The transmission assembly may adopt any one of a belt transmission mechanism, a chain transmission mechanism, a gear rack transmission mechanism or a screw transmission mechanism, so as to drive the pushing structure 121 to push the first slide basket 200 to move.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the slide includes a conventional slide, and further includes an emergency slide and/or a review slide, the first slide basket 200 is at least used for accommodating the conventional slide, the transfer mechanism 12 further includes an accommodating part 123, the accommodating part 123 is connected to the pushing structure 121 or the fourth driving module 122, the accommodating part 123 is used for accommodating the emergency slide and/or the review slide requiring review, and the fourth driving module 122 is further used for driving the accommodating part 123 to reciprocate along the first track 11 to transfer the emergency slide and/or the review slide. In this embodiment, the accommodating part 123 may be disposed parallel to the pushing structure 121 along the extending direction of the first track 11, so that one fourth driving module 122 may drive the accommodating part 123 and the pushing structure 121 to move synchronously, and not only can transport conventional slides but also can transport emergency slides and/or review slides through the same first track 11 and the fourth driving module 122.
Typically, the normal sequence of the conventional slide is used for detecting the sample slide, the emergency slide is used for detecting the sample slide with priority, and the re-diagnosis slide is used for scanning the sample slide with abnormal structure and needing re-diagnosis. The second review slide comprises a first review slide and a second review slide, and specifically, the first review slide is taken out of the second review slide after abnormal scanning, and manual microscopic examination or automatic microscopic examination is carried out on other equipment; when the scanning is abnormal, according to the sample code of the scanning abnormality, the same sample is found, a new slide coated with the same sample is prepared by a slide making instrument, and the slide which is sent into the sample image scanning equipment 100 and subjected to microscopic examination by the scanning device 30 is a second revising slide.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the first track 11 is further provided with a picking and placing position 113, the picking and placing position 113 is used for placing an emergency slide or a taking and placing compound slide by a user, and the fourth driving module 122 is further used for driving the accommodating part 123 to move along the first track 11 between the transferring position 111 and the picking and placing position 113, so that the user can place the emergency slide or the taking and placing compound slide through the picking and placing position 113. In this embodiment, the user may place the emergency slide or the second review slide through the taking and placing position 113, and may also take out the first review slide through the taking and placing position 113.
In some embodiments, when the emergency slide is loaded, transfer mechanism 12 is moved out of its index 111 to pick-and-place 113 for the emergency slide to be placed into receptacle 123 and the emergency slide is transferred to index 111, from which index 111 the emergency slide is then transferred to scan station 31 by scheduler 20. In this embodiment, the above arrangement can perform priority treatment on the emergency slide through the transfer mechanism 12 and the scheduling device 20 when the emergency slide needs to be inserted, so that the detection efficiency is high.
In some embodiments, when it is desired to remove a first review slide, the scheduler 20 transfers the first review slide in a corresponding location within the sample image scanning device 100 into the receptacle 123 at the intermediate index 111 and transports the first review slide from the intermediate index 111 to the pick-and-place 113 via the transfer mechanism 12. In this embodiment, when the slide scanning is abnormal and needs to be taken out for manual review or automatic microscopy on other devices, the first review slide is carried out to the taking and placing position 113 through the cooperation of the scheduling device 20 and the transfer mechanism 12, so that the slide scanning is taken out for manual review or automatic microscopy on other devices.
