In fig. 1, a front chassis fixing base plate bolt hole 131 for fixing the front chassis fixing base plate 13 to an embedded part on a floor of a use place is formed on the front chassis fixing base plate 13, and a front chassis line introduction hole 16 is formed on the right side of the front chassis 1. In the same way, a rear chassis fixing base plate bolt hole 231 for embedding a rear chassis fixing base plate 23 with a floor of a use place is formed in the rear chassis fixing base plate 23, and a rear chassis line introduction hole 26 is formed in the right side of the rear chassis 2.

Referring to fig. 2 and in combination with fig. 1 and 3, the front end of the aforementioned drive shaft 4 is formed with a drive shaft front axle head 41 (fig. 2), the drive shaft front axle head 41 is rotatably supported on a front axle head supporting bearing block 411, and the front axle head supporting bearing block 411 is fixed with the lower portion of the aforementioned front cabinet 1 toward one side of the aforementioned rear cabinet 2, a front axle head driving pulley 412 is fixed on the drive shaft front axle head 41 and at a position corresponding to the rear side of the front axle head supporting bearing block 411 in a flat key fixing manner, a drive shaft rear axle head 42 is formed at the rear end of the drive shaft 4, the drive shaft rear axle head 42 is rotatably supported on a rear axle head supporting bearing block 421, and the rear axle head supporting block 421 is fixed with the lower portion of the aforementioned rear cabinet 2 toward one side of the aforementioned front cabinet 1, a rear drive pulley 422 is fixed on the drive shaft rear axle head 42 and at a position corresponding to the front side of the rear axle head supporting bearing block 421 in a flat key fixing manner, a drive shaft supporting device 43 is rotatably supported on a drive shaft supporting device 43 provided on the aforementioned intermediate connection beam 35 in the length direction, and thus the design of the drive shaft 4 is prevented from generating deflection due to the long structure; the front actuating mechanism 6 of the non-woven fiber web compensation platform is in transmission connection with the front axle head driving pulley 412, and the rear actuating mechanism 7 of the non-woven fiber web compensation platform is in transmission connection with the rear axle head driving pulley 422. The final power output shaft of the drive shaft drive reduction box 52 is in drive connection with the front shaft head 41.
With particular reference to fig. 2, the position of the aforementioned nonwoven web compensating platform rear actuating mechanism 7 corresponds to the position of the aforementioned nonwoven web compensating platform front actuating mechanism 6, the nonwoven web compensating platform front actuating mechanism 6 includes a front belt tensioner 61, a front belt tensioner lifting adjustment plate 62, a front belt tensioner adjustment screw 63, a front belt 64, a front rail 65, a front rail slider 66, a front belt clamp 67, a nonwoven web compensating platform front actuating roller 68 and a front belt pinch roller 69, the front belt tensioner 61 is located on the side of the aforementioned front housing 1 facing the aforementioned rear housing 2 and rotatably disposed on a front belt tensioner head 612 (also referred to as "flat shaft") through a front belt tensioner bearing 611, the front end of the front belt tensioner head 612 is fixed on the rear side of the front belt tensioner lifting adjustment plate 62, the front belt tensioner lifting adjustment plate 62 cooperates with a front belt adjustment screw cap 63 provided on the side of the front housing 1 facing the rear housing 2, a front belt pulley adjustment screw nut 632 is engaged with a front end of a front belt pulley adjustment screw nut 632 provided on the front end of the front pulley adjustment plate lifting adjustment plate 63, and a front end of the front belt pulley adjustment screw nut 632 is engaged with the front end of the front belt adjustment screw nut 632 of the front belt pulley adjustment plate 3 provided on the front housing 1 facing the side of the rear housing 2, the front bolt coupling block 631 is fixed to the rear upper portion of the front belt tensioner lift adjustment plate 62 by a front bolt coupling block screw 6311, the front nut block 632 is fixed to the front cabinet 1 on the side facing the rear cabinet 2 by a front nut block fixing screw 6321, the upper end of the front belt 64 is fitted over the front belt tensioner 61, the lower end is fitted over the front head pulley 412, the front rail 65 is fixed to the rear side of the front rail fixing plate 651, the front rail fixing plate 651 is fixed to the front cabinet 1 on the side facing the rear cabinet 2 in a state of being inclined from top to bottom to left, a front rail slider upper limit seat 6511 is fixed to the rear side of the upper end of the front rail fixing plate 651, a front rail slider upper limit seat limit flange 65111 is provided on the front rail slider upper limit seat 6511 at a position corresponding to the upper side of the front rail slider 66, a front rail slider lower limiting seat 6512 is fixed to the rear side of the lower end of the front rail fixing plate 651, a front rail slider lower limiting seat limiting flange 65121 is provided at the upper portion of the front rail slider lower limiting seat 6512 and at a position corresponding to the lower portion of the front rail slider 66, the front rail slider 66 forms a sliding pair with the front rail 65 in a sliding manner up and down, a nonwoven web compensation stage front side clamping block 661 is fixed to the right side of the front rail slider 66, the nonwoven web compensation stage front side clamping block 661 is brought into contact with the front side of the nonwoven web compensation stage 8, the front belt clamping block 67 is positioned in