a collecting bag 3 surrounding the thigh hole 21 and provided with a connecting part 31 connected with the operation towel 1, a collecting part 32 positioned at the lower side of the thigh hole 21 and a diversion part 33, wherein a bag hole 35 corresponding to the operation hole 11 is formed in the connecting part 31, the edges of the collecting part 32 and the diversion part 33 are surrounded into a ring shape to form a bag opening 34, and the collecting bag 3 is sealed with the two elastic sealing towels 2;
an annular holding strip 4 is provided at the mouth 34 of the collecting bag 3.
