wherein the first mating portion (202) is adapted to be movably connected with the first connecting portion (302) to be locked or separated from each other to be unlocked; the second mating portion (203) is adapted to be fixedly connected with the second connecting portion (303).
2. The medical trolley according to claim 1, wherein the first mating portion (202) is movably clamped to the first connecting portion (302), and the second mating portion (203) is adapted to be fixedly clamped to the second connecting portion (303).

a connecting rod (2055), one end of which is connected with the pressing end (2054) and the other end of which passes through the communication port to be connected with the driving end (2051); the unlocking elastic piece (2052) is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting rod (2055) and abuts against between the pressing end (2054) and the bottom of the fixed groove (2053).
7. The medical trolley of claim 4, further comprising a transmission assembly (206);
the first matching part (202) is in transmission connection with the unlocking component (205) through the transmission component (206);
or, the first connecting part (302) is in transmission connection with the unlocking component (205) through the transmission component (206).
8. The medical trolley of claim 7, wherein the transmission assembly (206) comprises:
the rotating shaft is fixedly connected to the table top (200) or the portable equipment (300);
the transmission rod is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft, one end of the transmission rod is connected with the driving end (2051), and when the first matching part (202) is movably connected with the mounting groove (201), the other end of the transmission rod is rotatably connected with the first matching part (202); when the first connecting part (302) is movably connected with the portable equipment (300), the other end of the transmission rod is rotatably connected with the first matching part (202).
