a column structure 311 disposed at the to-be-connected end of the second body member 102, having a size that can be inserted into the insertion hole 21 and extending in a direction away from the second body member 102; generally, the width of the pillar structure 311 is slightly smaller than the width between the first hole wall 211 and the opposite hole wall so that the pillar structure 311 is smoothly inserted into the plugging hole 21;
The shovel structure 312 is formed by extending the bottom end of the column structure 311 obliquely to the direction matching with the step surface 22, and the everting protrusions 32 are arranged on both sides of the shovel structure 312.
When the mounting structure 3 is inserted into the mounting hole structure 2, the shovel structure 312 is located at the second hole wall 212 of the plug hole 21, the top end of the everting protrusion 32 is in contact fit with the step surface 22, and the side edge of the everting protrusion 32 is matched with the limiting clamping point 23, so that quick connection and disassembly between two main body pieces 1 to be connected are realized.
The rear surface of the spade structure 312, i.e. the surface facing away from the step surface 22 after insertion, is configured as an insertion guiding inclined surface 3121, the insertion guiding inclined surface 3121 is formed by the lower edge of the column structure 311 extending obliquely to the direction of mating with the step surface 22, and the insertion guiding inclined surface 3121 forms a wedge-shaped effect with the stress plane 3111 of the mounting structure connected to the front side of the spade structure.
It will be appreciated that since the everting protrusions 32 provided on both sides of the spade structure 312 are required to be in abutting engagement with the step surface 22, the everting protrusions 32 are necessarily protruded in the width direction with respect to the column structure 311, and if the insertion of the insertion portion 31 into the insertion hole 21 is vertically made impossible, thereby providing the insertion guiding inclined surface 3121 to guide the insertion portion 31 to be inserted into the insertion hole 21 obliquely along the insertion guiding inclined surface 3121, and smoothly guiding the insertion of the spade structure 312 and the everting protrusions 32 into the insertion hole 21. When the second body member 102 receives the outward pushing force, the column structure 311 naturally descends under the guiding of the insertion guiding inclined surface 3121, and pushes the sides of the everting protrusions 32 at both sides of the shovel structure 312 past the limiting snap points 23 and forms an interference fit.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the depth of the hole wall of the plug hole 21 on the opposite side of the step surface 22, that is, the third hole wall 213, is less than or equal to the depth of the first hole wall 211;
as shown in fig. 4, a lateral limit protrusion 3122 is disposed at the upper end of the insertion guiding inclined surface 3121, and when the insertion portion 31 is inserted into the insertion hole 21, the limit protrusion 3122 is engaged with an edge of the third hole wall 213, thereby further limiting the mounting structure 3.
Optionally, the mounting structure 3 and the mounting hole structure 2 are integrally formed with the body member 1 correspondingly connected with the mounting structure and the mounting hole structure; that is, the mounting hole structure 2 and the first body member 101 are integrally formed, and the mounting structure 2 and the second body member 102 are integrally formed.
Specifically, the insertion holes 21 of the mounting hole structure 2 may be provided as rectangular holes, and accordingly, the column structure 311 of the mounting structure 3 is provided as a rectangular column structure.
Example 2
Based on the connection structure provided in embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 6-15, this embodiment provides a expandable seat, including: a plurality of the connecting structures described in embodiment 1, the seat cushion 4 (see fig. 16 to 23), and the backrest 5 (see fig. 26, 27), by which the backrest 5 is detachably connected to the seat cushion 4.
Further, the seat further includes an armrest 6 (see fig. 28, 29), and the armrest 6 is detachably connected to the seat cushion 4 by the connecting structure described in embodiment 1.
Further, the seat further includes a plurality of support legs 7 (see fig. 30).
Specifically, the expandable seat provided in this embodiment includes:
a seat cushion 4, wherein a plurality of mounting hole structures 2 are arranged on the surface of the seat cushion 4;
at least one backrest 5, the backrest 5 is detachably connected with the mounting hole structure 2 on the cushion 4 through the backrest mounting structure 3 arranged at the lower part of the backrest 5, and when an outward acting force is applied to the backrest 5, the mounting hole structure 2 is buckled with the backrest mounting structure 3; when an inward acting force is applied to the backrest 5, the mounting hole structure 2 is separated from the backrest mounting structure 3, so that the backrest 5 and the seat cushion 4 are quickly connected and detached;
at least one armrest 6, the armrest 6 is detachably connected with the mounting hole structure 2 on the cushion 4 through an armrest mounting structure 3 arranged at the lower part of the armrest 6, and when an outward acting force is applied to the armrest 6, the mounting hole structure 2 is buckled with the armrest mounting structure 3; when an inward force is applied to the armrest 6, the mounting aperture arrangement 2 disengages from the armrest mounting arrangement 3, allowing for quick connection and disconnection between the armrest 6 and the seat cushion 4.
