the mounting rack is provided with a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove;

the touch assembly is arranged on the mounting plate and embedded in a second mounting groove adjacent to the first mounting groove;
the knob assembly is embedded in the second mounting groove and is arranged on one side of the touch assembly;
and the control assembly is arranged on one side of the mounting plate, which is opposite to the mounting frame, and is electrically connected with the display assembly, the touch assembly and the knob assembly.
2. The master control panel of claim 1, wherein the touch assembly includes first, second, and third touch portions electrically connected to the control assembly, the first, second, and third touch portions disposed on a surface of the mounting plate facing the mounting bracket.
3. The master control panel of claim 1, wherein the knob assembly includes a knob portion electrically connected to the control assembly, the knob portion being disposed adjacent the touch assembly on a surface of the mounting plate facing the mounting bracket.
4. A master control panel according to claim 3, wherein the knob portion has a pressing stroke for receiving a pressing operation to generate a feedback signal.
5. The master control panel of claim 4, wherein the knob assembly further comprises a light guide disposed within the knob portion for guiding the light source from a side of the control board to a side of the knob portion facing away from the mounting plate for display.
6. The master control panel according to claim 1, wherein the display assembly comprises a display screen electrically connected to the control assembly, the display screen being disposed on a surface of the mounting plate and disposed on one side of the touch assembly.
7. The main control panel according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a sound assembly electrically connected to the control assembly, wherein the mounting plate is provided with a third mounting groove, and the sound assembly is embedded in the third mounting groove;
and/or, still include the decorative board, the decorative board covers the side that is kept away from the display module at the mounting bracket.

A washing, drying and protecting integrated device, characterized by comprising the main control panel according to any one of claims 1-7; the washing, drying and protecting integrated equipment comprises a washing machine, a dryer and a nursing machine, wherein a control assembly of the main control panel is electrically connected with the washing machine, the dryer and the nursing machine respectively.
9. The integrated washing and drying apparatus of claim 8, wherein the dryer is disposed above the washing machine, and the nursing machine is disposed at one side of the washing machine.

The washing and drying integrated equipment according to claim 9, wherein the main control panel is installed on a washing machine, and a through hole is formed in the rear side of a shell of the washing machine; the control assembly of the main control panel is connected with the dryer through a first connecting wire and is connected with the nursing machine through a second connecting wire, and the first connecting wire and the second connecting wire are arranged in the through hole in a penetrating mode.
