Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to power the rotation of the ball screw 331, the driving member 332 is provided to include a top motor 3321, a top socket 3322, and a linkage member 3323, an input end of the top socket 3322 is connected to the top motor 3321, and a base of the top motor 3321 is fixed to the trigger body 1 by bolts. The output end of the top gear box 3322 is connected with the ball screw 331 through a coupling, and the base of the top gear box 3322 is fixed on the plate grinding machine body 1 through bolts. The linkage piece 3323 is arranged between the top tooth boxes 3322, the linkage piece 3323 comprises a linkage shaft 33231, the linkage shaft 33231 is arranged between the adjacent top tooth boxes 3322, two ends of the linkage shaft 33231 are respectively connected with the input ends of the corresponding top tooth boxes 3322 through couplings, an adjusting handle 33221 is arranged at the input end of one of the top tooth boxes 3322, and the adjusting handle 33221 is sleeved on the input end of the top tooth box 3322.
The implementation principle of the lifting device of the plate grinding machine is as follows:
when the device is used, the grinding plate assembly 32 is adjusted, the grinding plate assembly 32 moves, the top motor 3321 is adjusted, and the driving shaft of the top motor 3321 drives the input shaft of the top gear box 3322 to rotate, so that the output shaft of the top gear box 3322 drives the ball screw 331 and the linkage shaft 33231 to rotate respectively. Under the action of the linkage shaft 33231, the top motor 3321 drives all the top tooth boxes 3322 to rotate, so that all the ball screws 331 drive the supporting plate 31 to lift in the rotating process. The circuit board is polished under the combined action of the polishing plate assembly 32 and the bottom polishing device 4.