In some embodiments, when the second review slide is loaded, the transfer mechanism 12 is moved from the middle index 111 to the pick-and-place 113 for the second review slide to be placed into the receptacle 123 or the first slide basket 200 via the pick-and-place 113, and the second review slide is transferred to the middle index 111, and then transferred from the middle index 111 to the scan position 31 via the scheduler 20. In this embodiment, the second review slide is specifically a slide in which, when the scan is abnormal, a new slide coated with the same sample is prepared by preparing a slide with the same sample and sending the slide into the sample image scanning device 100, and the slide is subjected to microscopic examination by the scanning device 30, and the second review slide is transferred to the scanning position 31 to be scanned by matching the transfer mechanism 12 with the dispatching device 20, so as to obtain a review result of the same sample.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the receptacle 123 includes at least one first receptacle 1231, the first receptacle 1231 for receiving an emergency slide; and/or, the accommodating piece 123 comprises at least one second accommodating groove 1232, and the second accommodating groove 1232 is used for accommodating the first review slide. In this embodiment, the emergency slide can be placed by the first receiving groove 1231, the first review slide can be placed by the second receiving groove 1232, confusion of the emergency slide and the first review slide is avoided, and meanwhile, the emergency slide is prevented from being polluted by the mirror oil on the first review slide, wherein the second review slide is a remade sample slide without the mirror oil, and can be placed in the first receiving groove 1231 or the first slide basket 200, and then fed by the transfer mechanism 12.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the accommodating part 123 includes a first accommodating groove 1231 and a second accommodating groove 1232, where the first accommodating groove 1231 and the second accommodating groove 1232 are separated, so as to set a preset distance for a user to take and place a slide, and facilitate the user operation.
In some embodiments, the transfer mechanism 12 may move a first distance along the first track 11 to correspond the position of the first receiving slot 1231 to the pick-and-place location 113, and/or the transfer mechanism 12 may move a second distance along the first track 11 to correspond the position of the second receiving slot 1232 to the pick-and-place location 113. In this embodiment, the first accommodating groove 1231 and the second accommodating groove 1232 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the first track 11, so that the distance between the first accommodating groove 1231 and the picking and placing position 113 is different from the distance between the second accommodating groove 1232 and the picking and placing position 113, the distance from the first accommodating groove to the picking and placing position 113 is a first distance, the distance from the second accommodating groove to the picking and placing position 113 is a second distance, the transferring mechanism 12 provides a driving force through a motor, and the moving distance of the transferring mechanism 12 can be controlled through the moving step of the motor so as to drive the first accommodating groove 1231 or the second accommodating groove 1232 to correspond to the picking and placing position 113.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the slide unloading device 40 includes a slide receiving bin 41, the slide receiving bin 41 having a plurality of slots 411 for fitting slides, and the scheduler 20 is configured to insert scanned slides into the slots 411. In the present embodiment, the placement of the slide can be facilitated by the provision of the slot 411. Illustratively, a plurality of rows of slots 411 may be provided in the slide receiving bin 41 in an orderly arrangement to facilitate positioning of the slides.
It should be noted that the slide housing chamber 41 is not limited to the slot 411 provided to house slides, and for example, in other embodiments, the slide housing chamber 41 has a plurality of housing positions for housing slide baskets, and the slide transfer mechanism is used to transfer scanned slides into slide baskets of the housing positions. In this embodiment, a plurality of empty slide baskets can be placed in advance in the accommodation chamber 41, and when the slide baskets are fully loaded, the slide baskets and the scanned slides of the slide baskets are taken out together, so that the slide can be unloaded in batches.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, since the sample needs to be dripped on the glass slide when scanning in the sample image scanning apparatus 100, the sample image scanning apparatus 100 further includes a glass oil receiving mechanism 140, where the glass oil receiving mechanism 140 is disposed below the glass slide accommodating bin 41, and the glass oil receiving mechanism 140 is used to receive the glass oil dripped during the scanning process or the transfer process after completing the scanning. In this embodiment, the mirror oil receiving mechanism 140 may employ a receiving container with an open top to receive the dripped mirror oil, and the receiving container may employ a retractable structure to facilitate the withdrawal from the sample image scanning apparatus 100 to recover the mirror oil.
