Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a cooking apparatus 100, where the cooking apparatus 100 includes a cooking device 10, a support cabinet 20, and a positioning mechanism 30, and the positioning mechanism 30 is used for connecting and positioning the cooking device 10 and the support cabinet 20 of the cooking apparatus 100.
At present, most of the cooking apparatuses 100 on the market often have the cooking device 10 and the supporting cabinet 20 integrally formed. On the one hand, the cooking device has a large weight and is inconvenient to transport; on the other hand, the cooking apparatus 100 must be integrally installed at the time of production, and thus cannot be produced in a modularized manner, resulting in low production efficiency.
The cooking device 100 provided in this embodiment includes independent cooking device 10 and support cabinet 20, and cooking device 10 and support cabinet 20 can respectively alone produce, transport, can improve the portability of transportation and improve production efficiency. When the cooking apparatus 100 is assembled, the cooking device 10 is placed above the support cabinet 20, and the support cabinet 20 can raise the cooking device 10 so that a user can operate the cooking device 10. The cooking device 10 and the supporting cabinet 20 can also be used separately, for example, the cooking device 10 and the supporting cabinet 20 are placed in parallel on a cooking bench.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the cooking device 10 is installed above the supporting cabinet 20, the bottom 11 of the cooking device 10 and the top 21 of the supporting cabinet 20 are positioned and connected by the positioning mechanism 30. The positioning mechanism 30 comprises a first positioning piece 31 and a second positioning piece 32, wherein the first positioning piece 31 is installed at the bottom 11 of the cooking device 10, and the second positioning piece 32 is installed at the top 21 of the supporting cabinet 20. Wherein, the first positioning piece 31 and the second positioning piece 32 are mutually arranged as a plug-in matching structure, and the cooking device 10 is combined with the support cabinet 20 under the condition that the first positioning piece 31 is matched with the second positioning piece 32; in the case that the first positioning member 31 is disengaged from the second positioning member 32, the cooking apparatus 10 is separated from the supporting cabinet 20. Thus, the cooking device 10 and the supporting cabinet 20 are fixed by the first positioning piece 31 and the second positioning piece 32, so that the cooking device 10 can be prevented from moving horizontally relative to the supporting cover. In addition, the first positioning piece 31 and the second positioning piece 32 are matched and detached in a simple mode, so that the cooking device 10 is convenient to install on the support cabinet 20 or detach from the support cabinet 20. Furthermore, the positioning mechanism 30 can perform a positioning function, and when the positioning mechanism 30 includes at least two sets of first positioning members 31 and second positioning members 32, and the at least two sets of first positioning members 31 and second positioning members 32 are in a matching state, the horizontal position of the cooking device 10 relative to the support cabinet 20 is fixed, so that the fixing of the cooking device 10 to the preset position of the support cabinet 20 can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the first positioning member 31 is configured as a male type, the second positioning member 32 is configured as a female type, and the first positioning member 31 can be inserted into the second positioning member 32. Alternatively, the first positioning member 31 is configured as a concave shape, the second positioning member 32 is configured as a convex shape, and the second positioning member 32 may be inserted into the first positioning member 31, which is not limited herein.
In certain embodiments, the number of second positioning members 32 is a plurality, for example, the number of second positioning members 32 is 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or more, without limitation. The number of the first positioning members 31 is plural, and each first positioning member 31 corresponds to one second positioning member 32.
In one embodiment, the number of first positioning members 31 and the number of second positioning members 32 are equal, and each first positioning member 31 corresponds to only one second positioning member 32. In this way, the cooking device 10 is fixed in a single preset position of the supporting cabinet 20, with each first positioning element 31 cooperating with a corresponding second positioning element 32.
