In the preferred embodiment of the present application, the door panel assembly 20 is rotatably disposed to the door frame 10 by a hinge or other connection. Preferably, the connection unit 22 connecting the upper door panel 21a and the lower door panel 21b is a hinge, and the upper door panel 21a is fixed to the door frame 10 by the hinge.
The locking assembly 30 comprises at least one upper door lock mechanism 31 and at least one lower door lock mechanism 32, wherein the upper door lock mechanism 31 is arranged between the upper door plate 21a and the door frame 10, and the lower door lock mechanism 32 is arranged between the lower door plate 21b and the door frame 10, so as to ensure that the door plate assembly 20 and the door frame 10 are in a compressed state when the turnover water door is in a closed state.

The flipping means 40 pushes the flipping of the upper door panel 21a and the lower door panel 21b of the door panel assembly 20.
The watertight door further comprises a jacking device 50, wherein the jacking device 50 is disposed at the inner side of the door frame 10, and the jacking device 50 is connected with the door panel assembly 20, when the door panel assembly 20 is folded, the door panel assembly 20 can be jacked up by the jacking device 50, so as to realize the rotation of the door panel assembly 20 and the door frame 10, i.e. the door panel assembly 20 can be integrally jacked up to a high position, so that the doorway of the door frame 10 is completely opened.
The jacking device 50 may be, but not limited to, a hydraulic/electric jacking mechanism such as a hydraulic/electric push rod, wherein one end of the jacking device 50 is fixed to the inner side of the door frame 10, the other end of the jacking device 50 is connected to the inner side of the upper door panel 21a of the door panel assembly 20, and the jacking device 50 linearly jacks the door panel assembly 20 to a specific height from the inner side of the door panel 21.
As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the flipping means 40 may drive the lower door panel 21B of the door panel assembly 20 to flip up to a horizontal state, while the upper door panel 21a is maintained in a closed state. In detail, when the upper door lock mechanism 31 of the locking assembly 30 locks the upper door panel 21a with the door frame 10, the lower door lock mechanism 32 of the locking assembly 30 is opened and the lower door panel 21b is driven to be turned inside-out by the turning device 40, wherein the lower door panel 21b can be turned upward by the connection and support of the connection unit 22.

The driving arm 42 includes a first driving arm 421 and a second driving arm 422, wherein the first driving arm 421 and the second driving arm 422 are pivotally connected, one end of the first driving arm 421 is pivotally connected to the upper door panel 21a, the other end of the first driving arm is connected to one end of the second driving arm 422, and the other end of the second driving arm 422 is connected to the lower door panel 21 b.
