Abstract

The application provides a special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients, which comprises an adhesive part, anus Zhou Dian and a bag body. Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients.

Background

The patient lying in bed for a long time mainly excretes on the diaper or nursing pad, and when the perianal nursing is not timely or the patient diarrhea leads to the defecation times to increase, the perineum and buttocks of the patient are soaked in the excrement for a long time, so that perianal skin ulcer, bedsores and infection are easily caused. The increase of the perianal nursing times increases the nursing cost of patients on one hand and the workload of nursing staff on the other hand. The diluted feces are easy to generate bad smell after fermentation, and the clinically common urine is not wet or the nursing pad has no peculiar smell removing function, so that the discomfort of nursing staff is increased and the patient dignity cannot be maintained to a great extent.

The common excrement collecting bag in the current market has the following problems:

1. the anal canal, the anal plug and other imbedded designs can stimulate the anus and the rectum, influence the normal function and the blood circulation of the sphincter ani, cause injury to the anus and the rectum or increase the infection chance; gaps exist between the embedded design end and anus, so that excrement leakage pollutes perianal skin when a patient urinates, perianal eczema is easy to cause, and the workload and nursing cost of nursing staff are increased; the embedded excrement collecting bag is complex to operate, high in manufacturing cost and capable of increasing patient cost and nursing staff workload.

2. The existing fitting type excrement collecting bag has large stimulation to anus, and is easy to stimulate perianal and cause eczema and the like. Moreover, the long-time fitting use easily causes pressure sores at the hip cracks of patients, and aggravates the damage of wounds; and the existing laminating excrement collecting bag cannot be laminated with the perianal area, so that the excrement leaks out and pollutes frequently in clinical work.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, there is a need to provide a feces collection bag which is reasonable in price, can be attached to the perianal area and reduce the irritation of feces to the perianal skin, and is used for solving the problems that the feces in the prior art irritate the perianal skin, and nursing products are not attached to the perianal area.

To achieve the above object, the present application provides a special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients, comprising:

an adhesive portion provided with a first opening penetrating the adhesive portion;

an anus Zhou Dian disposed on the adhesive portion, the anus Zhou Dian being provided with a second opening, the second opening corresponding in position and size to the first opening;

the bag body is used for collecting excrement; the bag body is provided with a connecting part which is fixedly connected with the bonding part.

In contrast to the prior art, the above-mentioned technical solution is attached to the skin of the patient through the adhesive part, the adhesive part is provided with a first opening, the anus Zhou Dian is provided with a second opening, and the faeces can enter the bag body through the first opening and the second opening for collection. In some embodiments, the connection portion is provided with an engagement ring having an inner diameter sized and positioned to correspond to the size and position of the second opening.

In some embodiments, the engagement ring conforms to the size of the perianal pad and conforms to the anus Zhou Dian.

In some embodiments, the anus Zhou Dian is provided with more than two extending portions, which extend to the upper and lower ends of the perianal cushion.

In some embodiments, the anus Zhou Dian is provided with a hydrophilic polyurethane foam dressing.

In some embodiments, an upper end of the adhesive portion extends outwardly, and a lower end of the adhesive portion is recessed toward the first opening.

In some embodiments, the adhesive portion comprises:

a silicone gel layer for adhering to the patient's skin; the silica gel layer is provided with a plurality of through holes.

In some embodiments, the adhesive portion further comprises:

the waterproof layer is arranged on one side of the silica gel layer far away from the skin of a patient; the waterproof layer is provided with a third opening, the third opening penetrates through the waterproof layer, and the size and the position of the third opening correspond to those of the second opening; the anus Zhou Dian is arranged between the waterproof layer and the silica gel layer, and the connecting part penetrates through the third opening to be connected with the anus Zhou Dian. Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients, which comprises an adhesive part 1, an perianal cushion 2 and a bag body 3. The adhesive part 1 is provided with a first opening 11 penetrating the adhesive part 1. The perianal cushion 2 is arranged on the adhesive part 1, the perianal cushion 2 is provided with a second opening 21, and the position and the size of the second opening 21 correspond to those of the first opening 11. The bag body 3 is used for collecting excrement; the bag body 3 is provided with a connecting part which is fixedly connected with the bonding part 1.

The adhesive part 1 is a member to be adhered to the skin. The adhesive part 1 has a certain tackiness. The edge of the bonding part 1 is arc-shaped, so that the buttocks can be better bonded, and the curling is not easy to be curled.

