The connecting rod 120 is slidably connected to the longitudinal member 13 along the width direction of the torso support portion 20, and the fixing rod 130 on the second transverse member 12 is slidably connected to the length direction of the torso support portion 20 of the second transverse member 12.
The longitudinal member 13 is provided with a plurality of first sliding holes 123, the plurality of first sliding holes 123 are distributed along the extending direction of the longitudinal member 13, and each connecting rod 120 is slidably disposed in the first sliding hole 123. The connecting rod 120 is connected to the longitudinal member 13 in a specific manner as shown in fig. 5.
The one end that connecting rod 120 length direction is close to vertical 13 is fixed with first interior locating part 121, vertical 13 has all seted up first groove 124 of stepping down in each first slide hole 123 position department, first groove 124 and the first slide hole 123 intercommunication of stepping down, first interior locating part 121 sliding connection is in first groove 124 of stepping down, and first groove 124 of stepping down does not run through vertical 13 along the width direction of trunk supporting part 20, thereby prevent that first interior locating part 121 breaks away from in the first groove 124 of stepping down, and then prevent that connecting rod 120 breaks away from in the first slide hole 123.
The other end of the connecting rod 120 is fixed with a first outer limiting member 122. In this embodiment, the first outer limiting member 122 is circular, and the diameter of the first outer limiting member 122 is larger than that of the first sliding hole 123, so as to prevent the first outer limiting member 122 from entering the first sliding hole 123. The user can remove the connecting rod 120 by pulling the first outer limiting member 122.
Two second sliding holes 133 are formed in the second transverse member 12, and two linear fixing rods 130 are slidably disposed in the second sliding holes 133. The particular manner in which the securing lever 130 is connected to the second cross member 12 is shown in fig. 6.
The second inner limiting part 131 is fixed at one end, close to the second transverse part 12, of the fixing rod 130 in the length direction, the second transverse part 12 is provided with second abdicating grooves 134 at the positions of the second sliding holes 133, the second abdicating grooves 134 are communicated with the second sliding holes 133, the second inner limiting part 131 is slidably connected in the second abdicating grooves 134, and the second abdicating grooves 134 do not penetrate the second transverse part 12 along the length direction of the torso supporting part 20, so that the second inner limiting part 131 is prevented from being separated from the second abdicating grooves 134, and the fixing rod 130 is prevented from being separated from the second sliding holes 133.
The other end of the fixing lever 130 is fixed with a second outer stopper 132. In this embodiment, the second outer limiting member 132 is circular, and the diameter of the second outer limiting member 132 is larger than that of the second sliding hole 133, so as to prevent the second outer limiting member 132 from entering the second sliding hole 133. The user can remove the fixing lever 130 by pulling the second outer stopper 132.
Example 4
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the number of resistance bands 110 is two. One ends of the two resistance bands 110 are respectively tied to the two longitudinal members 13, and when in use, both hands respectively grip the other ends of the two resistance bands 110 to exercise the shoulders, the chest, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A body-building chair, which is characterized in that: comprises a supporting frame (10), a trunk supporting part (20) and a buttock supporting part (30); one end of the trunk support part (20) and one end of the hip support part (30) are connected with the support frame (10); the support frame (10) comprises two longitudinal pieces (13), and the two longitudinal pieces (13) are respectively positioned at two sides of the extending direction of the trunk support part (20); a plurality of connecting rods (120) are arranged on the two longitudinal pieces (13) along the self extending direction, and the connecting rods (120) are used for detachably mounting the resistance belt (110).
2. An exercise chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the longitudinal pieces (13) are provided with first sliding holes (123) at the positions of the connecting rods (120), and the connecting rods (120) are arranged in the first sliding holes (123) in a sliding mode.

An exercise chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the support frame (10) comprises a first transverse member (11) and a second transverse member (12), wherein the first transverse member (11) is located at one end, far away from the hip support part (30), of the trunk support part (20), the second transverse member (12) is located at one end, far away from the trunk support part (20), of the hip support part (30), and the resistance belt (110) is detachably connected with the first transverse member (11) and the second transverse member (12).
4. A gym chair according to claim 3, wherein: at least two fixing rods (130) are arranged on the first transverse member (11) and the second transverse member (12), and the resistance belt (110) is detachably connected with the fixing rods (130).
5. The exercise chair of claim 4, wherein: the fixing rod (130) is L-shaped.
6. An exercise chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the trunk support part (20) is provided with a widening plate (40) on both sides of one end far away from the hip support part (30).
7. The exercise chair of claim 6, wherein: the trunk support part (20) and the widening plate (40) form a widening section (50), and the width of the widening section (50) along the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the trunk support part (20) is 35cm-55cm.
8. An exercise chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the width of the buttocks support part (30) along the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the trunk support part (20) is 35cm-55cm.

An exercise chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein: one end of the trunk support part (20) and one end of the hip support part (30) are rotatably connected with the support frame (10), and the body-building chair (140) further comprises a first limiting assembly (90) for limiting the rotation position of the trunk support part (20) and a second limiting assembly (100) for limiting the rotation position of the hip support part (30).
10. An exercise chair as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the torso support (20) has at least two negative tilt positions, including a first position and a second position; when the trunk support part (20) is positioned at the first position, the distance between the lower end of the trunk support part (20) and the ground is 30cm-35cm; when the trunk support part (20) is located at the second position, the distance between the lower end of the trunk support part (20) and the ground is 10cm lower than that of the first position.
