In this embodiment, the support wall 23 and the reinforcing wall 24 together form a reinforcing structure at the top wall 20, which prevents deformation of at least the top wall 20, thereby avoiding failure due to weak snap-fit of the portion of the front side wall 21.
As shown in fig. 6, the snap of the operation panel 50 may include a plurality of first snaps 51 and a plurality of second snaps 52. The plurality of first catches 51 can be arranged at intervals along the top peripheral portion of the operation panel 50, with the hooks of the first catches 51 facing downward. As shown in fig. 8, the first buckle 51 may be disposed between the top wall 20 and the supporting wall 23, and further disposed between the adjacent reinforcing walls 24. The first buckle 51 can be buckled at a buckling position at the supporting wall 23. The plurality of second hooks 52 are arranged at intervals along the side and bottom peripheral portions of the operation panel 50, the hooks of the second hooks 52 face away from the center of the operation panel 50, and the pot body 11 is provided with the locking holes 25. As shown in fig. 9, the second buckle 52 may be disposed through the hole 25 and fastened to the fastening position at the hole 25. The illustrated embodiment schematically shows 5 first snaps 51,5 second snaps 52. The number of the first and second snaps 51 and 52 is not limited and may be set as needed.
By arranging the first buckle 51, the top of the operation panel 50 can be fixed to the supporting wall 23, so that the operation panel 50 and the cooker body 10 can be firmly fixed at the top of the two, and a gap is avoided between the upper edges of the two, thereby preventing liquids such as water, rice soup and the like from entering the cooker body 10 to damage the lamp panel 61. By providing the second snap 52, the side and bottom peripheral portions of the operation panel 50 and the pot body 10 can be firmly fixed, and the snap hooks of the second snap 52 face away from the center of the operation panel 50, so that the lamp panel assembly 60 can be avoided, and the lamp panel assembly 60 can be designed to be of a larger size.
The key frame 62 may be provided with a plurality of third snaps 63, the plurality of third snaps 63 being spaced apart along the peripheral portion of the key frame 62. The pot front end 15 of the pot body 11 is provided with a plurality of bayonets 26 at intervals. The bayonet 26 is located outside the lamp panel cavity 19. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the third fasteners 63 can be disposed through the bayonet 26 and fastened to the fastening positions at the bayonet 26.
The above-described snap-fit position in the present embodiment corresponds to a corresponding position of the inner wall surface facing inward of the boiler front side wall 21.
The operation panel 50 may also be provided with first positioning posts 53, and fig. 6 schematically shows 2 first positioning posts 53 arranged at intervals. The first positioning posts 53 may be retained in adjacent reinforcing walls 24 to position the operating panel 50 relative to the pot 10 during assembly.
The lamp panel 61 may be provided with positioning holes 64. A second positioning post 27 is disposed within the lamp panel cavity 19. The second positioning post 27 can be positioned within the positioning hole 64 to position the light plate 61 relative to the pot 10 when assembled. The lamp panel 61 may be provided with a first screw hole 65 and the key frame 62 may be provided with a second screw hole 66. A screw post 28 may be disposed within the light panel cavity 19 and a screw may be threaded through the first screw hole 65 and the second screw hole 66 and secured to the screw post 28. The lamp panel assembly 60 can be further fixed to the cooker body 10, so that the lamp panel assembly 60 is more firmly and reliably arranged on the cooker body 10.
Referring back to fig. 5 and 6, the pot front end 15 may be provided with a rim groove, and correspondingly, the operation panel 50 may be provided with a flange extending toward the pot front end 15. The flanging can be inserted into the corresponding side groove. Specifically, the pot front end portion 15 may be provided with side grooves 29 extending in the vertical direction, the side grooves 29 being located at both sides of the operation panel 50. The operation panel 50 may be provided with side flanges 54 extending toward the pot front end 15, and the side flanges 54 may be respectively inserted into the corresponding side grooves 29. The pot front end 15 may be further provided with a bottom edge groove 30 extending horizontally, and the operation panel 50 may be provided with a bottom flange 55 extending toward the pot front end 15. The bottom flange 55 can be inserted into the bottom edge groove 30, the bottom edge groove 30 is connected with the side edge groove 29, and the bottom flange 55 is connected with the side flange 54.
Therefore, the flanging structure can increase the strength of the operation panel 50, and the cooperation of the flanging and the side groove can reduce the gap generated when the operation panel 50 is matched with the cooker body 10, even if the gap exists, the gap is not obvious, and the movement of the operation panel 50 relative to the cooker body 10 in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction can be limited, so that the operation panel 50 is firmer and more reliable.
The side flange 54 may extend upwardly to the upper edge of the operating panel 50 and be provided with a relief portion 56, with the top wall 20 at the side slot 29 being received in the relief portion 56. The top wall 20 at the side groove 29 is received by the relief portion 56, which makes the structure more compact and avoids gaps, thereby resulting in a neat and beautiful product.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the seat front 17 of the base 12 may be provided with a stopper rib 31, and the stopper rib 31 is located inside the notch 18 and protrudes upward from the bottom surface of the notch 18. The lower extension 16 of the front end of the pot body 11 may be provided with a limiting hole 32, and the limiting rib 31 may be inserted into the limiting hole 32. The base 12 may be provided with two or more spacing ribs 31. Correspondingly, the pot body 11 may be provided with two or more limiting holes 32 at intervals. The illustrated embodiment schematically shows 2 stopper ribs 31 and 2 stopper holes 32, and of course, the number of stopper ribs 31 and stopper holes 32 is not limited and may be set as needed. Therefore, through the plug-in matching of the limiting ribs 31 and the limiting holes 32, the relative movement of the cooker body 10 and the base 12 in the front-back direction can be prevented, and the front-back gap between the cooker body and the base is avoided.