The perianal pad 2 is a member attached to the periphery of the anus. In some embodiments, the perianal pad 2 approximates a circular ring in shape. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bag 3 is a member for collecting excrement. The bag body 3 can be made of transparent materials, so that the faeces condition of a patient can be observed conveniently. Compared with the artificial anus ostomy bag, the side surface of the transparent saccular bag body 3 has no folding edge, and has the advantage of no damage to skin. In some embodiments, the bag 3 may be made of medical grade breathable silicone. The medical silica gel has excellent hydrophobicity and physiological inertia, is moisture-proof and breathable, does not adhere to skin when being contacted, is soft and elastic, has air permeability which is tens of times of that of common rubber at room temperature, has good air permeability and ozone resistance, and is not easy to grow bacteria. The bag body 3 is provided with a connecting part, and the bag body 3 can be fixedly connected with the bonding part 1 through the connecting part.

Unlike the prior art, the above technical solution is to attach the adhesive part 1 to the skin of the patient, the adhesive part 1 is provided with a first opening 11, the perianal pad 2 is provided with a second opening 21, and feces can enter the bag body 3 through the first opening 11 and the second opening 21 for collection. The device is arranged in such a way, the skin of a patient is adhered through the adhesive part 1, the perianal pad 2 is matched to be adhered to the perianal skin to prevent leakage, the perianal skin of the patient can be adhered better, the leakage caused by the fact that the excrement collecting bag is not adhered to the skin when the patient defecation happens is avoided, the stimulation to the perianal skin can be effectively reduced, the perianal skin is further kept clean and dry, and perianal eczema is prevented; nursing staff is also facilitated to nurse, nursing articles such as nursing pad are reduced and are worn, and therefore nursing cost is reduced.

In some other embodiments, the connecting portion is provided with an engagement ring 31, and the inner diameter and position of the engagement ring 31 correspond to the size and position of the second opening 21. The connecting circular ring 31 can increase the connection area of the end part of the bag body 3 and the bonding part 1, and improve the connection stability of the bag body 3 and the bonding part 1.

As shown in fig. 3, the joint ring 31 is a member for connecting the bag body 3 and the adhesive portion 1. The joint ring 31 is provided at the end of the bag body 3 and connected to the adhesive part 1. In some embodiments, the bag body 3 and the connecting ring 31 adopt an integrated structure, and no clamping ring or clamping buckle is needed, so that the comfort level of a patient in use can be improved, and pressure sores can be prevented.

In some other embodiments, the engagement ring 31 conforms to the size of the perianal pad 2 and conforms to the perianal pad 2. By the arrangement, one side of the perianal cushion 2 is attached to the connecting ring 31, the other side is connected with the bonding part 1, the shape and the size are consistent, the perianal cushion can be tightly attached, and the generation of wrinkles is reduced.

In some other embodiments, the perianal pad 2 is provided with more than two extending parts, which extend to the upper and lower ends of the perianal pad 2. Extension parts are arranged at two ends of the perianal cushion 2, so that the hip cleft and perineum folds can be filled, the perianal cushion 2 is more conformable, the cushion is not easy to curl, and the excrement is not easy to leak.

In some other embodiments, the perianal pad 2 is a hydrophilic polyurethane foam dressing. The perianal pad adopting the hydrophilic polyurethane foam dressing has the following advantages: flexible, comfortable and breathable, maintains skin elasticity, is tightly attached to the skin, and relieves pressure. Can reduce pressure to protect perianal skin and reduce pressure sore while limiting perianal fecal pollution.

In some other embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the adhesive portion 1 comprises a silicone gel layer. The silicone gel layer is used for adhering to the skin of a patient; the silica gel layer is provided with a plurality of through holes.

The silica gel layer has transparent, clean and flat appearance. The adhesive force reaches the medical level, is soft and skin-friendly, has strong self-adhesion, is not painful to tear, is noninvasive, has no viscose residue, can be repeatedly pasted, and is not easy to cause injury to human bodies.

In some other embodiments, the adhesive part 1 further comprises a waterproof layer 4. The waterproof layer 4 is arranged on one side of the silica gel layer far away from the skin of a patient; the waterproof layer 4 is provided with a third opening, the third opening penetrates through the waterproof layer 4, and the size and the position of the third opening correspond to those of the second opening 21; the perianal cushion 2 is arranged between the waterproof layer 4 and the silica gel layer, and the connecting part penetrates through the third opening to be connected with the perianal cushion 2.

In some embodiments, the waterproof layer 4 may be a polyurethane backing film. The waterproof layer 4 is provided to further prevent the occurrence of the risk of the bed and clothing being soiled due to leakage of feces from the junction of the bag body 3 and the adhesive portion 1.

The polyurethane backing film and the porous silica gel layer can enable sweat of a human body to freely penetrate between the films, are breathable and waterproof, are softer and skin friendly than medical colloid used by the chassis of the artificial anus ostomy bag, have no viscose residues, do not need viscose remover, and are not easy to cause injury to the human body.

