In one embodiment, the platform server may determine the authenticity of the transaction party to complete the meal delivery task directly from the meal delivery identification; if the meal-out identification result is that the meal is out, the platform server can mark the task of the transaction party for completing the meal-out as true, and if the meal-out identification result is that the meal is not out, the platform server can mark the task of the transaction party for completing the meal-out as false. In addition, the platform server can save the environment image data, and when the meal delivery recognition result is in dispute, the environment image data can be used as evidence to recognize the environment image data again so as to determine the final meal delivery recognition result. Therefore, the meal outlet identification component performs identification, so that the computing resources of the platform server are saved.
In another embodiment, the platform server may identify the environmental image data to obtain a new meal delivery identification result, and may compare the new meal delivery identification result with the meal delivery identification result to verify whether the meal delivery identification result is wrong, so as to determine the authenticity of the transaction party for completing the meal delivery task according to the verification result. Therefore, the platform server performs secondary identification, so that the accuracy of the meal delivery identification result is ensured, and the authenticity of the transaction party for completing the meal delivery task is further accurately verified.
In the embodiment of the specification, the image acquisition device not only can acquire the environmental image data aiming at the meal output environment of the transaction party, but also can identify the acquired environmental image data to obtain the meal output identification result of the transaction party, and in addition, can transmit the environmental image data and the meal output identification result to the platform server, so that the platform server can conveniently determine the authenticity of the transaction party for completing the meal output task, and on the other hand, under the condition that the meal output identification result is generated by the image acquisition device, the computing resource can be saved for the platform server, and the authenticity of the meal output identification result can be accurately verified.
Further, for the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a camera may be included in the image collector, and reference may be made to a schematic structural diagram of an image collecting apparatus shown in fig. 5. Fig. 5 shows an image capturing apparatus 1, the image capturing apparatus 1 comprising a controller 10, an image capturing device 20, a communication component 30; the image collector 20 includes a first camera 21; the first camera 21 is connected with the controller 10, the communication assembly 30 is connected with the controller 10, and the communication assembly 30 is also connected with the platform server 2.
Specifically, the image acquisition instruction may be transmitted to the first camera via the controller, so as to wake up the first camera to acquire environmental image data for the meal-out environment of the transaction party. The ambient image data may include, among other things, a meal out video and/or at least one meal out image of the party. And the image acquisition instruction is used for instructing the first camera to acquire meal-out video and/or at least one meal-out image of the transaction party.
The meal outgoing video and/or at least one meal outgoing image of the transactor may be transmitted to the controller via the first camera, the meal outgoing video and/or at least one meal outgoing image of the transactor may be transmitted to the communication component via the controller, and the meal outgoing video and/or at least one meal outgoing image of the transactor may be transmitted to the platform server via the communication component.
Wherein, the camera can be a digital camera. For example, the camera may be a charge coupled device (Charge Coupled Device, CCD) image sensor, or a complementary metal Oxide Semiconductor (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor, CCD) image sensor.
Further, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the image collector may further include a second camera, that is, the image collector may include two cameras, that is, the first camera and the second camera, and specifically, see a schematic structural diagram of an image collecting apparatus shown in fig. 6. Specifically, the image acquisition instruction may be transmitted to the first camera via the controller, so as to wake up the first camera to acquire environmental image data for the meal-out environment of the transaction party; the image acquisition instruction can also be transmitted to the second camera through the controller so as to wake up the second camera to acquire environment image data aiming at the meal-out environment of the transaction party. The environmental image data collected by the first camera can comprise meal-out video and/or at least one meal-out image of the transaction party; the environmental image data collected by the second camera may include a video of the person and/or at least one image of the person of the dispenser. As to whether the image acquisition instruction is sent to the first camera or the second camera, the controller can make a decision, and the controller can judge the image acquisition instruction transmitted by the communication component so as to determine whether to send the image acquisition instruction to the first camera or the second camera or to send the image acquisition instruction to the first camera and the second camera at the same time.
The meal outgoing video and/or at least one meal outgoing image of the transactor may be transmitted to the controller via the first camera, the meal outgoing video and/or at least one meal outgoing image of the transactor may be transmitted to the communication component via the controller, and the meal outgoing video and/or at least one meal outgoing image of the transactor may be transmitted to the platform server via the communication component. The platform server may identify the meal delivery video and/or meal delivery image to determine the authenticity of the transactor to complete the meal delivery task.
The person video and/or at least one person image of the dispenser may be transmitted to the controller via the second camera, the person video and/or at least one person image of the dispenser may be transmitted to the communication component via the controller, and the person video and/or at least one person image of the dispenser may be transmitted to the platform server via the controller. The platform server may identify the persona video and/or the at least one persona image to determine the authenticity of the dispenser to the destination, which may assign the store of the transacting party corresponding to the order task undertaken by the dispenser.
It should be noted that, the image acquisition instruction sent by the controller received by the second camera may be generated by the platform server, and the transmission process of the image acquisition instruction may be: when the dispatcher operates on the equipment of the dispatcher, the equipment of the dispatcher can generate a destination arrival instruction based on the operation, the destination arrival instruction can be transmitted to the platform server through the equipment of the dispatcher, the platform server can generate an image acquisition instruction to be sent to the second camera after receiving the destination arrival instruction, the image acquisition instruction to be sent to the second camera can be sent to a communication component in the image acquisition equipment, the image acquisition instruction to be sent to the second camera can be transmitted to the controller through the communication component, and the image acquisition instruction to be sent to the second camera can be transmitted to the second camera through the controller.
