the two side supporting arms 1 through the sleeve 10.
Further, referring to fig. 31, it is shown that: for convenient sleeving, a zipper 9 is arranged on the sleeve 10, the zipper 9 is pulled open, the sleeve 10 is wrapped on the supporting arm 1, and then the zipper 9 is pulled to enable the sleeve 10 to be sleeved on the supporting arm 1 to complete sleeving.
The binding band is connected: see fig. 32-33: the support arm 1 is provided with a fixed ring 11, the side edge of the support cushion 2 is correspondingly provided with a binding belt 12, and the support cushion 2 is fixedly connected with the support arm 1 by tying the binding belt 12 on the fixed ring 11 of the support arm 1.
