The shoulder arthroscopic surgical drape comprises a surgical drape, an elastic sealing towel, a collecting bag and an annular retaining strip, wherein the annular retaining strip enables the bag mouth of the collecting bag to be approximately kept in shape; before an operation, arms extend out of an operation hole, a bag hole and a shoulder hole to expose shoulders, the collection bag is sealed with an elastic sealing towel and an operation spreading towel, surgical waste liquid generated during the operation is limited by the blocking part and the collection parts and can enter the two collection parts completely or mostly without flowing to a patient or outside the collection bag, and meanwhile, the collection parts on the two sides are arranged on the left side and the right side and are attached to a human body at an angle of approximately 90 degrees under the action of gravity. As an improvement, the collecting bag is adhered to the operation towel, the elastic sealing towel is adhered to the collecting bag, and the elastic sealing towel and the operation towel are located on different sides of the collecting bag. Due to the material reason, the elastic sealing towel is adhered to the collecting bag instead of the operation towel, so that the operation towel is more reliable and easier to realize. In other embodiments, the elastic sealing towel may be bonded to the surgical drape.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a shoulder arthroscopic surgical drape according to a first embodiment of the present utility model includes:
a surgical drape 1 is provided with a surgical hole 11;
an elastic sealing towel 2 which is arranged at the operation hole 11 and covers the operation hole 11, and is provided with a shoulder hole 21 for extending out of the shoulder, wherein the shoulder hole 21 is sealed with the shoulder;
a collecting bag 3 surrounding the shoulder hole 21 and provided with a connecting part 31 connected with the operation towel 1, collecting parts 32 positioned at two sides of the shoulder hole 21 and a blocking part 33 connecting the two collecting parts 32, wherein a bag hole 35 corresponding to the shoulder hole 21 is formed on the connecting part 31, a bag opening 34 is formed at the edges of the collecting part 32 and the blocking part 33, and the collecting bag 3 is sealed with the elastic sealing towel 2;
an annular holding strip 4 is provided at the mouth 34 of the collecting bag 3.
In this embodiment, the collecting bag 3 is adhered to the surgical drape 1, the elastic sealing towel 2 is adhered to the collecting bag 3, and the elastic sealing towel 2 and the surgical drape 1 are located on different sides of the collecting bag 3. For material reasons, the elastic sealing towel 2 is adhered to the collecting bag 3 instead of the operation towel 1, so that the operation towel is more reliable and easier to realize. In other embodiments, the elastic sealing towel 2 may be bonded to the surgical drape 1.
In this embodiment, the annular holding strip 4 is glued to the collecting bag 3.
In this embodiment, two ends of the annular holding strip 4 are adjacent, and a protection sheet is disposed at the break. The protective sheet is made of the same material as the collecting bag 3 and is bonded to the annular holding strip 4.
In this embodiment, the surgical hole 11 is square, the shoulder hole 21 is circular, and the length and width of the surgical hole 11 are both greater than the diameter of the shoulder hole 21; the pocket 35 is slightly smaller than the surgical aperture 11. The elastic sealing towel 2 is square.
In this embodiment, the distance between the outermost end of the blocking portion 33 and the outermost end of the connecting portion 31 is greater than 10mm. The dimension of the blocking portion 33 in the height direction is large, and the surgical waste liquid can be prevented or reduced from splashing outside the collection bag 3. The distance of the outermost end of the blocking portion 33 from the outermost end of the connecting portion 31, i.e., the dimension of the outermost end of the blocking portion 33 from the bonding site.
In this embodiment, the surgical drape 1 is made of a nonwoven fabric; the sealing towel elastic sealing towel 2 is made of TPE material; the annular retaining strip 4 is a foldable hard plastic strip; the collecting bag 3 is a transparent plastic collecting bag 3. In other embodiments, the annular retaining strip 4 may also be a metal strip.
In this embodiment, the collecting portion 32 of the collecting bag 3 has a tapered shape. The two collecting portions 32 are bilaterally symmetrical.
In this embodiment, a liquid drain port 5 is disposed at the outer end of the collecting portion 32, and the liquid drain port 5 includes a liquid drain pipe 51 and a liquid drain plug 52.
In this embodiment, one end of the drain plug 52 is connected to the drain pipe 51 through a connecting belt, so as to ensure that the drain plug 52 is not separated from the drain pipe 51, and prevent the drain plug 52 from being lost.