The seat front 17 of the base 12 may be provided with a fourth catch 33, the fourth catch 33 being located inside the notch 18 and extending upwards. The inner side of the lower extension 16 of the front end of the pot body 11 may be provided with a snap-fit. The fourth buckle 33 can be buckled at the buckling position of the lower extension part 16 at the front end of the pot. The base 12 may be provided with two or more fourth snaps 33 at intervals. The illustrated embodiment schematically shows 2 fourth snaps 33, and of course, the number of fourth snaps 33 is not limited and may be set as desired. According to the scheme, through the buckling matching of the fourth buckle 33 and the buckling position at the lower extending part 16 of the front end of the pot, the pot body 10 and the base 12 can be prevented from moving relatively in the vertical direction, and the upper and lower gaps between the pot body 10 and the base 12 at the lower extending part 16 of the front end of the pot are avoided.
The outer surface of the operation panel 50 may be provided with text, patterns, and/or icons. Thus, words, patterns and/or icons may be provided on the operation panel 50 by any suitable means, such as laser engraving, printing, etc., so that information of functions, operations, etc., is easily presented outside the product; the scheme omits the film pasting step and simplifies the assembly process of the product. Fig. 12 schematically illustrates a cooking appliance according to another preferred embodiment of the present utility model. The cooking appliance of this embodiment has substantially the same structure as the cooking appliance 1 of the above embodiment, except that the pot body 10 assembly further includes a diaphragm 101.
The membrane 101 may be attached to a side of the operation panel 50 facing the pot body 10, and the membrane 101 may be adhered to the operation panel 50 by means of a film. The membrane 101 is provided with text, patterns and/or icons. In order to make the information on the membrane 101 easily visible to the user, the operation panel 50 is a translucent member. Correspondingly, the material of the decorative sheet 70 is the same as that of the operation panel 50, so that the decorative sheet 70 is also a translucent member. Thus, the film 101 with characters, patterns and/or icons is arranged on the inner side of the operation panel 50, and when the cooking utensil 1 is used, a user can easily acquire information such as functions, operations and the like of the cooking utensil 1 by utilizing the light irradiated by the light emitting elements on the lamp panel 61; this arrangement can facilitate the production and manufacture of the operation panel 50.
For the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the installation of the membrane 101, the operation panel 50 may be provided with positioning posts at intervals, and the membrane 101 may be provided with through holes at intervals. The membrane 101 can be sleeved on the positioning column through the through hole. When the membrane 101 is assembled, the through holes on the membrane 101 can be aligned with the corresponding positioning posts and penetrated, so that the membrane 101 is positioned on the operation panel 50.

Claims (12)

1. A pot assembly, comprising:
the cooker body comprises a cooker body and a base, wherein the base is positioned at the lower side of the cooker body and is connected with the cooker body, and the cooker body is provided with a cooker front end part protruding forwards from the base; and
an operation panel covering the pot front end.
2. The pot assembly of claim 1, wherein the pot front end is integrally formed with an inwardly recessed light panel cavity, a light panel is disposed in the light panel cavity, and the operating panel covers the light panel.
3. The pot assembly of claim 2, wherein the pot front end comprises a top wall and a vertically extending pot front side wall, the top wall protruding from the pot front side wall, the pot front side wall being provided with an outwardly protruding wall, the protruding wall enclosing the lamp panel cavity.
4. The boiler body assembly according to claim 3, wherein the boiler front end portion further comprises a support wall extending in a horizontal direction and a plurality of reinforcing walls connected to the boiler front side wall, the plurality of reinforcing walls being spaced apart along a top peripheral portion of the boiler front end portion and connecting the top wall and the support wall.
5. The pot body assembly according to claim 1, wherein the portion of the pot front end portion of the pot body which exceeds the pot body at the rear side thereof in the downward direction of the end surface thereof is a pot front end lower extension portion, a notch is formed at the seat front portion of the base, and the pot front end lower extension portion is combined with the notch.
6. The pot body assembly according to claim 5, wherein the base is provided with a limit rib at the front part thereof, the limit rib is located at the inner side of the notch and protrudes upward from the bottom surface of the notch, the lower extension part of the front end of the pot is provided with a limit hole, and the limit rib is inserted into the limit hole.
7. The pot body assembly according to claim 5, wherein the seat front portion of the base is provided with a fourth buckle, the fourth buckle is located inside the notch and extends upward, an inner side surface of the lower extension portion of the pot front end is provided with a buckle position, and the fourth buckle is buckled at the buckle position of the lower extension portion of the pot front end.
8. The pot assembly of any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising a key frame located outside of the light panel and abutting the light panel, the key frame being snap-fit to the pot body by a snap-fit.
9. The pot body assembly according to claim 8, wherein the key frame is provided with a plurality of third buckles, the third buckles are arranged at intervals along the periphery of the key frame, the front pot end of the pot body is provided with bayonets at intervals, the bayonets are positioned outside the lamp panel cavity, and the third buckles penetrate through the corresponding bayonets and are buckled at buckling positions at the bayonets.
10. The pot assembly of claim 8, wherein the light panel is provided with a first screw hole, the key frame is provided with a second screw hole, a screw post is provided in the light panel cavity, and a screw is threaded through the first screw hole and the second screw hole and fastened to the screw post.
11. The pot assembly of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein,
the cooker body assembly further comprises a diaphragm, the diaphragm is attached to one surface of the operation panel, which faces the cooker body, the operation panel is a semitransparent member, and the diaphragm is provided with characters, patterns and/or icons;
or the outer surface of the operation panel is provided with characters, patterns and/or icons.
12. A cooking appliance comprising a lid assembly and a pot assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 11, the lid assembly being openably and closably arranged to the pot assembly to form a cooking space between the lid assembly and the pot assembly.
