In order to improve the convenience of connecting the protection panel 14 and the mounting shell 11, a glue groove 114 is formed on the front mounting surface, the glue groove 114 is used for accommodating glue, and the part of the front mounting surface which is not provided with the glue groove 114 forms an adhesive surface for contacting the protection panel 14. The arrangement of the glue groove 114 can ensure that the protective panel 14 can be attached to the front mounting surface, and the bonding reliability and stability of the protective panel 14 on the mounting shell 11 are improved.
Preferably, the glue groove 114 is disposed around the mounting groove 111 to increase the volume of the glue groove 114, further ensuring the stability of the protection panel 14. Furthermore, support ribs 1141 are convexly arranged at the bottom of the glue grooves 114 at the left and right sides of the display screen 12, and the surfaces of the support ribs 1141 are flush with the front mounting surface. Preferably, the mounting groove 111 and the receiving groove 112 are opposite to each other in front and back and are arranged at an interval, a through hole 1121 is formed in the bottom of the receiving groove 112, the connecting hole penetrates through the bottom of the mounting groove 111, and the display screen 12 is connected to the control board 13 through an electrical connection piece penetrating through the through hole 1121. The electrical connector is preferably a flexible circuit board, and by providing the flexible circuit board, the convenience of connection between the display 12 and the control board 13 can be improved. Preferably, a heat dissipation hole 1122 is further formed at the bottom of the mounting groove 111, and the heat dissipation hole 1122 penetrates through the bottom of the receiving groove 112 to improve the heat dissipation performance of the display 12. In order to improve the convenience of mounting the control board 13 on the mounting case 11, the mounting case 11 has a receiving groove 112 formed on the back surface thereof, and the control board 13 is received in the receiving groove 112 and detachably connected to the mounting case 11. Preferably, the bottom of the receiving groove 112 is provided with at least two mounting posts 116 protruding vertically, and the mounting posts 116 are provided with threaded holes. The control panel 13 is provided with mounting holes, the mounting holes and the threaded holes are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the control panel 13 is connected with the mounting posts 116 through screws penetrating through the mounting holes and the threaded holes. The setting of erection column 116 can be when improving the convenience of being connected of installation shell 11 and control panel 13 for control panel 13 sets up with the tank bottom interval of storage tank 112, is favorable to control panel 13 heat dissipation.
Furthermore, a positioning column 117 is convexly disposed at the bottom of the accommodating groove 112, a positioning hole is disposed on the control panel 13, the positioning hole and the positioning column 117 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence, and the end of the positioning column 117 is inserted into the positioning hole, so as to realize the installation and positioning of the control panel 13 on the installation shell 11. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the positioning post 117 preferably includes a supporting post 1171 and a positioning protrusion 1172, the positioning protrusion 1172 is protruded from an end surface of the supporting post 1171, and an outer diameter of the positioning protrusion 1172 is smaller than an outer diameter of the supporting post 1171, so that the end surface of the supporting post 1171 forms a supporting surface, the supporting surface and an end surface of the mounting post 116 are located in the same plane, and the positioning protrusion 1172 is inserted into the positioning hole, so that the positioning post 117 not only can realize a positioning function, but also can play a role of supporting the control board 13, thereby improving a supporting performance of the mounting shell 11 for the control board 13, and reducing a requirement on the number of the mounting posts 116 while avoiding bending of the control board 13.
Preferably, the number of the positioning columns 117 is two, the number of the mounting columns 116 is two, the control panel 13 has a rectangular plate-shaped structure, mounting holes are formed in one pair of opposite corners of the control panel 13, and positioning holes are formed in the other pair of opposite corners of the control panel 13, so that the setting stability of the control panel 13 can be ensured while the positioning reliability and the connection stability are ensured.
Because the front surface of the mounting shell 11 is provided with the mounting groove 111, and the back surface is provided with the accommodating groove 112, in order to ensure the overall structural strength and rigidity of the mounting shell 11, the bottom of the accommodating groove 112 is convexly provided with a plurality of reinforcing rib plates. In this embodiment, the reinforcing rib plates include a first rib plate extending along the vertical direction and a second rib plate extending along the horizontal direction, two ends of the first rib plate extend to the upper and lower groove walls of the accommodating groove 112, and a plurality of reinforcing rib plates are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction. A plurality of second rib plates are arranged along the vertical direction. It will be appreciated that the above described arrangement of the stiffened panels is merely an exemplary arrangement, and in other embodiments, the stiffened panels may have other arrangements as long as the structural strength and rigidity requirements of the mounting shell 11 are met.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, preferably, in the present embodiment, the back surface of the mounting case 11 is connected to the door body 2, and the front side surface of the mounting case 11 protrudes forward of the door panel 21, so that the thickness requirement of the door body 2 can be reduced while the overall thickness of the operating device is ensured to meet the requirement. In order to improve the stability of the arrangement of the operating device on the door body 2, the mounting housing 11 of the actuating device 1 is preferably detachably connected to the transverse member 22. Preferably, the back surface of the mounting case 11 is formed with a back mounting surface that can be attached to the outer surface of the door panel 21 to improve mounting and positioning accuracy of the mounting case 11.
To prevent external moisture from dripping to the control board 13 to cause a short circuit of the control board 13, a sealing member 16 is preferably provided between the door panel 21 and the mounting case 11. The sealing member 16 is at least located above the control plate 13 and stretches across the control plate 13 in the left-right direction, so that water drops dropping downwards from the upper part can be shielded, the water drops on the upper part of the machine door assembly are prevented from dropping into the accommodating groove 112 to cause short circuit of the control plate 13, and the use safety and the reliability of the control device 1 are improved.
In the present embodiment, the sealing member 16 is a horizontally disposed strip-shaped structure, and the sealing member 16 spans across the control board 13 in the length direction, so as to simplify the structure of the sealing member 16 and reduce the cost of the sealing member 16 while ensuring the waterproof effect. In other embodiments, the seal 16 may be an annular structure disposed around the control plate 13.
In order to mount the sealing element 16, a sealing groove 119 is formed in the rear mounting surface, and the sealing element 16 is embedded in the sealing groove 119 and protrudes outward from the sealing groove 119, so that when the rear mounting surface is attached to the door panel 21, the door panel 21 presses the sealing element 16, and the sealing between the door panel 21 and the mounting case 11 is realized by the pressing deformation of the sealing element 16. Preferably, the length of the sealing groove 119 is substantially equal to the length of the receiving groove 112, so as to further improve the sealing effect.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 8, in order to connect the mounting case 11 and the door body 2, a first mounting structure is disposed on the back of the mounting case 11, a second mounting structure is disposed on the cross beam 22, an avoiding opening 211 is disposed on the door panel 21, and one of the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure passes through the avoiding opening 211 and is detachably connected to the other of the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure. This kind of setting can be so that the major structure of installation shell 11 is located door panel 21's the outside when, realizes being connected of controlling device 1 and crossbeam 22, simplifies opening of keeping away mouth 211 on door panel 21 and offers size, guarantees door panel 21's wholeness. In other embodiments, the rear end of the mounting case 11 may be directly embedded in the door panel 21.
In this embodiment, the second mounting structure passes through the avoiding opening 211 to be connected with the first mounting structure, so as to avoid the mounting surface of the first mounting structure protruding out, and avoid the scraping of the first mounting structure on the door panel 21 when the operating device 1 is assembled. In other embodiments, it is also possible that the first mounting structure passes through the avoidance opening 211.