In the embodiment of the specification, the image acquisition device not only can acquire the meal output video and/or at least one meal output image of the transaction party aiming at the meal output environment of the transaction party, but also can acquire the person video and/or at least one person image of the delivery party aiming at the meal output environment of the transaction party, and the image acquisition device can not interfere with each other in the process of acquiring the image data of the transaction party and the image data of the delivery party, can independently acquire the image data of the transaction party and the image data of the delivery party, and can also transmit the acquired image data of the transaction party and the acquired image data of the delivery party to the platform server, so that the platform server can conveniently determine the authenticity of the transaction party to finish the meal output task and the authenticity of the delivery party to the destination.
Further, the image capturing device may further include a person recognition component based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, and in particular, reference may be made to a schematic structural diagram of an image capturing device shown in fig. 7. Fig. 7 shows an image capturing apparatus 1, the image capturing apparatus 1 including a controller 10, an image capturing device 20, a communication component 30, and a person identifying component 50; the image collector 20 includes a first camera 21 and a second camera 22; the first camera 21 is connected with the controller 10, the second camera 22 is connected with the controller 10, the communication component 30 is also connected with the platform server 2, and the person identification component 50 is connected with the controller 10.
Specifically, the controller may generate a person identification instruction after receiving the person video and/or at least one person image of the dispenser sent by the second camera; the person identification instruction can be transmitted to the person identification component through the controller so as to wake up the person identification component to identify the person video and/or the at least one person image, so that a person identification result is obtained. The person recognition result may be transmitted to the controller via the person recognition component, the person recognition result may be transmitted to the communication component via the controller, and the person recognition result may be transmitted to the platform server via the communication component. The person recognition result may be successful recognition or unrecognizable.
In the platform server, the platform server may receive the character video and/or the at least one character image and the character recognition result. In one embodiment, the platform server may determine the authenticity of the delivery to the destination directly from the person identification; if the person identification result is successful identification, the platform server can mark the task of the delivery party reaching the destination as true, and if the person identification result is unrecognizable, the platform server can mark the task of the delivery party reaching the destination as false. In addition, the platform server may store the character video and/or at least one character image, and in case of disputes in the character recognition result, the character video and/or at least one character image may be used as evidence to recognize the character video and/or at least one character image again to determine the final character recognition result. Therefore, the person recognition component performs recognition, so that the computing resources of the platform server are saved.
In another embodiment, the platform server may identify the person video and/or at least one person image to obtain a new person identification result, and may compare the new person identification result with the person identification result to verify whether the person identification result is wrong, so as to determine the authenticity of the task for the dispenser to reach the destination according to the verification result. In the case that the new person recognition result is the same as the above person recognition result, the platform server may mark the task of the dispenser to the destination as true; when the new person recognition result is different from the person recognition result, the new person recognition result may be used as a final recognition result, and the task of the delivery party to the destination may be determined to be true or false based on the final recognition result. Therefore, the platform server performs secondary identification, so that the accuracy of the character identification result is ensured, and the authenticity of the task that the delivery party arrives at the destination is further accurately verified.
In the embodiment of the specification, the image acquisition device not only can acquire the meal output video and/or at least one meal output image of the transaction party for the meal output environment of the transaction party, but also can acquire the person video and/or at least one person image of the delivery party for the meal output environment of the transaction party, and the image acquisition device can not interfere with each other in the process of acquiring the image data of the transaction party and the image data of the delivery party, and can independently acquire the image data of the transaction party and the image data of the delivery party; on the one hand, the platform server can conveniently determine the authenticity of the task of the delivery party to the destination, and on the other hand, under the condition that the image acquisition equipment generates the character recognition result, the computing resource can be saved for the platform server, and the authenticity of the character recognition result can be accurately verified.
Further, the image capturing device may further comprise a power source on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and in particular, reference may be made to a schematic structural diagram of an image capturing device shown in fig. 8. Fig. 8 shows an image capturing apparatus 1, the image capturing apparatus 1 comprising a controller 10, an image capturing device 20, a communication assembly 30 and a power supply 60; the image collector 20 is connected with the controller 10, the communication assembly 30 is further connected with the platform server 2, the image collector 20 is further connected with the power supply 60, the communication assembly 30 is further connected with the power supply 60, and the controller is further connected with the power supply 60.
Referring to fig. 9, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides an image acquisition system 9, which includes the platform server 2 of the transaction side and the image acquisition apparatus 1 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 8. In the image acquisition system, an image acquisition apparatus 1 is connected to a platform server 2.

4. The image acquisition apparatus of claim 1, wherein the communication component is coupled to the platform server, and wherein the image acquisition instructions are transmitted to the communication component via the platform server.
5. The image acquisition device of claim 1, further comprising a meal out recognition component, the meal out recognition component being coupled to the controller;
The meal outlet identification instruction generated by the controller is transmitted to the meal outlet identification component through the controller so as to wake up the meal outlet identification component;
the environment image data is transmitted to the meal outlet identification component through the controller, the meal outlet identification component identifies the environment image data to obtain a meal outlet identification result, the meal outlet identification result is transmitted to the controller through the meal outlet identification component, the meal outlet identification result is transmitted to the communication component through the controller, and the meal outlet identification result is transmitted to the platform server through the communication component.
6. The image acquisition device of claim 1, wherein the image acquisition device comprises a first camera, the first camera being connected to the controller, the environmental image data comprising meal out video and/or at least one meal out image of the party;
the image acquisition instruction is transmitted to the first camera through the controller so as to wake up the first camera;

the second camera collects the character video and/or the character image aiming at the meal outlet environment of the transaction party, the character video and/or the character image is transmitted to the controller through the second camera, the character video and/or the character image is transmitted to the communication component through the controller, and the character video and/or the character image is transmitted to the platform server through the communication component.
8. The image capture device of claim 7, further comprising a person identification component coupled to the controller;
the person identification instruction generated by the controller is transmitted to the person identification component through the controller so as to wake up the person identification component;