It will be appreciated that the mounting hole structure 2 on the surface of the seat cushion 4 is disposed corresponding to the position where the backrest 5 or the armrest 6 is to be mounted, and is generally disposed on the outer peripheral side of the surface of the seat cushion 4; the above-described "outboard" or "inboard" application of force is described with respect to a user sitting on the seat.
The seat cushion 4 and other parts, such as the backrest 5, the armrest 6 and the like, are quickly assembled and disassembled through the matching of the mounting hole structure 2 and the mounting structure 3, so that the seat cushion can be structurally deformed and expanded according to the needs and the favorites of users, has better flexibility and is more suitable for different crowds. Alternatively, the backrest 5 and the armrest 6 in the present embodiment are molded in one piece by a blow molding process.
The specific structures of the mounting hole structure 2 and the mounting structure 3 used in the seat provided in this embodiment are the same as those in embodiment 1, and will not be described here again.
The process of the mutual matching of the mounting structure 3 at the lower part of the backrest 5 or the armrest 6 and the mounting hole structure 2 on the surface of the cushion 4 is as follows: when the armrest 6 or the backrest 5 is pushed to the outer side of the seat cushion 4 in the use state, the plugging part 31 naturally descends under the guidance of the plugging guide inclined plane 3121 and pushes the side edges of the eversion protrusions 32 at the two sides of the shovel structure 312 through the limit clamping points 23 in the plugging holes 21 to form interference fit, and meanwhile, the transverse limit protrusions 3122 of the plugging guide inclined plane 3121 and the edge of the third hole wall 213 of the plugging holes 21 contacted with the transverse limit protrusions 3122 form limit clamping to form a state of difficult falling; meanwhile, the stress plane 3111 of the column structure 311, the handrail 6 or the bottom plane 11 of the backrest 5 are respectively matched with the hole wall of the plug hole 21 of the cushion 4 and the contact surface of the periphery of the plug hole 21 on the upper surface of the cushion 4 to be stressed, so that a stable supporting structure is formed. When the pushing force is applied to the armrests 6 or the backrest 5 in the reverse direction, namely, in the direction of the inner side of the cushion 4, the eversion protrusions 32 on the two sides of the shovel structure 312 are naturally separated from the matching relation with the limiting clamping points 23 in the inserting holes 21, so that the state that the armrests 6 or the backrest can be pulled out with upward force is formed.
Further, as shown in fig. 17, the bottom of the seat cushion 4 has first force supporting pieces 41 provided on both sides of the rear portion of the seat cushion 4 near the back mounting hole structure 2, and second force supporting pieces 42 and third force supporting pieces 43 provided around the bottom of the seat cushion 4, respectively; the second and third force-applying supports 42 and 43 are symmetrically disposed along the central axis of the seat cushion 4, respectively, and the first, second and third force-applying supports 41, 42 and 43 are formed as a convex structure as the highest portion of the bottom of the seat cushion 4 and on the same plane to form a stable planar support for the seat cushion 4. With the above structure, a legless seat form can be realized.
Further, the seat may further include a plurality of support legs 7, and the bottom of the seat cushion 4 is provided with a support leg fixing structure 44 for mounting the support legs 7. The support legs 7 may be installed at the lower portion of the seat cushion 4 as needed.
It will be appreciated that the structure of the support leg securing structure 44 does not affect the function of the first, second and third force supports 41, 42, 43, i.e. the force supports are higher than the support leg securing structure so that the component in contact with the ground is always a force support.
As shown in fig. 17, 20 and 22, the support leg fixing structure 44 includes a mounting screw hole 441 provided at the lower surface of the seat cushion 4, the mounting screw hole 441 being screwed to the support leg 7. As shown in fig. 30, specifically, the support leg 7 includes first, second, third and fourth support legs 71, 72, 73 and 74 of different lengths. The other ends of the first, second, third and fourth support legs 71, 72, 73 and 74 have elastic anti-slip foot pads 702 capable of fine-tuning angles. The middle sections of the third support leg 73 and the fourth support leg 74 are provided with through hole structures 701 which are integrally formed, and the support legs 73 and 74 are high, so that the two adjacent support legs 73 and 74 can be connected and fixed by other means through the through hole structures 701.
In the above embodiment, the leg fixing structure 44 at the bottom of the seat cushion 4 can realize the free change of the legless chair and the legged chair, realize the selective disassembly and assembly of the supporting legs 7 with different heights, and ensure the stability and the bearing safety of the seat in any state; simultaneously, the backrest 5 and the armrests 6 can be selectively installed by matching with the installation hole structure 2 of the cushion 4, so that different combination states of the cushion 4 and other parts are realized, and the selective, simple one-step installation and disassembly of all the parts and stable and reliable connection are realized.
