Description

Device for recording the position of the median relationship of the jaw
Technical Field
The present application relates to medical devices, and more particularly to a device for recording the position of the mandibular median relationship.
Background
The mandible is an important skeleton of the face, and comprises a mandible branch and a mandible body, more importantly, the mandible branch of the mandible is provided with a joint called temporomandibular joint, which particularly protrudes in the human body of us, is a joint which is linked on two sides and is not arranged in all synovial joints of the human body, and the left and right joints can move simultaneously when opening and closing the mouth, but the movement modes of the left and right joints are different. Including opening, closing, and many facial expressions, are accomplished with the assistance of mandibular movements, so it is an important structure.
When natural dentition exists, the close contact between the upper dentition and the lower dentition determines the position relationship between the upper and lower jawbones, and the position relationship between the upper and lower jawbones is the most widely contacted position (also called tooth tip staggered position). The mandibular condyle is referred to as the midline, when it is the most anterior position of the glenoid fossa. For normal dentition, the median jaw is located within about 1mm of the anterior median jaw or is two-bit consistent. The natural dentition is lost, namely, the middle jaw position is lost, the mandible without dentition support and dental cusp lock knot can move to various positions, and the mandible extends forward and the 1/3 distance below the face is shortened commonly. For a toothless patient, the only stable reference position for the upper and lower jaw positional relationship is the median jaw position. The physiological posterior position of the joint, i.e. the median jaw position, is thus determined and recorded at a height of 1/3 of the fitting surface. In order to determine the accuracy of the median relationship, a recording method of intraoral and extraoral mandibular movement track tracing, namely a Gotty bow tracing method, is introduced; the principle is that the central relation is the only position of the mandible which moves backwards, and any jaw position of the mandible is positioned in front of the central relation when the mandible moves forwards and sideways; generally, a tracing board is fixedly arranged on a maxillary base, a tracing needle is fixedly arranged on a mandibular base, and a V-shaped figure is obtained on the maxillary tracing board for tracing the jaw movement track in all directions in a horizontal plane, and the tip of the V-shaped figure points to the rear end and is called a Gotty bow because of the shape of the V-shaped figure to the tip roof of European Gotty building. The tip of the gothic arch represents the median relationship, and when the needle is at this tip, the position of the mandible is at the only position of mandible withdrawal, the median relationship. The gothic arch can only locate the median relationship of the odontoless, and when there is dental disturbance due to teeth or double-side tension inconsistency caused by neuromuscular abnormality of masticatory muscles, the dental cusp staggered position is inconsistent with the median relationship, and the median relationship is the position of the temporomandibular joint, which is the most healthy, and the existing method for obtaining the odontoless median relationship is highly dependent on the cooperation of patients and experience of doctors, so that repetition and accuracy are difficult. The utility model can obtain repeated and consistent median relation without the need of high cooperation of patients and accumulation of experience of doctors, and has very practical clinical significance for restoration of occlusion reconstruction and determination of orthodontic median relation. The current common device for acquiring the record of the median relationship is a dental tool with an integral upper tray and an integral lower tray, and the adjustment becomes very difficult due to the integrated design. In particular, the current device for recording the position of the median jaw relation needs to be adjusted for many times during use, and the use steps are complicated, so that a device capable of rapidly, simply and accurately measuring the median jaw relation of a patient is needed.
The application provides a device for recording a position of a mandibular median relationship, which solves the problem that the existing device for recording the median relationship is not fast and succinctly used.

