Moreover, a first feature being "above," "over" and "on" a second feature includes the first feature being directly above and obliquely above the second feature, or simply indicating that the first feature is higher in level than the second feature. The first feature being "under", "below" and "beneath" the second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply means that the first feature is less level than the second feature.
Example 1:
embodiment 1 provides a protective cover of an operation table, and referring to fig. 1 to 6, the protective cover includes at least two clamping assemblies 1, at least one knob 2, and a cover plate 3, wherein:
each clamping assembly 1 is fixedly connected with the cover plate 3, at least two clamping assemblies 1 are arranged on different sides of the cover plate 3, and the knob 2 is arranged on the cover plate 3.
When the protection cover is disposed on the operation table 4, the clamping assemblies 1 disposed on different sides of the cover plate 3 clamp different sides of the operation table 4, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, so as to provide support for different sides of the cover plate 3, so that the protection cover can be firmly mounted on the operation table 4. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1, when at least two clamping assemblies 1 are arranged on opposite sides of the cover plate 3, the left and right limiting of the protection cover can be realized, so that the protection cover is firmer on the operation table 4. The reason why one of the clip assemblies 1 is not used here is that one of the clip assemblies 1 cannot effectively form a limit to the left-right or front-rear direction of the protective cover when the protective cover is provided on the console 4.
As shown in fig. 3a and fig. 4, the clamping assembly 1 includes a mounting frame 11, a handle 12 and a connecting shaft 13, the handle 12 includes a clamping portion 121 and a force receiving portion 122, a connecting hole 123 is provided between the clamping portion 121 and the force receiving portion 122, the connecting shaft 13 passes through the connecting hole 123, and two ends of the connecting shaft 13 are fixed on the mounting frame 11. The force receiving portion 122 is configured to receive an external force and drive the handle 12 to rotate around the connecting shaft 13, so as to change a state that the clamping portion 121 protrudes from the mounting frame 11, thereby changing a clamping state.
As shown in fig. 3b and 3c, when a force is applied to the force receiving portion 122 of the handle 12 toward the cover plate 3 (the arrow direction in fig. 3c represents the direction of the force application), the clamping portion 121 may shrink toward the inside of the mounting frame 11, and after the external force is removed, the clamping portion 121 may rebound toward the outside of the mounting frame 11, so as to achieve the purpose of clamping or loosening the clamping assembly 1 on the console 4, and achieve the purpose of mounting and dismounting the protection cover on the console 4.
In actual use, the knob 2 is used to abut the console 4. When the protection cover is disposed on the operation table 4, the knob 2 may abut against the operation table 4 to play a supporting role, and the knob 2 cooperates with the clamping assembly, so that the cover plate 3 is firmly fixed above the operation table 4 to protect the operation table 4, as shown in fig. 5 and 6.
In the embodiment of the utility model, the protection cover comprises at least two clamping assemblies 1, at least one knob 2 and a cover plate 3, wherein each clamping assembly 1 is fixedly connected with the cover plate 3, and the clamping assemblies 1 are arranged on different sides of the cover plate 3 so as to fix the cover plate 3 on the operation table 4; the knob 2 is arranged on the cover plate 3 and can be abutted against the operating platform 4 to play a role in supporting the cover plate 3; the clamping assembly 1 comprises a mounting framework 11, a buckle 12 and a connecting shaft 13, wherein the buckle 12 is connected to the mounting framework 11 in a shaft mode through the connecting shaft 13, so that the clamping assembly 1 can clamp or release the edge of the operation table 4. When the protective cover is installed on the operation table 4, the operation table 4 can be protected in the transportation and loading and unloading processes of mechanical equipment, so that the operation table 4 cannot be easily knocked or damaged.
In order to enable the protective cover to be better fixed on the operating table 4, in combination with fig. 5 to 8, at least one accommodating cylinder 31 is arranged on the cover plate 3, the accommodating cylinder 31 is used for accommodating the knob 2, and threads are arranged on the inner side of the accommodating cylinder 31 and on the knob 2.
The accommodating cylinders 31 are in a cylindrical structure, the upper surfaces of the accommodating cylinders 31 and the upper surface of the cover plate 3 are flush, the lower parts of the accommodating cylinders 31 protrude from the lower surface of the cover plate 3, the diameter of the knob 2 is matched with the inner diameter of the accommodating cylinders 31, preferably, the number of the accommodating cylinders 31 is consistent with the number of the knob 2, and one or more accommodating cylinders 31 can be allowed to be not used in actual use according to actual conditions.