In yet another embodiment, the number of first positioning members 31 is smaller than the number of second positioning members 32, i.e. a portion of the first positioning members 31 may cooperate with a plurality of second positioning members 32, and the cooking device 10 is fixed at different preset positions of the supporting cabinet 20 in case that the first positioning members 31 cooperate with different second positioning members 32. For example, in fig. 4, the number of the second positioning members 32 is 8 in the embodiment of fig. 4, including the second positioning member A1, the second positioning member A2, the second positioning member A3, the second positioning member A4, the second positioning member A5, the second positioning member A6, the second positioning member A7, and the second positioning member A8, and assuming that the number of the first positioning members 31 is 4, the dish frying device 10 is fixed at the first preset position when the 4 first positioning members 31 are respectively matched with the second positioning member A1, the second positioning member A3, the second positioning member A5, and the second positioning member A7, and the dish frying device 10 is fixed at the second preset position when the 4 first positioning members 31 are respectively matched with the second positioning member A2, the second positioning member A4, the second positioning member A6, and the second positioning member A8.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, when the first positioning member 31 extends into the second positioning member 32 to cooperate with the second positioning member 32, the cooking device 10 is fixed at a predetermined position of the supporting cabinet 20, and the projection of the cooking device 10 on the horizontal plane is completely located in the projection of the supporting cabinet 20 on the horizontal plane. Thus, the support cabinet 20 is more stable for supporting the cooking device 10, and the cooking device 10 is not easy to roll over or fall down relative to the support cabinet 20.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, when the first positioning member 31 extends into the second positioning member 32 to cooperate with the second positioning member 32, the cooking device 10 is fixed at a predetermined position of the supporting cabinet 20, and a projection of a center of gravity of the cooking device 10 on a horizontal plane is completely located in a projection of the supporting cabinet 20 on the horizontal plane. In this way, even if the projected area of the cooking apparatus 10 on the horizontal plane is larger than the projected area of the supporting cabinet 20 on the horizontal plane, or if a portion of the cooking apparatus 10 is suspended from the supporting cabinet 20 due to special requirements, the supporting cabinet 20 can still stably support the cooking apparatus 10.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, in some embodiments, a plurality of first positioning members 31 (fig. 5 illustrates a cross section of a portion of the first positioning member 31 extending into the second positioning member 32) are uniformly distributed about a center of the bottom 11 of the cooking device 10, and a plurality of second positioning members 32 are uniformly distributed about a center of the top 21 of the supporting cabinet 20, so as to ensure that the cooking device 10 is stably mounted on the top 21 of the supporting cabinet 20.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, in some embodiments, a first positioning member 31 is mounted on the bottom surface 12 of the cooking device 10, a second positioning member 32 is mounted on the top surface 22 of the supporting cabinet 20, and the bottom surface 12 of the cooking device 10 is parallel to the top surface 22 of the supporting cabinet 20 when the first positioning member 31 is matched with the second positioning member 32. In this way, a better flatness of the mounted dish frying device 10 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, in some embodiments, the bottom surface 12 of the cooking device 10 and the top surface 22 of the supporting cabinet 20 are rectangular, the number of the second positioning members 32 is four, the four second positioning members 32 are installed at four corners of the top surface 22 of the supporting cabinet 20, the number of the first positioning members 31 is four, the four first positioning members 31 are installed at four corners of the bottom surface 12 of the cooking device 10, and each first positioning member 31 corresponds to one second positioning member 32. For the rectangular plane, the first positioning piece 31 and the second positioning piece 32 are distributed at four corners of the rectangular plane, so that smooth supporting force is provided, and the mounted cooking device 10 has good flatness.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the cooking device 10 includes a pot 13 and a bracket 14, and the pot 13 can be turned relative to the bracket 14 to switch the orientation of a feed inlet 131 of the pot 13. For example, the feed port 131 is directed directly above when feeding vegetables; when meal is discharged, the pot body 13 is turned over relative to the bracket 14, so that the material inlet 131 faces obliquely downwards, and food in the pot body 13 is conveniently poured out. In the embodiment of the application, the cooking device 10 installed on the supporting cabinet 20 has better flatness, is favorable for accurately calculating the overturning angle of the pot body 13 relative to the horizontal plane, and enables overturning control of the pot body 13 to be more accurate.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the first positioning member 31 includes a mounting portion 311 and a roller 312, the mounting portion 311 is mounted on the bottom 11 of the cooking device 10, and the roller 312 is connected to the mounting portion 311 and can roll relative to the mounting portion 311. In this way, the rollers 312 can roll on the ground to assist in transportation in the case of transporting the cooking apparatus 10 alone, so that the transportation of the cooking apparatus 10 is more convenient. The mounting portion 311 may be mounted to the bottom 11 of the cooking apparatus 10 by screw connection, rivet fastening, welding, or the like, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the second positioning member 32 is provided with an opening 323, and the opening 323 is used for the roller 312 to extend into to enable the first positioning member 31 to be matched with the second positioning member 32. Preferably, the opening 323 is circular, and the diameter of the opening 323 is smaller than that of the roller 312, as shown in fig. 1, so that the lower half of the roller 312 can be tightly clamped into the opening 323, so that the clamping between the roller 312 and the opening 323 is stable.