the front belt cavity 641 of the front belt 64 and is fixed to the front rail slider 66 in a state of clamping the front belt 64 corresponding to the left side portion of the front rail slider 66, the nonwoven web compensating platform front actuating roller 68 is provided on a front actuating roller shaft 6811 through a front actuating roller bearing 681, the front actuating roller shaft 6811 is fixed at the rear lower portion of the front rail slider 66, the front belt pinch roller 69 is rotatably provided at the rear side of the lower end of the front belt pinch roller frame 691 and is in contact with the front belt 64 at a position corresponding to the left side of the front axle head drive pulley 412, the upper end of the front belt pinch roller frame 691 is connected with a front belt pinch roller frame connecting block 692 through a front belt pinch roller frame connecting block screw 6921, and the front belt pinch roller frame connecting block 692 is fixed with the front chassis 1 toward the side of the rear chassis 2; the nonwoven web compensation platform front actuation roller 68 cooperates with the front right end of the nonwoven web compensation platform 8.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the driving bearing bracket device 43 includes a supporting wheel frame 431, a first supporting wheel i 432, a second supporting wheel ii 433 and a third supporting wheel iii 434, wherein the supporting wheel frame 431 is fixed to a rear middle portion of the intermediate connecting beam 35, the supporting wheel frame 431 is formed with a C-shaped cavity 4311, the first supporting wheel i 432 is rotatably disposed at an upper left portion of the C-shaped cavity 4311 of the supporting wheel frame 431 through a first supporting wheel axle i 4321, the second supporting wheel ii 433 is rotatably disposed at an upper right portion of the C-shaped cavity 4311 of the supporting wheel frame 431 through a second supporting wheel axle ii 4331, and the third supporting wheel iii 434 is rotatably disposed at a bottom portion of the C-shaped cavity 4311 of the supporting wheel frame 431 through a third supporting wheel axle iii 4341; in the present embodiment, the front belt tensioner 61 and the front axle head pulley 412 are timing pulleys, and the front belt 64 is a timing belt.
When the servo motor with the forward and reverse rotation functions, that is, the aforementioned drive shaft driving motor 51 works, the drive shaft driving reduction gearbox 52 is driven by the drive shaft driving motor 51, and the last power output shaft of the drive shaft driving reduction gearbox 52 drives the front shaft head 41 of the drive shaft 4, so that the drive shaft 4 drives the front shaft head driving pulley 412 and the rear shaft head driving pulley 422 simultaneously, taking the nonwoven web compensating platform front actuating mechanism 6 shown in fig. 2 as an example, under the drive of the front shaft head driving pulley 412 by the drive shaft front shaft head 41 of the drive shaft 4, the front guide rail slide block 66 is driven by the front shaft head driving pulley 412 by the front driving belt 64 sleeved on the front driving belt tensioning wheel 61 through the upper end to slide downwards along the front guide rail 65 until the lower end surface of the front guide rail slide block 66 is blocked by the lower limiting seat limiting flange 65121 of the front guide rail slide block, so that the front guide rail slide block 66 can not and can not continue to slide downwards. In this case, the right end of the nonwoven fabric web compensating platform 8, which will be described in detail later, is driven downward by the nonwoven fabric web compensating platform front actuating roller 68 during the downward movement of the front rail slider 66 by the operation of the drive shaft driving motor 51. The drive shaft drive motor 51 is then operated in reverse, and the front rail slider 66 is moved upward in a reverse manner to that described by the applicant's description until its upper end surface is blocked by the front rail slider upper limit seat limit flange 65111. During the upward movement of the front rail slider 66, the right end of the nonwoven fleece compensating platform 8, which will be described in more detail below, is returned, i.e., previously in a declined state, to a state of (returning to) a state of being horizontal, as shown in fig. 6, by the nonwoven fleece compensating platform front actuating roller 68. One process of forward and reverse rotation of the drive shaft drive motor 51 is adapted to the time required for one reciprocating lapping action of the lapping machine 10 as a preceding process and shown in fig. 6, and the time is controlled by an electrical control box according to the process requirements, that is, the forward and reverse rotation of the drive shaft drive motor 51 is controlled by the electrical control box, and the lapping machine 10 is controlled by the same instance, that is, the electrical control box. The following description of the structure of the nonwoven web compensation post-stage actuator 7 will not be repeated after the description of the structure of the nonwoven web compensation post-stage actuator 7, since the nonwoven web compensation post-stage actuator 7 is operated in synchronization with the nonwoven web compensation post-stage actuator 6 described above, according to the common general knowledge.
The applicant needs to say that: the front rail slider 66 described above normally does not strike the front rail slider upper limit seat defining flange 65111 and the front rail slider lower limit seat defining flange 65121 because the drive shaft drive motor 51 is a servo motor that is typically capable of meeting the stroke control requirements. However, in order to prevent this, the front rail slider upper limit seat limit flange 65111 and the front rail slider lower limit seat limit flange 65121 are employed.
