The upper cover 311 and the lower cover 312 are easy to assemble and disassemble, and are convenient to clean; a gap 31121 is disposed between the holding portion 3121 and the retaining wall 3112, and the gap 31121 communicates the receiving cavity 31210 and the second air outlet 31101.
After the upper cover 311 is assembled to the lower cover 312, the end portion of the retaining wall 3112 is located in the receiving cavity 31210 and fixed to the holding portion 3121, the second outlet hole 31101 and the receiving cavity 31210 are located at both sides of the retaining wall 3112, and the top plate portion 3110 is covered to the main body portion 3120 to partition the cavity 31200 from an external space.
The holding portion 3121 and the retaining wall 3112 may also be fixed together by a snap.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, the sealing member 33 includes a mounting portion 330, a sealing portion 331 extending from a top end of the mounting portion 330, a blocking portion 332 extending from a bottom end of the mounting portion 330, and a spill prevention portion 333. The seal 33 may be an integral component, either sealing or spill-proof. Wherein the overflow preventing part 333 is formed to extend inward from the mounting part 330. The overflow preventing part 333 includes a side wall 3331 extending upward from the mounting part 330 and a top wall 3332 connected to the side wall 3331. The sealing portion 331 is located above the blocking portion 332. The mounting portion 330 is fitted to the holding portion 3121 of the lower cover 312 to fix the sealing member 33 to the lower cover 312.
After the sealing member 33 is assembled to the exhaust cover 31, the overflow preventing portion 333 is located in the receiving cavity 31210. The overflow prevention part 333 encloses a passage 3330. The passageway 3330 communicates with the receiving space 20 of the cup body 2. The top wall 3332 is provided with a first outlet port 33320. The first outlet port 33320 communicates with the passageway 3330. The vent hole 31120 communicates the first outlet hole 33320 with the second outlet hole 31101. The retaining wall 3112 is located at the periphery of the overflow preventing part 333, and a ventilation gap 31122 is formed between the retaining wall 3112 and the overflow preventing part 333. The top end of the side wall 3331 is higher than the bottom end of the vent 31120.
When the food processor is used, water vapor or noise in the accommodating space 20 of the cup body 2 passes through the first air outlet 33320, is blocked by the top plate portion 3110 of the upper cover 311, moves downwards, enters the cavity 31200 through the vent hole 31120, and is discharged to the external space through the second air outlet 31101; or, the water vapor or noise in the accommodating space 20 of the cup body 2 passes through the second air outlet 31101 and then is blocked by the top plate 3110 of the upper cover 311 to move downwards, and is discharged to the external space through the second air outlet 31101 after passing through the ventilation gap 31122 between the retaining wall 3112 and the overflow preventing part 333 and the gap 31121 between the retaining wall 3112 and the retaining part 3121, and both of the two exhaust paths can extend the path through which the water vapor and noise are discharged, so that the noise and the temperature of the cooking machine during the operation process can be effectively reduced, and the noise and the scald can be prevented. In some embodiments, the exhaust cover 31 has the two exhaust paths, so as to effectively improve the exhaust efficiency, and especially, when the steam generated in the cup body 2 is too much or the pressure is too high, the exhaust effect can be ensured by exhausting the air through the two exhaust paths simultaneously.
At least a portion of the ribs 31202 are located right below the second outlet 31101, so that water vapor or noise can enter the second outlet 31101 after passing through the ribs 31202, and the path of the water vapor or noise is further extended. The distance D1 between the top plate portion 3110 and the ribs 31202 is 1mm or more and 30mm or less, which is too small to block, resulting in the second air outlet 31101 being too large to allow air to pass through, and easily allowing dust to enter.
The anti-overflow part 333 extends into the containing cavity 31210 or is located outside the containing cavity 31210 to prevent the food materials in the containing space 20 from passing through, when the food materials in the containing space 20 are heated and boiled to raise the liquid level, the liquid level is blocked by the anti-overflow part 333, the food materials can be prevented from directly entering the vent hole 31120, the food materials can be prevented from overflowing, and the anti-overflow part 333 is convenient to clean compared with a plastic part made of a harder material; meanwhile, the side wall 3331 also increases the height of the first air outlet hole 33320, so that food materials can be prevented from overflowing from the first air outlet hole 33320, the anti-overflow effect is increased, and the exhaust cover 31 is convenient to clean; even if a small amount of food material passes through the first outlet hole 33320, since the vent hole 31120 is located at the side of the first outlet hole 33320, the food material drops due to gravity and does not enter into the vent hole 31120, thereby preventing the food material from overflowing through the second outlet hole 31101; furthermore, the water vapor or noise will pass over the side wall 3331 before entering the vent 31120, further lengthening the path for the water vapor or noise to escape. The sealing member 33 is detachable from the exhaust cover 31, so that the overflow prevention part 333 is conveniently cleaned.
The first outlet port 33320 may also be disposed in the side wall 3331. Even if a small amount of food material overflows from the first outlet hole 33320, the food material will fall down due to gravity and will not overflow to the vent hole 31120, so that the food material can be prevented from overflowing from the second outlet hole 31101.
After the exhaust cover 31 is assembled to the cup cover 30, the holding portion 3121 is assembled to the assembly hole 3030 of the cup cover 30, and the sealing portion 331 and the limiting portion 303 are sealed in an attaching manner, so that air leakage of a gap between the holding portion 3121 and the limiting portion 303 is prevented. The blocking portion 332 is located below the limiting portion 303 to prevent the exhaust cover 31 from separating from the cup cover 30. The distance D2 between the blocking portion 332 and the limiting portion 303 is less than or equal to 3mm, so that the exhaust cover 31 is prevented from shaking due to too large distance.
The length of the sealing portion 331 is greater than that of the blocking portion 332, the blocking portion 332 is relatively short, when the exhaust cover 31 is assembled, the frictional resistance between the blocking portion 332 and the limiting portion 303 of the cup cover 30 is relatively small, and the exhaust cover 31 is easy to assemble. The sealing portion 331 is attached and sealed with the limiting portion 303 of the cup cover 30. The length L1 of the sealing portion 331 is greater than or equal to 0.1mm and less than or equal to 30mm, which causes the exhaust cover 31 and the cup cover 30 not to be easily assembled if it is too long, and causes the sealing performance to be poor if it is too short. The length of sealing 331 with the installation department 330 arrives the difference of the distance between spacing 303 is more than or equal to 0.1mm less than or equal to 10mm, and it is too big difficult to assemble exhaust cover 31 and exhaust cover 31 is fixed insecure, influences sealing performance too little.
Referring to fig. 14, in another embodiment, the overflow prevention part 333 has an upwardly arched shape. Referring to fig. 15, in still another embodiment, the overflow prevention part 333 has a downwardly arched arc shape.
Although the present application has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, and all changes, substitutions and alterations that fall within the spirit and scope of the application are to be understood as being covered by the following claims.