Further, the roller 312 and the circular opening 323 have self-aligning and self-positioning properties. In one embodiment, the opening 323 is in a plane that is flush with the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20. When the cooking device 10 is installed, the cooking device 10 can be placed on the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20, so that the roller 312 rolls on the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20, and the roller 312 can automatically roll into the opening 323 and be clamped with the opening 323 when the roller 312 is pressed to the opening 323. Thus, the cooking apparatus 10 can be mounted at a predetermined position on the support cabinet 20 without visual observation by the user.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the second positioning member 32 includes an assembling portion 321 and a guiding portion 322, the assembling portion 321 is mounted on the top 21 of the supporting cabinet 20, the guiding portion 322 is connected to the mounting portion 311, and the guiding portion 322 is provided with an opening 323. The assembly portion 321 may be mounted to the bottom 11 of the cooking apparatus 10 by means of screw connection, rivet fastening, welding, etc., which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5, the guide portion 322 is used to guide the roller 312 to roll into the opening 323. In one embodiment, the guide 322 is a planar surface that is flush with the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20. In yet another embodiment, the guide 322 is recessed relative to the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20, and the roller 312 falls from the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20 into the guide 322 and then rolls into the opening 323 along the guide 322. In this way, the guide portion 322 recessed relative to the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20 can have a rough positioning effect. In yet another embodiment, the guide portion 322 protrudes relative to the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20, and when the cooking device 10 is installed, the roller 312 is placed on the guide portion 322, and then the cooking device 10 is pushed to drop the roller 312 into the opening 323. In this manner, it is possible to avoid the roller 312 exerting pressure on the top surface 22 of the opposite support cabinet 20, causing the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20 to be crushed. For example, in the case where the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20 is made of plastic material, the guiding portion 322 made of metal material may be used, and the guiding portion 322 made of metal material protrudes with respect to the support cabinet 20, so that the roller 312 does not contact the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20 all the way during the installation of the cooking device 10, so as to prevent the plastic top surface from being crushed. For another example, the guide 322 may be an elastic material to mitigate the impact of the roller 312 on the guide 322 when the cooking device 10 is placed. In some application scenarios, the working cooking device 10 may vibrate, and the elastic guiding portion 322 can reduce the influence of the vibration on the supporting cabinet 20.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, in some embodiments, the guiding portion 322 is provided with a chute 324 communicating with the opening 323, and a depth of one end of the chute 324 near the opening 323 is greater than a depth of the other end of the chute 324 away from the opening 323. In this way, when the roller 312 rolls into the chute 324, the roller 312 can roll into the opening 323 along the chute 324, and the self-alignment and self-positioning performance of the roller 312 and the guide portion 322 are further improved. The chute 324 may be a beveled or curved slot, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, in some embodiments, the second positioning member 32 includes an assembling portion 321, an elastic portion 325 and a guiding portion 322, the assembling portion 321 is mounted on the top 21 of the supporting cabinet 20, the elastic portion 325 connects the guiding portion 322 and the mounting portion 311, the guiding portion 322 is provided with an opening 323, and the guiding portion 322 presses the elastic portion 325 when the roller 312 extends into the opening 323. In this way, the elastic portion 325 can play a role of buffering, preventing the second positioning member 32 from being crushed. In some application scenarios, vibration may occur in the cooking device 10 in operation, and the buffering effect of the elastic portion 325 can reduce the influence of the vibration on the support cabinet 20.
In one embodiment, when the roller 312 extends into the opening 323, the guiding portion 322 can be driven to press the elastic portion 325, so that the second positioning member 32 sinks relative to the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20, and the second positioning member 32 sinks relative to the top surface 22 of the support cabinet 20, so that the space that is left free can accommodate the first positioning member 31. Thus, when the first positioning piece 31 stretches into the space left by the sinking of the second positioning piece 32, the bottom surface 12 of the cooking device 10 can be attached to the top surface 22 of the supporting cabinet 20, and on one hand, the top surface 22 of the supporting cabinet 20 can be beneficial to supporting the cooking device 10; on the other hand, the bottom surface 12 of the cooking device 10 is attached to the top surface 22 of the supporting cabinet 20, so that the appearance consistency of the cooking device 100 is better and more attractive. After the cooking device 10 is separated from the supporting cabinet 20, the pressure applied by the elastic part 325 is withdrawn to drive the guiding part 322 to bounce upwards, and the bouncing guiding part 322 is flush with the top surface 22 of the supporting cabinet 20, so that the supporting cabinet 20 has better appearance consistency.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, in some embodiments, the first positioning member 31 includes a mounting portion 311 and a pin 314, the mounting portion 311 is mounted on the bottom 11 of the cooking device 10, and the pin 314 is connected to the mounting portion 311. The second positioning member 32 is provided with an opening 323, and the opening 323 is used for allowing the pin 314 to extend into so that the first positioning member 31 is matched with the second positioning member 32. In the case of the independent placement of the cooking device 10, the pin 314 is in contact with the placement surface, and the pin 314 does not move relative to the placement surface as compared to the roller 312, thereby enabling the cooking device 10 to be placed in a fixed position.