Illustratively, the cross-sectional area of the opening of the receiving container is greater than or equal to the area covered by all actions of the scanning device 30 and the scheduler 20 within the sample image scanning apparatus 100 to transfer slides to cover the travel of all slides with added mirror oil, avoiding contamination of the apparatus by the mirror oil.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the sample image scanning apparatus 100 further includes a sample introduction device 80, the sample introduction device 80 includes a second rail 81 and a first pushing mechanism 82, the second rail 81 is connected to the first rail 11, the first pushing mechanism 82 is used for driving the first slide basket 200 loaded with slides to move along the second rail 81 to transfer the first slide basket 200 to the first rail 11, wherein the second rail 81 is disposed perpendicular to the first rail 11, and/or the second rail 81 is used for splicing with a pusher, and the pusher is used for transferring the first slide basket 200 loaded with slides to the second rail 81. In this embodiment, the second rail 81 may be spliced with the slide pusher to realize automatic feeding of the first slide basket 200 loaded with slides, but of course, the second rail 81 may also be directly put on the first slide basket 200 loaded with slides to the second rail 81 by manual work without being spliced with the slide pusher.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the sample image scanning apparatus 100 further includes a sample ejection device 90, the sample ejection device 90 includes a third rail 91 and a second pushing mechanism 92, the recovery site 112 interfaces with the third rail 91, and the second pushing mechanism 92 is used to push the empty first slide basket 200 located at the recovery site 112 to the third rail 91. In this embodiment, the third rail 91 is used for placing the empty first slide basket 200, the second rail 81 and the third rail 91 are perpendicular to the first rail 11, and the second rail 81 and the third rail 91 are arranged on the same side of the first rail 11 in parallel, so that the first rail 11, the second rail 81 and the third rail 91 enclose to form a U-shaped structure, thereby shortening the moving path of the first slide basket 200, improving the working efficiency, having a compact structure and being beneficial to miniaturization of equipment.
Of course, the recycling bin 112 may also be spliced with a recycling device of an external apparatus, so that the recycling device of the external apparatus receives the empty first slide basket 200, or alternatively, the recycling bin 112 is spliced with a slide pusher, which is used for receiving the prepared slide into the empty first slide basket 200 and feeding the first slide basket 200 loaded with the slide into the sample image scanning apparatus 100, so as to realize recycling of the slide basket.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-7, the sample image scanning device 100 further includes a housing 110, a first partition 120, and a second partition 130, the housing 110 including a top plate 1101 and a bottom plate 1102 disposed opposite to each other, a front plate 1103 and a rear plate 1104 disposed opposite to each other, a first side plate 1105 and a second side plate 1106 connected opposite to each other between the front plate 1103 and the rear plate 1104, the front plate 1103 including a first front plate 1103a and a second front plate 1103b, the second front plate 1103b being located on a side of the first front plate 1103a away from the rear plate 1104; a first space 110a is formed between the first front plate 1103a and the rear plate 1104, a second space 110b is formed between the first front plate 1103a and the second front plate 1103b, the first partition 120 is disposed in the housing 110, the first space 110a is divided into a third space 110c above the first partition 120 and a fourth space 110d below the first partition 120, the second partition 130 is disposed in the housing 110 and below the first partition 120, and divides the fourth space 110d into a fifth space 110e above the second partition 130 and a sixth space 110f below the second partition 130, wherein the slide unloading device 40 can move out of the fourth space 110d from the first front plate 1103a or the first side plate 1105 or the second side plate 1106, or into the fourth space 110d, and the height of the slide unloading device 40 is higher than that of the transfer device 10, the transfer device 10 is used for transferring the first basket 200 loaded with slides to the fourth space 110d or moving the empty first basket 200 out of the fourth space 110d, the scanning device 30 and the fourth space 20 d are disposed in the scanning device 31 to complete the scanning device for moving slides from the first front plate 1105 or the second side plate 1106 to the fourth space 110 d. In this embodiment, the first space 110a at the rear side of the housing 110 is divided into the third space 110c, the fifth space 110e and the sixth space 110f, which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, so as to vertically arrange, reduce the transverse size, thereby reducing the occupied area of equipment, improving the space utilization rate, and the first space 110a is arranged at the adjacent side of the second space 110b, which is beneficial to taking and placing the slide, and meanwhile, the height of the slide unloading device 40 is higher than that of the transfer device 10, so that mutual interference between the sample injection of the slide and the unloading of the slide is avoided, and the user operation is facilitated.
