Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a water purifier according to an embodiment of the present utility model, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a filter element assembly of fig. 1, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a locking device of fig. 2, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a mounting frame of fig. 1, fig. 5 is a schematic sectional view of fig. 1, fig. 6 is a schematic sectional view of another state of the water purifier of fig. 1, fig. 7 is a schematic sectional view of fig. 6, and referring to fig. 1 to 7, a filter element assembly 200 according to an embodiment of the first aspect includes: the cartridge 210 and the locking device 220.
Wherein the filter cartridge assembly 200 includes a filter cartridge 210 and a locking device 220, the filter cartridge 210 is connected to the locking device 220, and the locking device 220 includes a base 221, a locking member 222, a rotating member 224, and a connecting member 223 (shown in fig. 2). The locking member 222 is coupled to the base 221 and is movable relative to the base 221. The rotating member 224 is rotatably connected to the base 221, and the rotating member 224 includes a rotating portion 2241 and a connecting portion 2242 (shown in fig. 3), and the connecting portion 2242 is connected to the rotating portion 2241 and protrudes from a radial side surface of the rotating portion 2241. Along the moving direction of the locking member 222, the locking member 222 and the rotating member 224 are spaced apart, and one end of the connecting member 223 is rotatably connected to the locking member 222, and the other end is rotatably connected to the connecting portion 2242. The rotating member 224 is used for driving the locking member 222 to move, and in the process of driving the rotating member 224 to rotate forward and backward, the rotating member 224 can drive the locking member 222 to move between the first setting position and the second setting position through the connecting member 223. When the filter element assembly 200 of the present embodiment is applied to a water purifier, for example, the water purifier has a mounting frame 100, the mounting frame 100 may have a locking hole 110, and when the locking member 222 moves to the first setting position, the locking member 222 is inserted into the locking hole 110 (as shown in fig. 5), so that the filter element assembly 200 is locked to the mounting frame 100. When the locking member 222 is moved away from the locking aperture 110 to the second set position, the locking member 222 disengages from the locking aperture 110 (as shown in fig. 7) to unlock the cartridge assembly 200. Therefore, during the process of installing the filter element 210, the whole filter element assembly 200 does not need to be rotated, so that the filter element assembly 200 is more labor-saving and convenient to assemble and disassemble.
Specifically, during the locking process, the rotation member 224 is rotated to move the locking member 222 toward the locking hole 110 until the locking member 222 is inserted into the locking hole 110, so that the cartridge assembly 200 is locked with the mounting frame 100, i.e., the cartridge assembly 200 is fixed in the water purifier. During unlocking, the rotator 224 is rotated in the opposite direction, causing the locker 222 to move away from the locking hole 110, so that the locker 222 is separated from the locking hole 110.
It should be noted that, the two locking members 222 in the drawings should not be construed as limiting the present embodiment only, and any number of one, two, three, etc. may be provided for the locking members 222 according to actual needs, and only the filter element assembly 200 may be locked to the mounting frame 100. In addition, the rotating member 224 may be disposed vertically, or may be disposed horizontally, such as shown in fig. 2, and the rotating shaft between the rotating member 224 and the connecting member 223, and the rotating shaft between the connecting member 223 and the locking member 222 are also disposed horizontally. When the rotation member 224 is vertically disposed, the rotation shaft between the rotation hole and the connection member 223, and the rotation shaft between the connection member 223 and the locking member 222 are vertically disposed.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a rotating member in a water purifier according to another embodiment of the present utility model, in some embodiments, the rotating member 224 further includes a driving portion 2244, the driving portion 2244 is connected to the rotating portion 2241 and protrudes from a radial side surface of the rotating portion 2241, a distance from the driving portion 2244 to an axis of the rotating portion 2241 along a radial direction of the rotating portion 2241 is L1, and a distance between a rotational axis of the connecting portion 2242 and the connecting member 223 is L2, wherein L1 is greater than L2. That is, the arm of force of the driving part 2244 to the rotating part 2241 is greater than the arm of force of the connecting part 2242 to the rotating part 2241, so, as known from the lever principle, by applying an external force to the driving part 2244, the rotating member 224 drives the locking member 222 to move more effort-saving, and the longer the driving part 2244 is, the more effort-saving, so that the filter element 210 in the water purifier of the embodiment is more convenient to install.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5-7, in addition to the above embodiment, the cartridge assembly 200 further includes a handle 230, the handle 230 being coupled to the rotating portion 2241, the handle 230 including a drive 2244. Specifically, taking a general bucket with a handle as an example, when the bucket is placed on a bearing surface (ground or other supporting platform), the handle is in a horizontal state, and when the bucket needs to be lifted, the handle 230 needs to be rotated to a vertical state. Based on this principle, the present embodiment connects the handle 230 to the rotating member 224 of the locking device 220, and when the handle 230 rotates from the horizontal state to the vertical state, the locking member 222 moves from the first setting position to the second setting position, and when the handle 230 rotates from the vertical state to the horizontal state, the locking member 222 moves from the second setting position to the first setting position. Therefore, in the actual assembly and disassembly process, for example, when the filter element 210 is lifted, the handle 230 will rotate to the vertical state, and the locking member 222 is located at the second set position (as shown in fig. 7), and the filter element 210 is placed on the mounting frame 100, so that the locking member 222 will not form an obstruction to the placement of the filter element 210. When the filter element 210 is in place, the handle 230 is flattened, and the locking member 222 is moved to the first set position to engage the locking aperture 110 (as shown in fig. 5), thereby achieving locking and securing of the filter element 210. The whole installation process does not need to additionally carry out locking operation, and the installation can be completed only by taking up and putting down the filter element 