The first mounting structure is preferably a first fixing column 118 protruding from the bottom of the receiving groove 112, the second mounting structure is preferably a second fixing column 222 protruding from the cross beam 22, and the second fixing columns 222 and the first fixing columns 118 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence. First fixed column 118 is last to link up and to have seted up first connecting hole, has seted up the second connecting hole on the second fixed column 222, and first fixed column 118 and second fixed column 222 are connected through the screw that wears to locate in first connecting hole and the second connecting hole.
In order to improve the installation accuracy and the installation efficiency of the first fixing column 118 and the second fixing column 222, a positioning groove 2221 is formed in the end face of one of the first fixing column 118 and the second fixing column 222, and the other one of the first fixing column 118 and the second fixing column 222 is inserted into the positioning groove 2221, so that the connection and the positioning of the fixing column and the positioning groove 2221 can be realized through the insertion matching of the fixing column and the positioning groove 2221. In this embodiment, the positioning slot 2221 is disposed on the second fixing post 222.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the first connection hole penetrates through the front side of the mounting housing 11 for the screw to pass through, in order to prevent the screw from protruding outward to affect the mounting of the display 12, the groove bottom of the mounting groove 111 is recessed to form a first groove 1111, the first connection hole penetrates through the groove bottom of the first groove 1111, and the head of the screw is received in the first groove 1111. Preferably, the first recess 1111 is formed by a groove bottom of the forward and backward extrusion installation groove 111, so that a first boss portion 1110 is formed on the groove bottom of the accommodation groove 112 in a protruding manner, and the first boss portion 11110 is provided with the first fixing pillar 118. This kind of setting of first recess 1111 can improve the processing convenience of first recess 1111 on the one hand, and on the other hand can reduce the length demand to first fixed column 118, guarantees the connection reliability, reduces the probability that first fixed column 118 warp.
The mounting groove 111 is a rectangular groove adapted to the display screen 12, first grooves 1111 are formed at four corners of the mounting groove 111, that is, four first boss portions 1110 are formed at the bottom of the mounting groove 112 in a protruding manner, the first boss portions 1110 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first fixing posts 118, and the second fixing posts 222 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first fixing posts 118, so as to improve the connection stability of the control device 1 on the door body 2.
Preferably, the avoidance port 211 is provided with two second fixing posts 222 at intervals along the left-right direction, and the two second fixing posts 222 arranged up and down pass through the same avoidance port 211, so that the number of the avoidance ports 211 can be reduced, and the influence on the structural integrity of the door panel 21 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, a second connection hole is formed at the rear side of the positioning groove 2221 and penetrates the bottom of the positioning groove 2221, and the second connection hole preferably penetrates the front and rear sides of the cross beam 22 to increase the fitting length of the screw member with the second connection hole. Preferably, the front side of the cross beam 22 is protruded with a second boss portion 223, and the second fixing column 222 is protruded and arranged on the second boss portion 223. The second boss portion 223 is disposed to reduce the length of the second fixing post 222 and prevent the second fixing post 222 from contacting the sidewall of the escape opening 211.
As shown in fig. 1 and 10, in the present embodiment, the control device 1 further includes a control member 17, the control member 17 has a pressing control function and/or a rotating control function, and a user can control the operation of the dishwasher through the control member 17. In this embodiment, the user may select and confirm options in the function/program menu displayed in the display screen 12 by rotating and/or pressing. By setting the operation member 17, the diversity of operation selection of the user on the operation device 1 can be increased, the problem of operation inflexibility or incapability of operation caused by failure of the touch function of the display screen 12 can be avoided, and the use reliability of the operation device 1 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 8 to 12, the operation end of the operation member 17 is exposed at the front side of the door body 2, the inner side surface of the door body 2 is provided with an installation hole 221 for installing the operation member 17, the door assembly further includes a waterproof cover 3, the waterproof cover 3 is covered on the inner side surface of the door body 2, and the installation hole 221 is located within the coverage range of the waterproof cover 3. The waterproof cover 3 is arranged to prevent water vapor inside the dishwasher from entering the control device 1 through the mounting hole 221, and meanwhile, the water vapor is prevented from affecting the connecting wire 18 of the control part 17, so that the connecting wire 18 is short-circuited, and the use safety of the control device 1 is ensured.
Specifically, the waterproof cover 3 has a waterproof groove 311 with an opening facing the cross member 22, and an opening end face of the waterproof groove 311 is fitted to a side face of the cross member 22 facing away from the door panel 21, so that the opening of the waterproof groove 311 is closed by an inner surface of the cross member 22 to form a sealed waterproof chamber. The mounting hole 221 is located within the waterproof chamber.
The inner surface of the door body 2 is provided with an accommodating groove 224, the mounting hole 221 penetrates through the bottom of the accommodating groove 224, and the waterproof cover 3 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 224. Therefore, the situation that the waterproof cover 3 protrudes out of the cross beam 22 to scratch structures in the inner cavity of the dishwasher can be avoided. Preferably, the waterproof cover 3 has a thickness less than or equal to the groove depth of the receiving groove 224.
In order to improve the waterproof effect of the waterproof cover 3, one of the inner surface of the door body 2 and the front end surface of the waterproof cover 3 is convexly provided with a convex rib 225, the other one is provided with a sealing slot 312, the convex rib 225 is annular and surrounds the outer sides of all the mounting hole positions 221, and the convex rib 225 is inserted into the sealing slot 312. Through the cooperation of the convex rib 225 and the sealing slot 312, the water vapor can be prevented from passing through the gap between the joint surface of the waterproof cover 3 and the cross beam 22, and the waterproof performance of the waterproof cover 3 is ensured.
In this embodiment, the groove bottom of the receiving groove 224 is convexly provided with a rib 225, and the opening end surface of the waterproof cover 3 is provided with a sealing slot 312, so as to simplify the processing. Preferably, the protruding height of the rib 225 is equal to or slightly greater than the groove depth of the sealing insertion groove 312, so as to ensure that the rib 225 can be in close contact with the groove bottom of the sealing insertion groove 312, thereby improving the sealing effect. More preferably, the groove width of the sealing receptacle 312 is slightly larger than the width of the rib 225 to facilitate insertion of the rib 225 into the sealing receptacle 312.
The waterproof cover 3 preferably includes a shell-shaped cover body 31, the cover body 31 is connected to the inner surface of the door body 2 in a snap-fit manner, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 32 are convexly disposed on a surface of the cover body 31 facing away from the door body 2. This arrangement can ensure the overall structural strength and rigidity of the waterproof cover 3 while reducing the thickness of the cover body 31.
In order to facilitate the connection of the waterproof cover 3 and the cross beam 22, the cover body 31 extends outwards along both sides in the left-right direction to form connecting lug parts 33, and the connecting lug parts 33 are detachably connected with the cross beam 22 of the door body 2. The detachable connection is preferably a threaded connection to improve connection reliability. As shown in fig. 1-3 and 12, the inner end of the operating member 17 passes through the door panel 21 and is connected to the cross beam 22, the operating end of the operating member 17 is exposed out of the door panel 21, the mounting hole 221 includes an insertion hole 2211, and the inner end of the operating member 17 is mounted at the insertion hole 2211. The projection of the mounting case 11 on the door panel 21 preferably covers the second mouth 2112 to shield the second mouth 2112. More preferably, the orthographic projection of the operating part 17 on the door panel 21 preferably covers the first port 2111, so that the operating end of the operating part 17 can shield the first port 2111, and the overall appearance aesthetics of the door body 2 assembly and the dishwasher are improved.