The advantage of providing a housing cylinder 31 on the cover plate 3 to house the knob 2, as opposed to providing a through hole directly on the cover plate 3 to house the knob 2, is that the housing cylinder 31 has a larger volume so that most of the body of the knob 2 can be housed within the housing cylinder 31; more threads can be arranged in the accommodating cylinder 31, so that the stability of threaded connection between the knob 2 and the accommodating cylinder 31 is enhanced; the receiving cylinder 31 can better perform a guiding function, so that the knob 2 can be abutted against the operating table 4 according to a preset direction.
The reason why the accommodating cylinder 31 is not directly used for supporting the cover plate 3 is that when the knob 2 is used for supporting the cover plate 3, the cover plate 3 can be fastened or loosened on the operation table 4 by screwing or unscrewing the knob 2, and when the accommodating cylinder 31 is used alone for supporting the cover plate 3, the tightness of the protective cover on the operation table 4 cannot be adjusted although the cover plate 3 can be supported.
In order to adjust the tightness of the cover plate 3 on the operating table 4 by means of the knob 2, in connection with fig. 9, the knob 2 comprises a handle 21, a body 22 and a spacer 23, wherein:
the body 22 has a cylindrical structure, and threads are arranged on the body 22; the handle 21 is located on the top surface of the body 22, and the handle 21 is located outside the accommodating cylinder 31 and is used for receiving external force so that the knob 2 can rotate in the accommodating cylinder 31; the pad 23 is located on the bottom surface of the body 22 and is adapted to provide a buffer between the knob 2 and the console 4.
When the knob 2 is accommodated in the accommodating cylinder 31, the handle 21 of the knob 2 is exposed above the accommodating cylinder 31 so as to receive an external force, namely, the knob 2 is selected by the handle 21; the body 22 is exposed below the accommodating tube 31. When the knob 2 abuts against the operation table 4, the cushion block 23 directly contacts with the operation table 4, and when the cover plate 3 is bumped or impacted, the cushion block 23 can play a role in buffering, so that the possibility of damage to the operation table 4 is further reduced.
In order to mount the clasp 12 so that the clamping assembly 1 can be clamped on the console 4, the mounting frame 11 includes a first mounting plate 111, a second mounting plate 112, and a third mounting plate 113, with the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112 being disposed opposite to each other, and the third mounting plate 113 being disposed between the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112, as shown in fig. 10 to 12.
Wherein the third mounting plate 113 is disposed on the side edges of the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112 to reserve sufficient space for disposing the clasp 12.
The handle 12 is disposed between the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112, and one end of the connecting shaft 13 is fixed to the first mounting plate 111, and the other end is fixed to the second mounting plate 112.
Wherein the clasp 12 is rotatable about the connection shaft 13 between the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112.
In order to enable the handle 12 to rotate along the connecting shaft 13 and rebound, the clamping assembly 1 further comprises a torsion spring (not shown) which is sleeved on the connecting shaft 13 and is disposed in the connecting hole 123, or the clamping assembly 1 further comprises a spring (not shown) with one end connected with the handle 12 and the other end connected with the third mounting plate 113.
When a torsion spring is adopted, the size of the connecting hole 123 in the middle part of the handle 12 is increased, and an installation space of the torsion spring is formed in the middle part of the handle 12, and the installation space penetrates through the handle 12 so as to facilitate the arrangement of the torsion spring. When a spring is employed, the spring is disposed in a space below the connection hole 123, the knob 12, and the third mounting plate 113.
Referring to fig. 3b and 3c, as shown in fig. 3b, under the action of the torsion spring or the spring, the handle 12 is in a released state without any other external force, and the clamping portion 121 slightly protrudes from the mounting frame 11; as shown in fig. 3c, when an external force is applied to the force receiving portion 122 of the handle 12 in the direction along the mounting frame 11, the torsion spring and the spring compress under the action of the external force, and the clamping portion 121 continues to shrink inward of the mounting frame 11, so as to release the console 4.
For better fixing the mounting frame 11 and the cover plate 3, referring to fig. 10 and 12, the mounting frame 11 further includes a fourth mounting plate 114, and the fourth mounting plate 114 is disposed between the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112. The third mounting plate 113 is disposed opposite to the fourth mounting plate 114, and the third mounting plate 113 and the fourth mounting plate 114 are disposed in a staggered manner, so as to reserve an operation space for accommodating the force receiving portion 122 and a movement space of the clamping portion 121.
The space between the fourth mounting plate 114 and the handle 12 is an operation space of the force receiving portion 122, and the space between the third mounting plate 113 and the handle 12 is a movement space of the clamping portion 121.
The fourth mounting plate 114 is provided with a first mounting hole 115, the cover plate 3 is provided with a second mounting hole 32, and a screw passes through the first mounting hole 115 and the second mounting hole 32 to fix the cover plate 3 on the fourth mounting plate 114.
