Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of food processing, in particular to a cup cover assembly and a cooking machine.
Background
With the increasing level of living of people, many different types of food processing machines appear on the market. The functions of the food processor mainly include, but are not limited to, the functions of beating soybean milk, squeezing juice, mincing meat stuffing, shaving ice, making coffee, and/or preparing facial masks. The food processor may include a soymilk machine, a stirrer, a meat grinder, or the like, which pulverizes and stirs food. The bowl cover subassembly of current cooking machine is equipped with the gas pocket generally to communicate cooking cup's cavity and external environment. When cooking machine is heating and boiling food material, the thick liquid in the cooking cup overflows from the gas pocket easily, not only influences customer's use experience, also causes the waste of food material.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the application is to provide a bowl cover subassembly and cooking machine, can prevent overflowing effectively.
One aspect of the present application provides a cup lid assembly. This bowl cover subassembly includes: the cup cover is provided with an opening and a side wall; the exhaust cover is arranged on the cup cover and comprises an exhaust port which is arranged corresponding to the opening; and the overflow preventing piece is arranged below the cup cover and positioned on the inner side of the side wall, the overflow preventing piece comprises an air outlet hole communicated with the air outlet and a separation wall surrounding the air outlet hole, and the separation wall radially separates the space between the air outlet hole and the side wall into a plurality of accommodating cavities. The space between the air outlet hole and the side wall is radially divided into a plurality of accommodating cavities by the partition wall, and food foam generated in the stirring cup is turned upwards to enter each accommodating cavity, and the arrangement of the partition wall can prevent the food foam entering the accommodating cavity from rushing to the air outlet hole, so that the overflow of slurry or the blockage of the air outlet hole can be better avoided; meanwhile, the food foam entering the accommodating cavity is extruded by the partition wall to be smaller, so that the overflow of pulp can be better avoided; in addition, because the anti-overflow piece is arranged below the cup cover, when the cup cover assembly is cleaned after the food processor is used, the anti-overflow piece is cleaned, and the cleaning is more convenient.
Further, the number of the partition walls includes 2, 3, 4, or 5, and the partition walls are arranged in a radial direction. By limiting the number of the partition walls, on one hand, a better anti-overflow effect can be achieved, and on the other hand, the accommodating cavity has a proper width, and is convenient to clean.
Further, the spill-proof piece is made of food grade stainless steel, and the spill-proof piece is stamped downwards to form a plurality of separation walls. Thus, the use is safer, and the molding is easier.
Further, the heights of the partition walls downward decrease from inside to outside in the radial direction. Therefore, food foam entering the accommodating cavity can be better prevented from flowing towards the air outlet, and further, the overflow of slurry can be better prevented, and the user experience is better.
Further, the width of the accommodating cavity along the radial direction gradually becomes smaller from bottom to top. So, in the use of cooking machine, get into the food foam that acceptors the chamber and rise the in-process can become gradually little or break out to can reach better anti-overflow effect.
Further, the aperture of the air outlet hole gradually becomes smaller from bottom to top. Therefore, the food foam entering the air outlet hole can be gradually reduced or destroyed in the rising process, and the better anti-overflow effect can be achieved.
Further, the aperture of the air outlet hole is between 8 mm and 14 mm. Through the aperture that prescribes a limit to the venthole, on the one hand can effectively discharge steam, on the other hand can effectively alleviate the condition that a large amount of foams gushed up and lead to the overflow thick liquid when food thick liquid boils.
Further, the overflow preventing member comprises an outer wall, and the overflow preventing member is mounted on the cup cover through the cooperation of the outer wall and the side wall. Therefore, the overflow-preventing piece can be conveniently arranged on the cup cover.
Further, the side wall is provided with a buckling boss in an inward protruding mode, and the outer wall is provided with a buckling hole matched with the buckling boss; or the outer wall is provided with a buckling boss in an outward protruding mode, and the side wall is provided with a buckling hole matched with the buckling boss. Through buckle boss and buckle hole cooperation, can conveniently and reliably install anti-overflow piece in the bowl cover.
Another aspect of the present application provides a food processor. This cooking machine includes: a stirring cup assembly; and the cup cover assembly is covered on the stirring cup assembly.

Preferably, the width of the accommodating cavity 33 in the radial direction gradually decreases from bottom to top. In this way, during the use of the food processor 100, the food foam entering the accommodating cavity 33 can be gradually reduced or destroyed during the rising process, so that a better anti-overflow effect can be achieved.
Preferably, the aperture of the air outlet hole 31 is gradually reduced from bottom to top. In this way, the food foam entering the air outlet hole 31 can be gradually reduced or destroyed in the rising process, so that a better anti-overflow effect can be achieved.
Preferably, the aperture of the air outlet hole 31 is between 8 mm and 14 mm. By limiting the aperture of the air outlet hole 31, on the one hand, steam can be effectively discharged, and on the other hand, when the food material slurry is boiled, the situation that a large amount of foam upwards gushes out to cause the overflow can be effectively relieved.
In some embodiments, the aperture of the air outlet hole 31 may be 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, or some value between any two of the foregoing.
In the illustrated embodiment, the spill guard 30 includes an outer wall 35, and the spill guard 30 is mounted to the cap 10 by the outer wall 35 engaging the side wall 15. In this way, spill guard 30 can be conveniently mounted to cap 10.
In the illustrated embodiment, the side wall 15 is provided with a snap boss 151 protruding inward, and the outer wall 35 is provided with a snap hole 351 cooperating with the snap boss 151. In this embodiment, the side wall 15 is provided with 3 snap bosses 151 protruding in the circumferential direction, and the outer wall 35 is provided with 3 corresponding snap holes 351, which is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the outer wall 35 is provided with a snap boss protruding outwards, and the side wall 15 is provided with a snap hole cooperating with the snap boss. By matching the snap boss 151 with the snap hole 351, the spill guard 30 can be mounted to the cap 10 conveniently and reliably.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present utility model is not intended to limit the utility model to the precise form disclosed, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the present utility model are intended to be included within the scope of the present utility model.