Furthermore, the left side and the right side of the mounting shell 11 are both provided with notches 115, the notches 115 are communicated with the accommodating groove 112, a part of the control member 17 extends into the accommodating groove 112 through the notches 115, and the other part is exposed outside the mounting shell 11. By providing the notch 115, interference between the mounting case 11 and the operating member 17 can be avoided, and mounting convenience can be improved.
Example two
As shown in fig. 13, the embodiment of the present invention provides an operating device, a door assembly and a dishwasher, and the structure of the operating device, the door assembly and the dishwasher provided by the present embodiment is substantially the same as the embodiment, and there is a difference only in the structure of the installation shell, and the present embodiment is not repeated to the structure the same as the embodiment.
In the embodiment, the main housing portion 11a of the mounting housing 11 is detachably connected to the handle portion 113, the main housing portion 11a has a rectangular structure, and the display screen, the receiving groove 112, and the like are disposed on the main housing portion 11 a. The upper end of the handle part is detachably connected with the lower end face of the main shell part 11a, the outer surface of the handle part is flush with the outer surface of the main shell part 11a, and the inner side of the handle part is provided with the handle groove 1131. The detachable connection of the handle portion 113 and the main housing portion 11a can simplify the processing of the main housing portion 11a, and the handle portion 113 and the main housing portion 11a can be made of different materials, which is beneficial to improving the comfort of the user holding the handle portion 113.
Preferably, the handle part 113 is a metal handle to improve the user experience, and the metal handle has luster and better texture, and is convenient to clean. The metal buckle can adopt materials such as aluminum alloy, aluminium and stainless steel, the utility model discloses do not do the restriction to this.
Further, the hand-clasping groove 1131 penetrates the hand clasping portion 113 in the left-right direction. The rear side surface of the gripping portion 113 is preferably substantially flush with the rear side surface of the main housing portion 11 a. That is, in the present embodiment, the decorative portion 1120 forms the decorative strip in the first embodiment, and the decorative portion 1120 and the handle portion 113 of the present embodiment are integrally formed, so that there is no need to separately provide a decorative strip, the appearance is beautiful, and the assembly of the control device 1 is facilitated.
Preferably, the upper end front side edge of the decorative portion 1120 is provided with a chamfer to reduce scratching by a user.