In design, the thickness of the fourth mounting plate 114 is thicker than that of the first mounting plate 111, the second mounting plate 112 and the third mounting plate 113, and the fourth mounting plate 114 has the advantages that the fourth mounting plate 114 can enable the whole mounting framework 11 to be more stable and firm, and compared with the case that the cover plate 3 and the mounting framework 11 are connected through the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112, the contact surface of the mounting framework 11 and the cover plate 3 is enlarged through the connection of the fourth mounting plate 114 and the cover plate 3, so that the connection of the cover plate 3 and the mounting framework 11 is firmer.
Further, the clasp 12 further includes a connecting portion 124, and the connecting portion 124 is disposed between the force receiving portion 122 and the clamping portion 121; the force receiving portion 122 and the clamping portion 121 are disposed on different sides of the connecting portion 124, and a first included angle is formed between the connecting portion 124 and the clamping portion 121, so that a clamping space is formed between the connecting portion 124, the clamping portion 121, the first mounting plate 111 and the second mounting plate 112, so that the clamping assembly 1 is clamped at the edge of the console 4.
Wherein the connecting portion 124 and the force receiving portion 122 are located at two sides of the connecting hole 123, the portion of the first mounting plate 111 connected to the fourth mounting plate 114 is to protrude from the portion of the first mounting plate connected to the third mounting plate 113, so that a step is formed between the upper portion and the lower portion of the first mounting plate 111, and a step is also formed between the upper portion and the lower portion of the second mounting plate, and a space between the two steps and the clamping portion 121 is a clamping space, and when the clamping assembly 1 clamps the edge of the console 4, the limiting space can limit the displacement of the protective cover, so as to fix the protective cover on the console 4.
In order to expand the operation space of the force receiving portion 122, a second included angle is formed between the connection portion 124 and the force receiving portion 122, so that an operation space is formed between the force receiving portion 122 and the mounting frame 11.
In order to enable the clamping assembly to better clamp the protective cover, the first included angle is an acute angle or a right angle, and the second included angle is an obtuse angle.
When the first included angle is an obtuse angle, the clamping assembly 1 cannot well clamp the edge of the operation table 4, and when the first included angle is an acute angle or a right angle, the clamping assembly can better clamp the edge of the operation table 4. The second included angle is an obtuse angle, so that the operation space of the force receiving portion 122 can be enlarged.
In order to improve the protective effect of the protective cover, the angle between the upper surfaces of the cover plate 3 is identical to the angle between the upper surfaces of the console 4.
Wherein, because the angle between the surfaces of the cover plate 3 is consistent with the angle between the upper surfaces of the operating table 4, the distance from the parts of the cover plate 3 to the operating table 4 is consistent, so that the specification and the size of the knob 2 and the accommodating cylinder 31 are convenient to unify. Meanwhile, compared with the planar cover plate 3, when the opposite operating table 4 is faced, the gap width between each part of the cover plate 3 and the operating table 4 in the embodiment is relatively average, and the average gap width is smaller, so that the cover plate 3 in the embodiment can better protect the operating table 4 in the transportation process.
In order to prevent the cover plate 3 from being damaged easily when being knocked, in this embodiment, the cover plate 3 is made of organic glass, so that the cover plate 3 has good toughness and strength, and has a low dead weight, and in the process of protecting the operation panel 4, the cover plate 3 made of organic glass is not damaged easily when being knocked, so that a good protection effect can be brought to the operation panel 4.
The above description describes the construction of the protective cover in the practice of the present utility model, and the process of attaching and detaching the protective cover to the console 4 is described below.
When the protective cover is mounted on the operation table 4, firstly, an external force is applied to the force receiving portion 122 of the handle 12 toward the operation table 4, the clamping portion 121 is contracted inwards toward the mounting framework 11, meanwhile, the clamping space is aligned with the edge of the operation table 4, the edge portion of the operation table 4 enters the clamping space, after the protective cover is moved to a proper position, the clamping assembly 1 is loosened, the operation table 4 is clamped by the clamping assembly 1, the protective cover is initially arranged on the operation table 4, and then, the knob 2 is abutted against the operation table 4 by screwing the knob 2, so that the mounting of the protective cover is completed.
When the protective cover is detached, firstly, the knob 2 is unscrewed, so that the knob 2 is not abutted against the operation table 4 any more, then, an external force to the operation table 4 side is applied to the force receiving portion 122 of the buckle 12, the clamping portion 121 is contracted inwards towards the installation framework 11, the protective cover is loosened by the clamping assembly 1, the protective cover is removed along the two side assemblies of the operation table 4, and then, the protective cover is loosened by the clamping assembly 1, so that the detachment of the protective cover on the operation table 4 is completed.
The protective cover provided by the embodiment of the utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in installation and disassembly, capability of realizing tool-free disassembly and adjustment, simplicity in operation and high operation efficiency.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the utility model is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the utility model.
