Referring to fig. 6, in order to improve the connection strength of the link 12, the link 12 includes two first connection plates 121 and a second connection plate 122 disposed between the two first connection plates 121, and the link mounting member 13 is inserted through the two first connection plates 121.
The operating handle 11 includes two handle main bodies 111 that are symmetrically arranged, and the two handle main bodies 111 are connected by a fixing member (e.g., a screw). The operation handle 11 is disposed between the two first connection plates 121, and the handle connection frame 222 is disposed between the two handle bodies 111.
Referring to fig. 7, when the circuit breaker 4 needs to be inserted into the mounting member 5, first, the positioning pin 311 on the positioning portion 31 is inserted into the positioning hole on the mounting member 5, so as to fixedly connect the plugging device and the circuit breaker; then, adjusting the relative position of the operating handle 11 and the breaker 4 to enable the pushing piece 25 to abut against the end face of the breaker 4; then, the operator applies force to move the hand-held portion of the operation handle 11 in a direction away from the circuit breaker 4, and pushes the pushing member 25 to insert the circuit breaker 4 into the mounting member 5.
With continued reference to fig. 8 and 9, when the circuit breaker 4 needs to be pulled out from the mounting component 5, one end of the circuit breaker connecting piece 24 far away from the circuit breaker 4 is hooked on the connecting shaft 23; next, the operator applies force to move the hand-held portion in a direction to approach the circuit breaker 4, and pulls out the circuit breaker 4 from the mounting member 5 through the connecting shaft 23 and the circuit breaker connector 24.
As can be visually seen from fig. 7 to 9, in the process that the circuit breaker 4 moves relative to the mounting part 5, because the guide portion 32 (the guide slide rail 321) has a limiting effect on the mounting frame 22 and the guide shaft 33 through the guide long hole 2221 on the mounting frame 22, the mounting frame 22 moves along a straight line, so that the circuit breaker 4 is driven to move along the straight line, the problem that the circuit breaker 4 rocks or even is jammed in the moving process is avoided, and the whole mounting process is safe and reliable.

1. A circuit breaker plugging device is characterized by comprising an operating mechanism (1), a connecting mechanism (2) and a fixing mechanism (3);
the operating mechanism (1) is connected to the connecting mechanism (2), and the connecting mechanism (2) is used for being connected with a circuit breaker (4); the fixing mechanism (3) comprises a positioning part (31) and a guide part (32), the positioning part (31) is used for being connected with the mounting component (5), and the guide part (32) is in sliding fit with the connecting mechanism (2);
operating device (1) can insert the station and extract the station between switch, works as operating device (1) is in when extracting the station, coupling mechanism (2) will circuit breaker (4) are followed pull out in installation component (5), works as operating device (1) is in when inserting the station, coupling mechanism (2) promote circuit breaker (4) insert in installation component (5).

The circuit breaker plugging device according to claim 1, wherein a guide rail (321) is arranged on the guide portion (32), the connecting mechanism (2) is provided with a guide groove (21) or a guide hole which is matched with the guide rail (321), and the guide groove (21) or the guide hole is in sliding fit with the guide rail (321).
3. The circuit breaker plugging device according to claim 2, wherein the number of said guide rails (321) is two.
4. The circuit breaker plugging device according to claim 1, wherein said connection mechanism (2) comprises a mounting frame (22), a connection shaft (23) and a circuit breaker connection member (24);
mounting bracket (22) connect in operating device (1), connecting axle (23) install in mounting bracket (22), the both ends of circuit breaker connecting piece (24) connect respectively in circuit breaker (4) with connecting axle (23).

The circuit breaker plugging device according to claim 4, wherein the connection mechanism (2) further comprises a pushing member (25), and when the operating mechanism (1) is in the plugging station, the pushing member (25) presses and pushes the circuit breaker (4) to be plugged into the mounting part (5).

two ends of the connecting rod (12) are respectively pivoted to the operating handle (11) and the fixing mechanism (3), and the operating handle (11) is pivoted to the connecting mechanism (2).

The circuit breaker plugging device according to claim 6, wherein the mounting bracket (22) comprises a bottom plate (221) and a handle connecting frame (222), the bottom plate (221) is slidably fitted with the guide portion (32), one end of the handle connecting frame (222) is connected to the bottom plate (221), and the other end of the handle connecting frame (222) is pivotally connected to the operating handle (11).

The circuit breaker plugging device according to claim 7, wherein said bottom plate (221) comprises two vertical plates (2211) arranged in parallel and a horizontal plate (2212) connected between said two vertical plates (2211), one end of said handle connecting frame (222) is connected to said horizontal plate (2212).

when the hand-held part moves towards the direction close to the circuit breaker (4), the connecting mechanism (2) pulls the circuit breaker (4) out of the mounting component (5); when the hand-held part moves in a direction away from the circuit breaker (4), the connecting mechanism (2) pushes the circuit breaker (4) to be inserted into the mounting part (5).

The circuit breaker plugging device according to claim 7, wherein a guide slot (2221) is provided on the handle connecting frame (222), the fixing mechanism (3) further comprises a guide shaft (33), the guide shaft (33) is inserted into the guide slot (2221), and the guide shaft (33) is movable in the guide slot (2221) along a length direction of the guide slot (2221).
13. The circuit breaker plugging device according to claim 4, wherein a mounting slot (223) is provided on the mounting frame (22), the mounting slot (223) has a plurality of mounting positions, and the connecting shaft (23) is mounted at one of the mounting positions.