6. The manipulation device according to claim 5, wherein a front side of the handle portion (113) is coplanar with the front mounting surface;
and/or the lower end of the handle part (113) is bent forwards to form a decoration part (1120), and an insertion groove with an upward opening is formed between the decoration part (1120) and the front side surface of the handle part (113).
7. The operating device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a protective panel (14) covering the front mounting surface, wherein a lower end of the protective panel (14) is inserted into the insertion slot.
8. The handling device according to claim 5, wherein the handle portion (113) is detachably connected to the main housing portion (11 a), the handle portion (113) being made of metal.
9. The manipulation device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the tab slot (1131) extends through a rear side of the mounting housing (11);
and/or the front side groove wall of the handle groove (1131) forms a holding surface which extends obliquely forwards from top to bottom.

The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a control board (13), wherein the control board (13) and the display screen (12) are respectively mounted on the front side and the rear side of the mounting housing (11), and the control board (13) is electrically connected to the display screen (12).
11. The control device according to claim 10, characterized in that a function/program menu is built into the display (12) and/or the control panel (13).
12. The control device according to claim 11, characterized in that the display screen (12) and/or the control panel (13) further has a built-in graphic interpretation for interpreting at least some functions and/or programs in the function/program menu, the display screen (12) being capable of displaying the function/program menu and the graphic interpretation.
13. The control device according to claim 12, wherein the teletext interpretation comprises a pictorial interpretation, a textual interpretation and/or a video interpretation; and/or the display screen (12) is a touch display screen.