The transferring device 10 is located in the second space 110b and partially extends to the sixth space 110f, the portion of the transferring device 10 extending to the sixth space 110f is the middle position 111, the scanning position 31 and the middle position 111 are both located in the sixth space 110f, the dispatching device 20 is located in the fifth space 110e and extends to the sixth space 110f, the slide unloading device 40 can move out of the sixth space 110f or move into the sixth space 110f from the first front plate 1103a or the first side plate 1105 or the second side plate 1106, so that the dispatching device 20 can transfer slides between the middle position 111, the scanning position 31 and the slide unloading device 40, the scanning device 30 is located in the fifth space 110e and extends to the sixth space 110f, so that slides on the scanning position 31 of the sixth space 110f can be scanned, and the middle position 111, the scanning position 31 and the slide unloading device 40 are located in the same area, thereby being beneficial to smooth transfer of slides and improving transfer efficiency of slides.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the sample image scanning apparatus 100 further includes a housing 110 having an access area within the housing 110, one side of the housing 110 having an access opening in communication with the access area, and an access cover for closing or opening the access opening, at least one of the scanning device 30 and the scheduling device 20 being partially or entirely within a viewable range through the access opening when the access cover is opened. In this embodiment, can open the access hole through the access cover to expose the access area, the maintainer can operate and maintain scanning device 30, dispatch device 20 etc. in the access area through the access hole, in this application, under the condition that scanning device 30 breaks down, accessible access hole maintains scanning device 30, reduces the time that the organism was used of dismantling, and it is convenient to maintain, ensures the effective operation of complete machine.
It should be noted that, the sample feeding manner of the emergency slide is not limited to the placement of the receiving member 123 on the transfer mechanism 12, for example, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the sample image scanning apparatus 100 further includes an emergency device 170 that is disposed independently, including a fourth rail 171 and a transfer mechanism 172, where the transfer mechanism 172 includes a carrying structure and a fifth driving module, the carrying structure is used for placing the second slide basket 300 loaded with the emergency slide, and the fifth driving module is used for driving the carrying mechanism to move on the fourth rail so as to move the second slide basket 300 loaded with the emergency slide into the waiting position of the sample image scanning apparatus 100, and the scheduling device 20 is further used for transferring the slide in the second slide basket 300 located in the waiting position to the scanning position 31. In this embodiment, the emergency device 170 and the transfer device 10 are separately provided, and the emergency device 170 is used to process the emergency slide when the emergency slide needs to be inserted, so that the transfer mechanism 12 does not need to wait for entering the emergency mode from the normal mode, and the operation of the user is facilitated.
Illustratively, the fifth drive module includes a motor and a drive assembly coupled to the carrier structure, the motor for driving the drive assembly to move the carrier structure along the fourth track 171 to facilitate transfer of the second slide basket 300 loaded with emergency slides. The transmission assembly can adopt any one of a belt transmission mechanism, a chain transmission mechanism, a gear rack transmission mechanism or a screw rod transmission mechanism to drive the bearing structure to move.
In some embodiments, the fifth drive module drives the carrier structure to a loading position for loading the second slide basket 300 loaded with emergency slides into the carrier structure when the second slide basket 300 loaded with emergency slides is loaded, moves from the loading position to the waiting position when the second slide basket 300 is loaded on the carrier structure, and then transfers slides in the second slide basket 300 positioned in the waiting position to the scanning position 31 by the scheduling device 20. In this embodiment, the emergency slide can be preferentially processed by the emergency device 170 and the scheduling device 20 when the emergency slide needs to be inserted, so that the detection efficiency is high.
It should be noted that the feeding and removing manner of the review slide is not limited to the arrangement of the receiving member 123 on the transfer mechanism 12, for example, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the sample image scanning apparatus 100 further includes an independently arranged review device 180, including a carrier 181 and a sixth driving module 182, the carrier 181 is used for placing the review slide that needs to be reviewed, the scheduling device 20 is further used for transferring the first review slide that needs to be manually reviewed to the carrier 181 or transferring the second review slide that needs to be sent to the scanning position 31 for scanning from the carrier 181 to the scanning position 31, and the sixth driving module 182 is used for driving the carrier 181 to move the first review slide out of the sample image scanning apparatus 100 or move the second review slide into the sample image scanning apparatus 100. In this embodiment, the review device 180 and the transfer device 10 are separately provided, and when the first review slide needs to be taken out or the second review slide needs to be sent in, the sixth driving module 182 can drive the carrier 181 to move, so that the transfer mechanism 12 does not need to wait for entering the review mode from the normal mode, and the operation is convenient.
