Because the prone position that the disabled patient can independently change is also limited, and the single person not only has great difficulty in turning over during nursing, but also easily causes secondary injury to the generated wound by single-point force. The clothing structure is provided with the traction belt which is used for assisting the patient to turn over and is stressed at multiple points at the shoulder, the waist and the crotch, so that assistance is provided for nursing staff to move the trunk of the patient, and nursing difficulty is reduced.

The front crotch, buttocks and back material adopt a separable structure, and can be detached and cleaned independently, so that the requirements that the clothes at the crotch, buttocks and back of a patient are easy to be stained by sweat and excrement and need to be changed and cleaned frequently and keep a sanitary state are met. Meanwhile, nursing staff can conveniently replace nursing products, clean private parts of patients, timely treat excrement and prevent frequent wetting of beds and bedding.

The removable inner core is added in the garment, so that the garment is convenient to replace. The patient can be pulled out from the back only by lying on his side and unfastening the button tab connecting the inner core and the button of the coat. When the underwear is put in again, the shoulder magic tape connected with the front piece of the back piece of the underwear is only required to be untied, the inner core is plugged in from the shoulder, and the underwear is wrapped on the body of a patient from top to bottom. The front crotch is provided with a front fly which is connected with the back fly by a magic tape, so that nursing staff can help male patients urinate.

The front crotch fabric bottom edge is not sewed and is not provided with a joint part, so that the catheter is conveniently placed and left, and nursing staff cleans private parts of patients.

The trousers are provided with the pockets for placing the urine bags at the leg parts, so that the urine bags can be conveniently fixed and carried.

The trousers adopt the crotch design, the fretwork is handled buttockss back face material to set up and hide buttockss cloth, protected patient privacy, maintained patient and digged. The nursing staff can conveniently lift the buttock-shading towel to help the patient to excrete, clean buttocks of the patient and replace paper diapers, and meanwhile, the patient excreta is prevented from flowing back to the back piece of the jacket to cause pollution in a lying posture.

The cuffs and the trouser legs are provided with the adjusting patches, the widths of the cuffs and the bottom edges of the trouser legs can be adjusted according to the thicknesses of wrists and ankles of different patients, so that sleeve pieces and trouser pieces can not be extracted upwards and stacked together, and the clothes can be more attached to the limbs of patients with different body types, thereby achieving the effects of comfort and warmth retention.

The garment is dyed into the fabric by using the Chinese herbal medicine vegetation dyeing mode, so that the antibacterial property of the fabric is improved, the generation of pressure sores of patients is prevented, and the fabric is beneficial to the generated pressure sores. Meanwhile, the garment is colored, the attractive degree of the garment is improved, and the design is more humanized.

1. A functional garment for patients suffering from long-term bedridden disability, comprising a coat and a pants garment, and is characterized by also comprising a removable inner core (9);

the jacket comprises a jacket front piece (1), a jacket rear piece (2) and sleeve pieces (3); the front piece (1) and the sleeve piece (3) of the jacket are sewed along an arc line of the front armholes, the rear piece (2) of the jacket extends to the front part of the body beyond the shoulder line and the body side, and is not sewed with the sleeve piece (3);

the upper garment front piece (1) and the upper garment back piece (2) are detachably connected through a pair of upper joint pieces (5) and a pair of lower joint pieces (6), the upper joint pieces (5) are positioned at the front sides of two shoulder lines, and the lower joint pieces (6) are positioned at the two waist sides and are biased towards the front part of the body; a sleeve piece combination piece (8) which can be folded and opened and penetrates through the sleeve body is arranged on the front side of the sleeve piece (3); the sleeve piece combination piece (8) is connected with the upper combination piece (5) at the front armhole arc line;

the extractable inner core (9) is cape-shaped and is worn in the coat, the front side of the extractable inner core is detachably connected with the front piece (1) of the coat at the bottom edge, and the rear side of the extractable inner core is longer than the waist; the bottom of the upper garment back piece (2) is provided with a short garment length, so that a part of the rear side of the extractable inner core (9) is exposed.

The functional garment for patients suffering from chronic bedridden disability according to claim 1, characterized in that the pants comprise a waist (23), a right leg piece (12), a left leg piece (13), a front crotch fabric (24), a hip-covering fabric (29); the waist of trousers (23) is sewed with the tops of the right trouser leg piece (12) and the left trouser leg piece (13) respectively; the right trouser leg piece (12) and the left trouser leg piece (13) are not sewed;

the front sides of the right trouser leg piece (12) and the left trouser leg piece (13) are respectively provided with a trouser leg combination piece (17) which can be folded and opened and penetrates through trouser legs;

the front crotch fabric (24) is not sewn with all other fabrics, and the left side and the right side of the front crotch fabric (24) are detachably connected with the right trouser leg piece (12) and the left trouser leg piece (13) through a front crotch connecting piece (27) respectively; the trousers waist (23) and the front crotch fabric (24) are buckled on the waist to form a complete annular surrounding structure;

the hip shielding cloth (29) extends to the front side of the trousers in the directions of the top and the bottom and is provided with a pair of hip shielding cloth lower joint parts (30) and a pair of hip shielding cloth upper joint parts (31) at the front side of the trousers, and the pair of hip shielding cloth lower joint parts and the pair of hip shielding cloth upper joint parts are detachably connected with the right trouser leg piece (12) and the left trouser leg piece (13).

Functional garment for patients suffering from chronic bedridden disability according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises two pairs of traction belts (4) for assisting the turning of the coat, one pair being sewn at the front armhole arcs on both sides, and one pair being sewn with the back piece (2) of the coat in the position of both sides of the waist or in the position of both sides of the waist being biased towards the front of the body; comprises a pair of traction belts (18) for assisting the turning of the trousers, a right trouser leg piece (12) and a left trouser leg piece (13) which are respectively sewed at the two sides of the crotch or the positions of the two sides of the crotch which deviate to the front part of the body.

4. Functional garment for patients suffering from chronic bedridden disability according to claim 2, characterized in that the front crotch panel (24) is detachably connected to the waist (23) on both sides of the top edge.

Functional garment for patients suffering from chronic bedridden disability according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the upper garment front piece (1) is snap-connected with a extractable inner core (9); the upper joint piece (5), the lower joint piece (6) and the sleeve piece joint piece (8) are magic tapes or zippers.

Functional garment for patients suffering from chronic bedridden disability according to claim 2, characterized in that the front crotch panel (24) is fastened on both sides of the top edge to the waist (23); the trousers piece combination piece (17), the front crotch connecting piece (27), the hip shielding cloth lower combination piece (30) and the hip shielding cloth upper combination piece (31) are magic tapes or zippers.

Functional garment for patients suffering from chronic bedridden disability according to claim 2, characterized in that the front crotch panel (24) is detachably connected to the waist (23) on both sides of the top edge by waist-buttons (26); the right trouser leg piece (12) and the left trouser leg piece (13) also respectively comprise a trouser opening adjusting patch (28).