The control device according to claim 10, wherein a receiving groove (112) is formed in a back surface of the mounting housing (11), the control board (13) is mounted in the receiving groove (112), the receiving groove (112) and the mounting groove (111) are arranged opposite to each other in a front-to-back manner, a through hole (1121) is formed through a bottom of the mounting groove (111), and the display screen (12) and the control board (13) are connected through an electrical connector inserted into the through hole (1121).

The operating device as claimed in claim 14, characterized in that a seal (16) is provided on the rear side of the mounting housing (11), the seal (16) projecting outwardly from the rear mounting surface of the mounting housing (11), the seal (16) being located at least partially above the control panel (13) and across the control panel (13).
16. The handling device according to claim 15, characterised in that said sealing element (16) is "in-line".

The control device according to claim 11, further comprising a control member (17), wherein the control member (17) is electrically connected to the control board (13), and the control member (17) is used for selecting and confirming functions and/or programs in the function/program menu displayed on the display screen (12).
18. The control device as claimed in claim 17, characterized in that the control element (17) is capable of a rotary control for selecting a function or a program in the function/program menu and/or a push control for confirming the selected function or program.

The control device according to claim 17, wherein the control members (17) are respectively provided on the left side and the right side of the mounting shell (11), one control member (17) is used for selecting and confirming a primary menu of the function/program menu, and the other control member (17) is used for selecting and confirming a secondary menu of the function/program menu.

The manipulation device according to claim 17, wherein a notch (115) is formed in a side portion of the mounting shell (11), the manipulation member (17) partially penetrates through the notch (115) and extends into a back side of the mounting shell (11), and the manipulation member (17) is partially exposed to the side portion of the mounting shell (11).
21. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it further comprises a protective panel (14), said protective panel (14) being applied to said front mounting surface, said protective panel (14) having a see-through area corresponding to said display screen (12).
22. The control device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the control device further comprises a decorative strip (15), wherein the decorative strip (15) wraps around the lower side of the handle part (113).

A door assembly comprising a door body (2), characterized by further comprising an operating device according to any one of claims 1 to 22, the operating device being mounted on the door body (2) and protruding forward from a front surface of the door body (2), the handle groove (1131) being located on a front side of the door body (2).
24. A door assembly according to claim 23, wherein the door body (2) comprises a door panel (21) and a door frame provided at the rear side of the door panel (21), the rear mounting face of the mounting case (11) being fitted to the front side face of the door panel (21);
the door is characterized in that a first mounting structure is arranged on the mounting shell (11), a second mounting structure is arranged on the door frame, and one of the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure penetrates through the door panel (21) and is detachably connected with the other one of the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure.
25. The door assembly as claimed in claim 24, wherein the control device further comprises a control member (17), the control member (17) is used for controlling the display of the display screen (12), an operation end part of the control member (17) is sandwiched between the mounting shell (11) and the door panel (21), and a connection end of the control member (17) passes through the door panel (21) and is detachably connected with the door frame.
26. A dishwasher, comprising a door assembly as claimed in any one of claims 23 to 25.