The sixth driving module 182 is configured to drive the carrier 181 to rotate, so that the carrier 181 is at least partially exposed to the sample image scanning apparatus 100, and a user can take out a first review slide on the carrier 181 or send a second review slide to the carrier 181. In this embodiment, the carrier 181 is rotated to move out of or into the sample image scanning apparatus 100 in a rotating manner, so as to reduce the moving stroke, improve the working efficiency, reduce the size, save the space, and facilitate the miniaturization of the machine. The sixth driving module 182 may drive the pulley to rotate by using a motor synchronous belt, and the pulley is connected to the bearing seat 181 through a rotation shaft to drive the bearing seat 181 to rotate.
In some embodiments, when the first review slide needs to be taken out, the first review slide at the corresponding position in the slide unloading device 40 is transferred into the carrier 181 by the scheduling device 20, and the carrier 181 is driven to move by the sixth driving module 182 to move the first review slide out of the sample image scanning device 100, and/or when the first review slide needs to be put in, the carrier 181 is driven by the sixth driving module 182 to move to be exposed to the sample image scanning device 100, so that the user can put the second review slide in the carrier 181, and when the second review slide is detected to be put in on the carrier 181, the carrier 181 is moved to move the second review slide into the sample image scanning device 100, and the second review slide is transferred from the carrier 181 to the scanning position 31 by the scheduling device 20. In this embodiment, the above arrangement enables the review slide to be preferentially processed by the review device and the scheduler 20 when the first review slide needs to be taken out or the second review slide needs to be fed, so that the detection efficiency is high.
The embodiment of the application also provides a sample detection system, which comprises a slide making device, a first detection device, a control device, a display device and the sample image scanning device 100, wherein the first detection device, the slide making device and the sample image scanning device 100 are electrically connected with the control device, the first detection device is used for detecting a sample and outputting a first detection result, the slide making device is used for preparing a sample slide, the sample image scanning device 100 is used for receiving and scanning the sample slide prepared by the slide making device, when the first detection result is abnormal, the control device controls the slide making device to prepare the sample slide and controls the sample slide to be conveyed to the sample image scanning device 100, the image scanning device receives and scans the sample slide and outputs a scanning result, and the display device displays the first detection result and the scanning result; wherein the sample is any one of a blood sample and a gynecological sample. The sample detection system provided in the embodiment of the present application has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solution of any embodiment of the sample image scanning device 100, and is not described herein in detail.
Illustratively, when the sample is a blood sample, the first detection device is a blood cell analysis device, such as: blood routine and specific protein detection all-in-one machine, blood routine detector or specific protein detector, etc.; when the sample is a gynecological sample, the first detection equipment is at least one of dry chemical detection equipment, dry chemical detection, dry dyeing and microscopic examination integrated machine and dry dyeing and microscopic examination equipment; when the sample is a blood sample or a gynecological sample, the slide making equipment is a slide pushing module, a dyeing module or a slide-dyeing integrated module.
The embodiment of the application also provides a liquid-based sample detection system, including film-making equipment, controlling means, display device and foretell sample image scanning equipment 100, film-making equipment and sample image scanning equipment 100 and controlling means electricity are connected, and the film-making equipment is used for preparing liquid-based sample slide, and sample image scanning equipment 100 is used for receiving and scanning the liquid-based sample slide that film-making equipment prepared, and controlling means control film-making equipment prepares liquid-based sample slide and control and carries liquid-based sample slide to sample image scanning equipment 100, and sample image scanning equipment 100 receives and scans liquid-based sample slide and output scanning result, and display device shows the scanning result. In this embodiment, when the sample is a cervical sample, the sample detection system may be devoid of a first detection device, and the slide making device may or may not include a staining module. The liquid-based sample detection system provided in the embodiment of the present application has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solution of any embodiment of the sample image scanning device 100, and is not described herein in detail.