And when second surface and first surface contact, second surface and first surface can laminate each other to two casings are the face parallel, make this device need not further adjustment tray's position when using like this, just put into just can ensure normal use, use succinctly.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, in this embodiment, there is provided an apparatus for recording a position of a mandibular median relationship, comprising: the first tray and the second tray are independent, wherein the first tray comprises a shell formed by encircling a first surface 100 and a first dental arch arc surface 102, silica gel can be contained in the shell, and when the first tray is placed into a mouth of a patient, the upper incisor labia side abuts against the edge of the first tray, so that the first tray can be installed. The second tray includes a hollow shell surrounded by a second surface 200 and a second arch-shaped surface 202, the shell being capable of containing a silicone gel. When the first surface 100 and the second surface 200 are contacted, the first surface 100 and the second surface 200 are parallel and can be mutually attached, and the second surface 200 is connected with a positioning needle 210, the positioning needle 210 can extend to reach the first surface 100, and when the second tray is placed into the mouth of a patient, the lower incisor lip side abuts against the edge of the second tray, so that the second tray can be mounted. Because the second surface 200 and the first surface 100 can be contacted after the first tray and the second tray are placed in the mouth of the patient, the second surface 200 and the first surface 100 can be mutually attached when in contact, and the two shells are parallel, so that the device can be directly used without further adjusting the position of the tray when in use.
In this embodiment, the second surface 200 has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the first surface 100. Based on the design of human body, the diameter of the tray required in the upper jaw is larger than that of the tray in the lower jaw, and the lower jaw can move better conveniently, so that the using comfort of a patient is improved.
Because the first surface 100 and the second surface 200 are parallel planes, the height of the first arch shaped surface 102 defines the thickness of the first tray and the second arch shaped surface 202 defines the thickness of the second tray.
For example, the first arch 102 has a height of 0.5mm-2mm; the height of the second arch plane 202 is 0.5mm-2mm.
When both the first tray and the second tray are placed in the patient's mouth, the second surface 200 contacts the first surface 100 and can be attached to each other, with the first tray and the second tray in full contact, in a plane parallel. Because the second surface 200 is connected with the positioning needle 210, only the positioning needle 210 can prop against the first lower surface, so that when in use, the positioning needle 210 can extend to a certain height, under the action of the height, when the first tray and the second tray are worn in place, the teeth of the upper jaw and the lower jaw are not contacted, so that the lower jaw can freely slide horizontally, naturally stretch forwards, backwards and slide left and right, and as a result, the positioning needle 210 marks a slide mark on the bottom (the first lower surface) of the first tray, and the center relation position is known to be fixed at the track intersection point.
In this embodiment, the second surface 200 has a screw hole, and the positioning pin 210 is fixed on the second surface 200 by screwing. Thus, the positioning needle 210 can penetrate from the screw hole towards the first surface 100, and the height of the positioning needle 210 lifted upwards can be adjusted by rotating the nut, so that the height of the positioning needle 210 can be adjusted conveniently, and the use of different patients can be facilitated.
In this embodiment, a positioning plate 110 may be fixed on the first surface 100, and the positioning plate 110 has a positioning hole 111. The positioning hole 111 is adapted to be inserted into the tip of the positioning needle 210, thereby enabling the positioning needle 210 to be fixed. The positioning plate 110 is fixed to the first surface 100 by means of gluing. The bonding may ensure more secure fixation of the positioning plate 110.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the positioning plate 110 is 1mm-1.5mm, and the diameter of the positioning hole 111 is 1mm-2mm. The thicker the thickness of locating plate 110, the more the degree of depth of locating hole 111 of being convenient for is deeper, just so can explode more firm after the pilot pin 210 top inserts locating hole 111, improve product quality, but, can influence the holistic result of use of product when locating plate 110 thickness is too thick, consequently under the prerequisite that guarantees result of use and compromise product quality again simultaneously, this locating plate 110 thickness can set up between 1mm-1.5mm, set up to 1mm in this embodiment, locating hole 111 can be for running through locating plate 110's aperture, its diameter can set up to 2mm.
In this embodiment, at least one first overflow through hole is disposed on the first arch-shaped surface 102, and when the silicone rubber is injected into the first tray, the silicone rubber can overflow from the first overflow through hole, so as to obtain the maxillary alveolar ridge form. The second arch-shaped surface 202 is provided with at least one second overflow through hole, and when the second tray is filled with silicone rubber, the silicone rubber can overflow from the second overflow through hole, so as to obtain the mandibular alveolar ridge form.
