the first mounting part (321) is connected with one side surface of the second mounting part (322) and forms an included angle with the second mounting part (322); the other side surface of the second mounting part (322) is provided in an arc shape recessed in a direction away from the center of the accommodating space.
6. A fastening device according to claim 5, wherein the second mounting portion (322) is provided with a recess (323) on a side thereof adjacent to the first mounting portion (321), the bottom wall of the recess (323) being adapted to engage with the strap (310).
7. A fixture according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein said base (100) comprises a support plate (110) and a connection block (120), said second shock-resistant sheath (220) being mounted to said support plate (110);
one end of the connecting block (120) is connected with the supporting plate (110), the other end of the connecting block is connected with the vehicle body, and the connecting block (120) and the supporting plate (110) are arranged at an included angle.