Claims (15)

1. A sample image scanning apparatus, comprising:
the transfer device comprises a first track and a transfer mechanism, wherein a middle position and a recovery position are arranged on the first track, and the transfer mechanism is used for moving along the first track so as to transfer a first slide basket loaded with slides to the middle position and transfer the empty first slide basket from the middle position to the recovery position;
a scheduling device for transferring the slide positioned in the transfer position to a scanning position;
the scanning device is used for scanning the slide positioned at the scanning position;
and the slide unloading device is used for accommodating the scanned slide, and the scheduling device is also used for transferring the scanned slide to the slide unloading device.
2. The sample image scanning apparatus of claim 1, wherein said scheduling means comprises a first transfer mechanism and a second transfer mechanism, said second transfer mechanism having a buffer bit;
the first transfer mechanism is used for transferring the slide positioned in the transfer position to the buffer position;
the second transfer mechanism is used for transferring the slide to be scanned, which is positioned in the buffer position, to the scanning position, and transferring the slide which is scanned to the buffer position, and the first transfer mechanism is also used for transferring the slide which is scanned to the slide unloading device from the buffer position;
Wherein a projection of a moving path of the first transfer mechanism in a vertical direction covers the middle index, the buffer position, and a region where the slide unloading device is located, so that one of the first transfer mechanisms can transfer the slide between the middle index, the buffer position, and the slide unloading device.
3. The specimen image scanning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the index, the slide unloading device, and the buffer are arranged in a horizontal direction below a moving path of the first transfer mechanism; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the slide glass has a vertical state during sample introduction and a horizontal state during scanning, and the first transfer mechanism is used for transferring the slide glass in the vertical state;
the second transfer mechanism includes:
the buffer assembly comprises a first driving module and a buffer seat for bearing glass slides, wherein the buffer seat is arranged on the buffer seat, and the first driving module is used for driving the buffer seat to rotate so as to enable the glass slides positioned on the buffer seat to be switched between a vertical state and a horizontal state;
the conveying assembly comprises a second driving module and a conveying structure for conveying the slide, and the second driving module is used for driving the conveying structure to move so as to transfer the slide in a horizontal state between the buffer storage position and the scanning position.
4. A sample image scanning device according to claim 3, wherein said scanning means comprises:
a scanning mechanism for scanning the slide at the scanning position;
the scanning platform is arranged on the scanning position, and the scanning position comprises a first scanning position and a second scanning position;
the third driving module is connected to the scanning platform and used for driving the scanning platform to move so as to enable the first scanning position and the second scanning position to be in alternate butt joint with the conveying structure;
and the third driving module is used for driving the scanning platform to move to enable the second scanning position to be in butt joint with the conveying structure when the slide scanning on the first scanning position is completed, so that the conveying structure can transfer the slide to be scanned, which is positioned in the buffer position, to the second scanning position, and then driving the scanning platform to move to enable the first scanning position to be in butt joint with the conveying structure, so that the conveying structure can transfer the slide, which is scanned, to the buffer position.
5. The specimen image scanning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, further comprising slide recognition means, wherein the first transfer mechanism is configured to transfer a slide to the slide recognition means for identification and/or front-back recognition, and then to transfer from the slide recognition means to the buffer position; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
The sample image scanning device further comprises a slide identification device, wherein the slide identification device is arranged corresponding to the buffer position, and when the slide on the buffer position is in a vertical state, the slide identification device is used for carrying out identity identification and/or front and back face identification on the slide on the buffer position; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
the sample image scanning device further comprises a slide identification device, wherein the slide identification device is arranged corresponding to the scanning position and is used for carrying out identification and/or front and back identification on the slide positioned at the scanning position.
6. The sample image scanning device of claim 5, further comprising a rotation mechanism for driving the slide in rotation to adjust the slide to the front.
7. The sample image scanning device of claim 1, wherein the transport mechanism comprises:
the pushing structure is used for conveying the first slide basket;
the fourth driving module is connected to the pushing structure and used for driving the pushing structure to drive the first slide basket to move back and forth along the first track.