210, so that the operation is simple and convenient. The disassembly process is the same and will not be described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the rotating member 224 further includes a limiting portion 2243, the limiting portion 2243 is connected to a radial side surface of the rotating portion 2241 and protrudes from the radial side surface of the rotating portion 2241, the handle 230 has a mounting hole 231 and a limiting groove 232, the limiting groove 232 is disposed along an edge of the mounting hole 231 and is communicated with the mounting hole 231, the rotating portion 2241 is disposed in the mounting hole 231, and the limiting portion 2243 is clamped to the limiting groove 232 to prevent the handle 230 from rotating relative to the rotating portion 2241, so as to ensure reliability of the handle 230. In addition, the limiting portion 2243 is integrally formed on the rotating portion 2241, and no additional component (such as a key used in the key connection) is required to limit the relative rotation between the handle 230 and the rotating member 224, so that the processing of the rotating member 224 is simpler.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a filter cartridge and a housing in a water purifier according to another embodiment of the present utility model, wherein, in order to clearly see the structure of an inner guiding portion, the top of the housing is omitted, in some embodiments, the locking device 220 further includes a housing 225, the housing 225 is connected to a base 221, a housing cavity 226 is defined, a first through hole 227 and a second through hole 228 are communicated with the housing cavity 226, a connecting piece 223 is disposed in the housing cavity 226, a rotating piece 224 is disposed through the first through hole 227, and the locking piece 222 can extend out of the housing cavity 226 from the second through hole 228 to be connected with the mounting frame 100. On the one hand, the connecting piece 223 sets up in the holding chamber 226, and the connecting piece 223 is located the holding intracavity 226 with retaining member 222 and rotating member 224's junction position, can reduce the clearance that the dust got into each part to a great extent between, prevents that the dust from influencing the relative motion between each part, can also reduce the washing degree of difficulty of filter element assembly 200 simultaneously. On the other hand, each component is disposed in the receiving cavity 226, and the filter element assembly 200 has a more attractive appearance.

In one aspect, during the installation process, the rotating portion 2241 can be placed in the first positioning groove 2211 to position the rotating member 224, and further position the connecting member 223 and the locking member 222, so as to improve the installation accuracy of the locking device 220. On the other hand, it will be appreciated that if the first through hole 227 is a circular hole in the base 221 or the housing 225, then the rotating member 224 is inserted through the circular hole after aligning the circular hole during installation. Meanwhile, the size of the connection part 2242 needs to be considered so that the connection part 2242 can pass through the circular hole, resulting in a larger size of the circular hole and an unmatched with the rotation part 2241, so that the rotation part 2241 has a lower stability in the rotation process. In this embodiment, the first through hole 227 is defined by the first positioning groove 2211 and the housing 225 together, so that the rotating member 224 can be directly placed in the first positioning groove 2211 from the opening during the installation process, the housing 225 is buckled on the base 221, the installation process is simpler, the size of the first through hole 227 can be adapted to the size of the rotating portion 2241, the stability of the rotating portion 2241 is improved, and in addition, dust entering the accommodating cavity 226 can be effectively reduced.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the locking device 220 further includes a guide part 229, where the guide part 229 is disposed around an edge of the second through hole 228, and a portion of the base 221 is configured to form a portion of the guide part 229, and the guide part 229 extends along a moving direction of the locking member 222, that is, increases a length of the second through hole 228, and during moving of the locking member 222, the locking member 222 slidably abuts against the guide part 229 to increase a contact area between the locking member 222 and a wall of the second through hole 228, so as to improve stability during moving of the locking member 222, so that the locking member 222 can only reciprocate along a specified direction (a direction from the first setting position to the second setting position), and avoid the locking member 222 from being jammed due to a larger deflection, so that the locking member 222 moves more smoothly. In addition, to facilitate the processing of the guide portion 229, the base 221 may further have a second positioning groove 2212 (as shown in fig. 10) with an upward opening, where an inner wall of the second positioning groove 2212 and the housing 225 define a second through hole 228, that is, the guide portion 229 is formed by a portion of the housing 225 and a portion of the base 221 together.
In some embodiments, the locking device 220 further includes an elastic member, where one end of the elastic member is connected to the base 221, and the other end of the elastic member is connected to the locking member 222 or the rotating member 224, for example, the elastic member is a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating portion 2241, the torsion spring can apply torque to the rotating portion 2241, or the elastic member is a compression spring, where one end of the compression spring is connected to the locking member 222, and the other end of the compression spring is connected to the base 221, and the compression spring can directly apply thrust to the locking member 222. The locking member 222 is subjected to a force in a direction from the second setting position to the first setting position by the elastic force of the elastic member. For example, after the filter element assembly 200 is locked with the mounting frame 100, and without manual operation, the locking member 222 can be kept inserted into the locking hole 110 under the elastic force of the elastic member, so as to improve the reliability of the locking device 220. In addition, the method comprises the following steps. In the installation, after filter element 210 is put in place, retaining member 222 can be automatic by the second settlement position to first settlement position and locking hole 110 grafting under the elasticity effect of elastic component, and the installation is more convenient, in addition, can also prevent that filter element subassembly 200 and mounting bracket 100 from appearing because of the people forget under the condition that does not have the locking, the purifier is directly used.
In some embodiments, the filter element 210 and the base 221 of the locking device 220 are integrally formed, so as to simplify the installation process of the filter element assembly and improve the installation efficiency.