It will be appreciated that, because the first tray or the second tray is not a completely sealed box, when no overflow holes are provided on either the first arch-shaped surface 102 or the second arch-shaped surface 202, the silicone rubber can also overflow through other gaps to achieve the alveolar ridge morphology.
The number of the first overflow through holes and the second overflow through holes can be multiple, in this embodiment, 8-9 first overflow through holes are provided, and the multiple first overflow through holes are uniformly distributed on the first dental arch arc surface 102. 8-9 of the second overflow through holes are provided, and a plurality of the second overflow through holes are uniformly arranged on the second arch-shaped surface 202. Even setting can ensure that silicone rubber overflows more even, so can give better obtaining the alveolar ridge form.
In this embodiment, at least one first surface through hole 101 is disposed on the first surface 100; the second surface 200 is provided with at least one second-side through hole 201. The second-side through holes 201 may have a larger diameter than the first-side through holes 101, and the number of the second-side through holes 201 and the number of the first-side through holes 101 may be unequal.
Based on the device for recording the position of the mandibular median relationship in the above embodiment, the following steps are used:
step 1: the first tray and the second tray are respectively taken out, the positioning needle 210 is rotated so that the needle tip thereof extends to a certain height towards the first surface 100, so that only the positioning needle is contacted with the first surface, then, the first tray and the second tray are respectively placed in the upper dentition and the lower dentition, the incisor cutting ends are lightly contacted with the first dental arch arc surface 102 and the second dental arch arc surface 202, and the patient is allowed to do horizontal sliding, natural forward extending, backward extending, left-right sliding and other forward extending and side moving, so that the positioning needle 210 is scratched at the bottom of the first tray, and the movement track of the mandible of the patient is traced.
It will be appreciated that if the arch form of the patient is desired to be obtained prior to step 1, the first tray and the second tray may be filled with silicone prior to step 1, and then placed on the patient's upper and lower dentitions, respectively, with the incisor ends lightly contacting the first arch arced surface 102 and the second arch arced surface 202, thereby enabling the patient's upper and lower arch form to be obtained.
Step 2: the first tray is taken out, the median position is determined (i.e. the intersection point of the scratch tracks of the positioning needle 210 is the median position), then the positioning holes 111 on the positioning plate 110 are aligned with the intersection point, and finally the positioning plate 110 is fixed at the bottom of the first tray.
Step 3: the first tray is again placed in the mouth and the mandible is guided to move so that the positioning pins 210 are pushed into the positioning holes 111 on the positioning plate 110 so that the mandible is no longer free to move.
Step 4: injecting silica gel into the tooth gel gap between the back tooth and the front tooth for fixation, and taking out the silica gel to obtain the occlusion record of the patient in the median relation position.
As can be seen from the above description, the device for recording the position of the mandibular median relationship provided in this embodiment is provided with a first tray and a second tray which are separately and independently arranged, the first tray includes a housing formed by enclosing a first surface 100 and a first arch-shaped surface 102, and the housing can accommodate silica gel; the second tray comprises a hollow shell surrounded by a second surface 200 and a second arch-shaped surface 202, and silica gel can be contained in the shell; when the first surface 100 and the second surface 200 are in contact, the first surface 100 and the second surface 200 are parallel and can be mutually attached, and the second surface 200 is connected with a positioning needle 210, and the positioning needle 210 can extend to reach the first surface 100. Because so first tray and second tray all are the casing that encloses the synthesis, the inside silica gel that can be convenient for place the sufficient amount of casing, facilitate the use. And, when second surface 200 and first surface 100 contact, second surface 200 and first surface 100 can laminate each other to two casings are the face parallel, make this device need not further adjustment tray's position when using like this, only put into just can ensure normal use, and it is succinct to use.