In some other embodiments, a release paper 5 is provided on the porous silicone gel layer. Fig. 5 is a schematic connection diagram of a special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients. According to the direction from right to left in the figure, the anti-sticking paper 5, the silica gel layer, the perianal cushion 2, the connecting ring 31, the waterproof layer 4 and the bag body 3 are sequentially arranged. The release paper 5 is arranged to cover the porous silica gel, so that the surface of the porous silica gel can be protected from being polluted by dust and bacteria, the viscosity is maintained, and the sanitation is maintained. In other embodiments, the release paper 5 may also be a dacron, a release paper, an embossed release film, or the like.

In some other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, an air vent 32 is provided on the bag body 3, and an air vent patch is provided on the air vent 32. When more gas is present in the faeces collection bag, venting may be performed through vent 32. The gas discharge hole 32 may be provided at the middle upper portion of the bag body 3 to allow only gas to pass therethrough. The vent hole 32 is provided with a vent hole paste which is designed by annular viscose and can be repeatedly pasted for exhausting. When the patient diarrhea and the excrement are solid-free, the negative pressure aspirator connected with the air hole paste opening can be considered to attract the excrement as appropriate, so that the bag changing frequency is reduced, the medical cost of the patient and the workload of nursing staff are reduced, and the skin injury caused by frequent perianal nursing is also reduced.

In some other embodiments, the bag 3 is provided with capacity graduations 33. The provision of the volume graduation 33 may assist the caregiver in estimating the amount of bowel movement of the diarrhea patient.

In some other embodiments, the upper end of the adhesive part 1 extends outwards, and the lower end of the adhesive part 1 is recessed towards the direction of the second opening 21. The upper end of the bonding part 1 extends outwards, so that the bonding part is convenient to attach to the perineum; the lower extreme of bonding part 1 is towards the direction of first opening 11 sunken, so sets up, accords with human buttock district physiology structural feature, can further laminate the human, improves the comfort level when the patient uses.

The using method comprises the following steps:

1. the perianal skin is cleaned, and the skin is kept clean and dry.

2. Tearing the package, and tearing off the two pieces of release paper successively.

3. The silicone gel layer was facing the patient's skin, the center of the anus Zhou Dian was aligned with the anus opening, and the patch was applied to perianal skin centered around the anus, and the anus Zhou Dian was pressed with a finger to confirm firm fitting.

4. The adhesive part was adhered to the buttocks and perianal skin, and the polyurethane backing film was pressed with a finger to confirm that the adhesion was wrinkle-free.

5. The exhaust holes are used for exhausting when the excrement collecting bag has more gas.

6. Patients with severe skin allergy or dermatitis should take the medicine with caution.

Claims (10)

1. A special excrement collection bag for bedridden patients, which is characterized by comprising:

an adhesive portion provided with a first opening penetrating the adhesive portion;

an anus Zhou Dian disposed on the adhesive portion, the anus Zhou Dian being provided with a second opening, the second opening corresponding in position and size to the first opening;

the bag body is used for collecting excrement; the bag body is provided with a connecting part which is fixedly connected with the bonding part.

2. The special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients according to claim 1, wherein the connecting part is provided with a connecting ring, and the inner diameter and the position of the connecting ring correspond to those of the second opening.

3. The bedridden patient specific feces collection bag of claim 2 wherein said anus Zhou Dian is attached to said engagement ring.

4. The special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients according to claim 1, wherein the anus Zhou Dian is provided with more than two extending parts, which extend to the upper and lower ends of the perianal cushion respectively.

5. The special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients as claimed in claim 1 or 4, wherein the anus Zhou Dian is coated with hydrophilic polyurethane foam.

6. The bedridden patient-specific feces collection bag according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive portion comprises:

a silicone gel layer for adhering to the patient's skin; the silica gel layer is provided with a plurality of through holes.

7. The bedridden patient-specific feces collection bag of claim 6 wherein said adhesive portion further comprises:

the waterproof layer is arranged on one side of the silica gel layer far away from the skin of a patient; the waterproof layer is provided with a third opening, the third opening penetrates through the waterproof layer, and the size and the position of the third opening correspond to those of the second opening; the anus Zhou Dian is arranged between the waterproof layer and the silica gel layer, and the connecting part penetrates through the third opening to be connected with the anus Zhou Dian.

8. The bedridden-patient-specific excrement collection bag according to claim 1, wherein the upper end of the adhesive portion extends outwardly, and the lower end of the adhesive portion is recessed toward the first opening.

9. The special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag body is provided with an exhaust hole, and the exhaust hole is provided with an air hole patch.

10. The special excrement collecting bag for bedridden patients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag body is provided with capacity graduation marks.
