In order to improve the sealing performance of the pocket, please refer to fig. 2 and 4, the first gum layer 8 may further include a sealing gum portion 81 disposed at a middle position of the nursing pad main body 1 in the first direction, where the sealing gum portion 81 is disposed near an end portion where the first protecting wing 6 is located, so that on one hand, the bonding strength and stability between the medical nursing pad and the bed surface in the use process can be improved, and on the other hand, when the medical nursing pad is folded into the pocket, bonding between the first portion and the redundant portion can be completed through the gum strip and the sealing gum portion 81 to realize sealing, so as to avoid overflow or exudation of the discharged material from the medical nursing pad, and to improve the bonding strength and the sealing performance of the pocket formed by the medical nursing pad.
In some embodiments, in the first direction, the two wings on the same side of the nursing pad body 1 also differ in size in the first direction. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the dimension of the first wing 6 in the first direction is smaller than the dimension of the second wing 7 in the first direction, for example, the maximum dimension of the first wing 6 in the first direction is 20cm, and the maximum dimension of the second wing 7 in the first direction is 30cm. After the used medical nursing pad is folded for the first time along the crease in the first direction, the second protecting wings 7 are provided with parts exposing the first protecting wings 6 in the first direction, so that the two second protecting wings 7 can be folded for the second time and the third time inwards along the crease in the second direction, the two second protecting wings 7 are adhered through the second adhesive back layer 9, the whole medical nursing pad forms a pocket with one side open, the whole medical nursing pad is conveniently discarded in an upward opening posture, the exudation or leakage of discharged liquid or excrement on the medical nursing pad is avoided, the medical nursing pad is conveniently discarded, the environment is prevented from being polluted, and the environmental protection function can be realized.
Further, in the first direction, at least part of the second backing layer 9 provided on one of the two wings located on the same side of the nursing pad main body 1 is located on the other side in the first direction. Referring to fig. 2, at least a portion of the second adhesive back layer 9 on the second protective wing 7 is located at one side of the first protective wing 6 in the first direction, so that after the second protective wing 7 is folded inwards along the crease in the second direction in the process of folding the used medical care pad, the second protective wing 7 can be conveniently bonded with the care pad body through the second adhesive back layer 9 and the adhesive back strip in the first adhesive back layer 8, so that the bonding strength of the sealed pocket is improved, and the leakage or leakage of the discharged liquid or the excrement after the pocket is unsealed is avoided.

A medical nursing pad, which is characterized by comprising a nursing pad main body; the nursing pad body is provided with a first area positioned at the middle position in the first direction and also provided with second areas positioned at two sides of the first area in the first direction, wherein the water absorption rate of the first area is larger than that of the second area; the nursing pad main body is provided with a first diversion trench in the first area, and the nursing pad main body is provided with a second diversion trench in the second area;
the nursing pad body is provided with a skin-friendly surface used for being in contact with a user, the nursing pad body is further provided with a three-dimensional protection ring connected with the skin-friendly surface, the three-dimensional protection ring is positioned between the first area and the second area, and the three-dimensional protection ring is filled with a water absorbing material.

The medical care pad of claim 1 wherein said care pad body further has a rail guard attached to said skin-friendly surface, said rail guard being positioned in said first region, said rail guard being filled with a water absorbent material, said rail guard having an arcuate configuration extending in said first direction.
3. The medical care pad of claim 1, wherein the first channel is a heart channel and the second channel is a wave channel.
4. A medical care pad according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the care pad body has a release surface opposite the skin-friendly surface; the nursing pad is characterized in that a first gum layer attached to the isolation surface is arranged on the nursing pad body, and the nursing pad body is adhered to a preset position through the first gum layer.
5. The medical care pad of claim 4, wherein the first gum layer comprises at least two gum strips disposed crosswise, the first gum layer extending from one side edge of the care pad body to the other side edge in the first direction, the first gum layer extending from one side edge of the care pad body to the other side edge in a direction perpendicular to the first direction.
6. A medical care pad according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising wings attached to both sides of the care pad body in a first direction, respectively;
the protective wings are provided with second gum layers, the second gum layers are attached to one sides of the protective wings, which are opposite to the skin-friendly surfaces, and the protective wings are used for being adhered to preset positions through the second gum layers.
7. The medical care pad of claim 6, wherein in the first direction, the wings on the same side of the care pad body are provided in two in a second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction.
8. The medical care pad of claim 7, wherein in said first direction, two of said wings on the same side of said care pad body differ in size in said first direction;
and/or, in the first direction, the two wings located on the same side of the nursing pad body are different in size in the second direction.
9. The medical care pad of claim 8, wherein in said first direction, at least a portion of said second backsize layer disposed on one of two of said wings on the same side of said care pad body is on one side of the other in said first direction.
